    @LloydsBank I've been trying to call you for over a week and everytime I do, I get told "due a temporary problem we can't answer your call right now. I've got a -£3 overdraft on a closed account you keep emailing about but won't answer the phone. Do you want your money or not??

    @LloydsBank My dad had a problem with his boiler on the 1st Jan. Someone has been out but it has “further issues”. He still has had no heating or hot water. I’ve rung customer service and they said he has an electric shower and hung up as I do not live with my dad.
