    @LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

    @LloydsBank Your iOS app is incredibly slow. Ages to log on, then you make it worse by popping something up to interrupt me. If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.

    @LloydsBank Yes again it cannot show pending transactions, this is a regular occurrence, never had this issue with the Halifax

    @LloydsBank @em_nightreader Whilst Lloyds are having these problens ie THEIR problems they should put special measures in place not expect customers to go through normal 'wading through treacle' measures.

    @LloydsBank Absolutely outrageous. I have been trying to make an international payment for 11 days. I have called multiple times and no one has been able to help. You keep telling me to โ€œjust keep tryingโ€ because, in your words, โ€œitโ€™s not glitching all of the time.โ€ Only banks are able to hold on to money that is not theirs, cause the problem themselves and then provide zero useful customer service. This needs to be resolved immediately. #lloyds #lloydsbank #charlienunn

    @LloydsBank my 78 year old mother was humiliated in your Accrington branch for asking for help checking a potential scam text message. Complaint is in but calling it out on here so others can see the kind of people you employ. Itโ€™s not his first complaint eitherโ€ฆ appalling !!
