Hello @LloydsBank. Following the death of my father, my mum has received an email from your bereavement team asking for a photo of her driving licence and the death certificate. The link in the email goes to an unsecured website. Am I right to be suspicious? Thanks.

@LloydsBank Had to set up all over again! Passwords / security and the rest! Too advanced lately! Now can’t get in and gotta wait for the one time password to come 3-7 days to gain access on mobile banking app.

@LloydsBank Last time they claimed I put the money in after 3.30pm. Until I showed them a message showing it was much earlier. They then admitted nothing is time stamped. This is what keeps causing the problem.

@LloydsBank Been trying to switch an account with another bank to my Lloyd’s Silver account for the past few days… every time I submit the form I get an error message saying “There was a problem with one of our systems”. Can you look into this please?

@LloydsBank - what taking so long for me to alert Lloyds to freeze/report a lost card when it wouldn’t let me through due to “technical” problem? Not everyone had time to go to a branch to do so!
