    @LloydsBank my husband has been on the phone for 5 hours and transferred 9x (4 of which were back and forth) all to get bud online account access back up. Your system is terrible.

    @LloydsBank I am unable at the moment to see any option on Binance to start the process. Obv could be a problem on their end. Could you please direct me to the most up to date information Lloyd's bank has on deposits/withdrawals to crypto exchanges.

    @LloydsBank Hi John, I finally got through to someone after waiting for like an hour. He didn't advise why he transferred me. An agent was able to help me to an extent, and the investigation takes up to 45days. I guess I'll have to wait for 45 days, after waiting for over a month.

    @LloydsBank terrible customer service. I called your dispute service, the guy I spoke with was clueless, and transferred me again. I've been on the phone for over 31 minutes trying to speak to someone about my refund. It's been over a month yet you haven't credited my account.
