    Wow! @ww_uk are an absolute joke! Asking for my medical records to cancel my account! A huge breach of my privacy. I am not required to hand over my confidential medical information to you. Called the bank & cancelled my card instead! Thanks @LloydsBank for the excellent service.

    @LloydsBank I would like to express my absolute dissapointment at your supposed customer service in relation to a business enquiry on behalf on my dad as he isn't on here he has been on hold on 3 occasions for over 45 mins and been told the business manager would call him back..

    @BuyersReport @LloydsBank Well they said I could start a new complaint but you get battle weary after a while. I think its best to try & do everything online after all or switch, & not expect the kind of personal service from the last generation! I've been with Lloyd's 40 years, but it makes no difference

    @LloydsBank are you having ongoing technical problems with your app? Keeps giving error messages when I try to look at items. Yes - I do have the most up to date version on my iPad.
