@LloydsBank It does help, yes, thanks. However it must be over 5 years since I used your desktop site. Would be good to have that setting in the app…..or maybe once I’ve cleared it a dozen times, you know, maybe just assume I’m not interested and stop showing it!

@LloydsBank @jglo76 Shouldn't you be fixing the problem that is annoying customers, which is your issue to fix, not pushing this back on us and making it our "fault" for having the settings wrong

@Harry22578782 @LloydsBank They have a **** service always blaming it on ‘security reasons’ and the wait for the calls are always +1 hour as well. I’m swapping to another bank cuz this is frustrating

@LloydsBank great customer service from your disputes team……not. Been told that not your issue to dispute 18 transactions, I need to sort it and if no joy go to trading standards…..told the advisor I wanted to close my account said with pleasure!!!.

@LloydsBank I checked app updates and it was last updated 20Jan22 not showing as needing updating again. The error message is a red box saying 'Sorry we're having technical problems. This might be fixed by trying to log in again now. If not please try again later'

@ginormousblack @LloydsBank An ever declining service , I am sat at home unable to go out because there seems to be a problem with my debit card , and when you ring the 24hr help line it’s closed until Monday , good job wasn’t trying fill my car or pay for a meal when the problem occurred.
