@LloydsBank not happy with customer service. On call for 25 mins trying to set up telephone & internet as an POA. Last adviser said she couldn’t transfer me back to previous team (they said it could be transferred back) then she just cut me off!!!

@LloydsBank That may be the case but if my phone is stolen the thief has access to my PIN 😲. Very bad security. Please don't send cut and paste links. Look at your app security.
