    @LloydsBank I have tried six times to get through now and after 30-60 mins I have put phone down. Do you think that’s an acceptable wait time? I cannot update on website as the website keeps stating “time out”even though it’s only been two mins. Same yesterday.

    @LloydsBank Shame on lloyds again. First they ask to message them in private and then they reply like this "Thanks for confirming. As we're unable to access your details on Social Media, please call our PhoneBank team on 0345 3000 000. " so why do have this portal?
