Anyone else having problems making online payments with @Lloydsbank ? I keep getting directed to a page that tells me 'We need your latest phone number' and I have not changed it!

@LloydsBank Anyone can fall into debt but fear not because with Lloyds their fraud department remove all access to your own money. Oh wait… now I have to pay for the two hours of phone calls to try unsuccessfully to fix it and that’s just for a start

@LloydsBank I live in Brunei. The password was long time ago expired and I threw away because I was able to log in on my desktop But since 1 week that also stopped.

@LloydsBank Sadly this does not resolve the problem due to medical issues, payments continue to be made without any way of cancellation of a standing order (not a direct debit). I am finding that the prodomiance for online services does not support your elderly clients. Most disappointing.

@LloydsBank my card has stopped working and I’ve tried the chat and calling but it keeps saying your agents are busy. Can you please help? It’s urgent and I can’t make any payments. Thanks!

@LloydsBank And I will now have to ring up for a 3rd time as my wife tried to transfer me money and it won't let her because my account won't accept the transfer. Ps my direct debits were also not set up so I have to ring them as well. Absolutely appalling service.

@LloydsBank are a joke right now, spent close to three hours of my day trying to resolve an issue which is yet to be resolved...Earlier I tried to buy something from @amazon and the payment was declined because LLOYDS, without checking in, deemed it to be fraud!

OMG @LloydsBank have closed my business account down. They didn’t try to call or email me, despite it being linked to my personal account with all my contact details and frequent correspondence. I had apx £3K in there which has disappeared. I’m astounded by this act of theft.

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne, yes I have, despite explaining that I'm working away and not back for a month, leaving my family without money in the meantime. The attitude of the lady I spoke to was quite shocking.
