@LloydsBank It hardly ever works anyway! Reported some of the same issues regarding payment transfers for months and still doesn’t work!

@LloydsBank I only have mobile WiFi. As mentioned, the same problem has been going on every single time I try to make a transfer. This has been reported to Lloyds bank many times!

@LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

@LloydsBank Had a message saying they were coming today, they've not turned up, tbe claims team send me to another line that remains on hold forever. Noone is helping me. I pay you money directly for this service. You are not delivering the service you have been paid to provide.

@LloydsBank Im aware it’s bank holiday, the lobby isn’t open due to a “technical fault” and so can’t pay in during closed hours. Is there any response to the other issues?
