@LloydsBank Paul I have a serious problem here. I need to transfer some money and instead I’ve been locked out of my own mobile account with no explanation. I should at least get some feedback about what the problem is.

@LloydsBank No I’m not in UK. I have the funds in my Lloyds current account in UK and want to transfer them to an international account. I’ve instead had my mobile login suspended.

@LloydsBank Everything went smoothly to the point where I received a 4-digit code, which was accepted, then I was logged off with no explanation and can’t log in again. When I get home I might change my bank.

@LloydsBank Not only that, the person who I spoke to lodge the complaint wanted my card and account details. I thought banks never asked for this information over the phone? Obviously they do… I must admit, your customer service has gone down the cliff edge. Am not impressed.

@lloydsbank I can confirm that your automated calling service is beyond diabolical to put it in the politest terms. THREE TIMES it’s disconnected me and I am on the verge of chucking my phone at a wall and sending the bill to you for a new phone plus the wall repair. 🤬
