  @LloydsBank so you failed my payments 4 times earlier, they all sent in succession around 4 hours ago one after another and it credited my other bank. I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80£ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy

  Outstanding customer service from @LloydsBank this morning. Apparently I can't access my son's appointee account over the phone, and have to go into branch to do anything. Funny that I could do everything by phone last week. Wish I'd stuck with @Barclays now.

  @BROKENBRITAIN0 @LloydsBank Mine went through took about 30 minutes this morning. They have had problems most of the weekend as Friday I couldn’t log in. They want us to go completely digital, they cant even cope now.
