    @LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

    @LloydsBank DO think its possible your customer service would extend to telling customers what branches are now left open in West Yorkshire! I went to Morley ..closed and Horsforth closed .. a msg to local members would have been helpful! city centre branch is very inconvenient

    @LloydsBank Do you realize how difficult it is to get in touch with you? There's no apparent email address, no live chat. It's terrible. I have confirmation of a wire transfer that YOU NEVER TRANSFERRED! This is a problem.

    I applied to change my graduate account to a student account and was told it would take two days. But over a week later nothing has happened! @LloydsBank I have even tried calling my local branch but it automatically takes me back to the automated service.

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank Perhaps it would help the team and customers to have a few more call assistants? Your staff are always really friendly helpful and professional but customers don’t expect to have to hang on that long. It was hour and 40 mins in the end. But thanks Katy.

    @LloydsBank your service are really so bad. Even though i gave you ten times call and e mail, I still even couldn't get my BBL application form and terms and conditions. How is that possible not to provide this?
