  @LloydsBank why is seemingly a 50/50 shot whether I can log in every time I use your app? Constantly down- delaying payments & ability to transfer. Always so poor. At what point do you compensate for letting your customers down?

  @Sir Robin Budenberg @LloydsBank Do you realise how incompetent your banking staff are? I have been waiting 22 days so far for a wrong transaction to be returned, £3104 to be exact. Only to be told your staff didn't record the error.

  Can't believe @LloydsBank dire customer service. Been a customer for over 40 years and was told I couldn't open an account in their main branch. Apparently you have to do it over the phone. The phone service was useless last time I used it. Yo really need to get a grip #AI
