When it comes to EV charging my @LloydsBank let’s me down many times but @monzo just works. Went to pub to order lunch with card and had to enter PIN. Mustn’t like me being away from Southbourne. @bppulseuk app wouldn’t do it either with my £20 credit.

@LloydsBank is quick to cancel direct debits once notified of a deceased member which includes their own insurance who cannot provide specialist unoccupied cover for contents yet refuse to pay an insurance premium for cover elsewhere. No access. #UnfairForRelativesToFootTheBill

@LloydsBank We both are up early. Going to have to try tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous lack of customer service. Probably lost us as customers to be brutally honest.
