    @LloydsBank I’m a District Leader for large youth charity organisation, which is struggling because of actions & unhelpful “support” from 1 of your branches. Their bank account has been due to “inactivity” despite its regular use! During this period one signatory has passed away

    @bananare86 @StarmertheFraud @LloydsBank He was able to get an account elsewhere. His account wasn't frozen and he had other access to funds. All Coutts did was to decide to close his account due to insufficient funds - they could have kept it open but they caused no hardship.
