    @LloydsBank I am in Cambodia. You have blocked my card and are telling me that I have have to call the UK to unblock it. I tried and it exhausted all my voice credit before I got anywhere. Apparently there is nothing you can do to help me. Customer service?

    @LloydsBank It took me 1.5h to make an international transfer. Your waiting times are just terrible. I'm moving all my accounts to @StarlingBank now, thanks for helping with the decision.

    @LloydsBank Having to wait for my call to be answered for over 90 minutes is a complete joke. Why does it seem that customer service has been forgotten in order to preserve profits. Invest in your customers or lose them!!!

    @LloydsBank @cassiuscrypto Lloyds decline my card payments to crypto exchange. Ridiculous .Is my money and can't use.Not fare in my opinion.If ppl got problem with gambling thats not my problem I don't.Only option is to open another bank account.

    @LloydsBank And to speak to them I need to queue for 40 minutes to an hour, because they will not ring me and/or lift the block preventing me from using my debit card, as the Customer Services team informed me. Jayne Wilson, Complaint Manager, is not fit for purpose.

    @HSBC_UK @LBC 2/2 Still on the call with advisor who refuses to help and just goes silent. You’d rather let them be a victim of fraud. You should ask @LloydsBank how to do things properly when it comes to safeguarding vulnerable people from financial abuse.

    @LloydsBank . All this morning. You've rejected my international money transfer to Poland - no reason. Then you BLOCKED my account even though login details were correct. Now, I've been ON-HOLD for 55mins and counting! This is terrible.
