@LloydsBank Hello, please could you pass on the message to your tech team that there are technical difficulties with the app/website. Saying you’re not aware of issues is unacceptable as there’s clearly a problem your teams aren’t addressing. It’s been happening for 5+ days now..

@LloydsBank Thank - I have emailed the CEO's office. Sorry don't have time to be sat waiting for call centres. It's clearly backend stuff as you've got new info on your site when I login saying you've changed processes to make it easier to add people to accounts. You should just own it!

A story of broken Britain - chapter 2. d) find @LloydsBank branch and pay cheque in. e) rejected by bank as duplicate cheque (paid in twice!!) f) @LloydsBank say you’ll need to speak to @HMRCgovuk g) after 22 mins on hold speak to HMRC - inevitably working from home!!

@LloydsBank trying to *actually* get to speak to someone is almost impossible - why? Spent 8 minutes in a queue, only for the guy to tell me of system errors & have to call back. Back in the revolving door that is your queue! #nightmare

Christ, how difficult is it to open a Secondary Current Account? @HSBC_UK aren't interested unless you visit a branch (as an existing customer), so that'd be a day off work, and the online @LloydsBank platform just kicked me out after filling in all my details. Why is this hard?

@LloydsBank I am even more frustrated now then when I tweeted earlier. You take the conversation offline and then do absolutely nothing to help me resolve it. Just giving me the number for your credit card team is not helpful. Please can this be escalated?

@BankofScotland @LloydsBank when are you planning to fix the mobile app? It is not compatible with new android devices, Samsung in particular but a quick Google shows other devices too. Works once but then dregisters after every use! Been months now.

@LloydsBank who else has had dodgy batch of new cards sent to them? Cos now I have no working card as the new ones hasn’t arrived in post so they had to cancel that too. At least 5 working days to receive new card and it’s my direct debit card so I can’t pay for nothing!!! 😡
