@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Each time I have been on hold and been told that a company are experiencing an unusually high number of calls , I say to the operative “no, you do not have enough staff answering call - don’t blame the customer for your poor service” !!!

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank Have had similar experiences with British Airways (Germany). Plus, customer service email address either non-existent or very well hidden. So sent them a good old fashioned letter. 3 (yes, three) months later no response. Send registered letter. Email next day.

@RevRichardColes @LloydsBank This will save you money, time, patience and will free up the line for customers aren't online. I solved problems with the Royal Mail and BT this way when it proved impossible to get through.
