@LloydsBank your useless, I’ve been waiting for any everyday offer refund (only £150) since Jan!! Escalated it every month since. Got promised end of March. Still no refund and calls have a 40 minute wait. ******* terrible. I’ve waisted more than £150 chasing you about!!!

@LloydsBank A colleague did walk the line but couldn’t help as we all needed the cashier - noting the deposit machines were failed she informed that they were awaiting engineers. This has happened a lot at a time they are needed most. I did manage my deposit thank you.
