@LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

@LloydsBank It hardly ever works anyway! Reported some of the same issues regarding payment transfers for months and still doesn’t work!

@LloydsBank I only have mobile WiFi. As mentioned, the same problem has been going on every single time I try to make a transfer. This has been reported to Lloyds bank many times!

@LloydsBank Absolutely ridiculous, I’m having the same issue with my brother’s account and I can’t believe how unprofessional it is. Misdirected ,!Waiting for hours to connect yet not answered by anyone. You’re quick to take action but then don’t respond immediately at all.

@LloydsBank I guess the bank quarters or back office of Lloyds should be working on Saturday morning? That’s wt I heard from my family that the bank in charge in branch said they have urged and checked with the headquarter, it’s marked the withdrawal limit request shall be processed ytd

@LloydsBank I send a mandate variation form in July, have been sent a secure message asking for a missing piece of information but finding it impossible to give the answer. Can’t give the answer over the phone, not getting any reply to emails or secure messages. Can someone help?

@LloydsBank suspending a recently widowed persons online accounts and not answering your help line phones isn't very customer friendly is it. How do we get this fixed if you won't answer the phone?

@LloydsBank not only has my hard been declined 3 times today but you have also said I can’t get any cash out of cash point? Is it because I’m never in debt? I’m sure if I was BAME , and overdrawn by £2k , I’m sure you would not block me

@LloydsBank After waiting well over an hour today my problem was resolved by very helpful staff. My point is this is not "exceptional" busy-ness but normal. Surely it is clear you need more staff to be able provide a reasonable level of customer service.
