@LloydsBank Thanks Colin - I was put through earlier straight away - I think the lady then hung up on me as I’m so distressed! I am so shocked at this service from Lloyds. I’ve been a customer for 33 years . Sadly i have lost trust entirely. Sorry to rant! I feel very vulnerable !

@LloydsBank I used your online service or order a paying in book. It's been over a week and I have not got it yet. Where is it? I tried ordering one via SMS too and that did not work. Kept getting error code 0

@LloydsBank How can I check transactions / statements going back to check for fraudulent transactions if I cannot access the account, or is it best to wait until the new card is activated?

@LloydsBank on hold to fraud team after being put through by a very rude customer service agent. Automated message tells me waiting time is an hour!!!! My card has been fraudulently used TWICE in two months! I’m very distressed and feel my account is totally exposed !

@Jer6586 @Barclays @LloydsBank Barclays have been atrocious. So disappointing, if we could move banks we would! I can’t imagine how difficult it is for new charities starting out if they treat their long standing customers so dreadfully! It’s been so stressful! Just awful.

@LloydsBank I have spent endless amounts of my time trying to call but I am not prepared to stay on the line 30mins + to speak with someone over £0.01 PaulR . This is not my error it’s LLoyds so someone needs to contact me and sort it
