    @LloydsBank It hardly ever works anyway! Reported some of the same issues regarding payment transfers for months and still doesn’t work!

    @LloydsBank again over an hour trying to sort out a payment process due to online banking transactions not working! 3rd month now!Called customer service team and been shipped from pillar to post with still no resolution!Also expects me to wait up to another hour on the phone!!

    @LloydsBank I only have mobile WiFi. As mentioned, the same problem has been going on every single time I try to make a transfer. This has been reported to Lloyds bank many times!

    @LloydsBank We’ve spoken to them and they could not help - from their end we’ve done everything we need to do and they don’t know what is happening ! If I write to your CEO surely he must be interested that we have got that frustrated or do we have to go to @BBCWatchdog or similar ?

    @LloydsBank ''Standard saver'' and i've never been able to successfully transfer out of this account for some reason always gives me an error.

    @LloydsBank There's also a £3 Club Lloyds fee, which is waived if you pay in £1,500 a month (£2,000 a month from April). To get the switch incentive, you need to switch using the Current Account Switch Service. The offer ends 20 March 2023.

    So let me get this straight @LloydsBank you won’t give me a mortgage to reduce my monthly outgoings because I’m self employed and on paper don’t earn enough even though I’d be paying out less money meaning I’d have more in my account? Yeah that makes sense. Terrible service

    @LloydsBank Why do your debit cards have an expiry date 4 years after the valid date when they only last months before breaking? I've already had to replace two in the last year, and now another one has inexplicably stopped working for chip & pin, with no obvious damage to it.

    @LloydsBank On the previous two occasions the cards themselves split/snapped. It seems clear to me that the problem is the poor build quality of the cards.
