Hi @LloydsBank you are a disgrace to the banking system. My mum is sat in one of your branches and they still refuse to help. She’s elderly, frail, partially sighted and very vulnerable. Call yourself helpful! Bloody useless!!!

@LloydsBank I’ve opened a new account I’ve just received my debit card but still no access to online banking as I’m waiting for a password apparently why is it taking so long? No point in having the card without access to the app
