@LloydsBank Hi Delina, yes it was sorted eventually. Very simple. It was the talking to that was the issue and being treated like an idiot when it was clearly her mistake. I didn’t raise it as a complaint in the end as taking too long on your website, hence tweeting.

@LloydsBank Yes, these are part of the Club Lloyds account rewards. Never had an issue before so I'm baffled but @vuecinemas staff said I had to contact Lloyds.

@LloydsBank Ps Delina, from simply going into to deposit 2 cheques and cash I felt talked down to and belittled by her attitude and left fuming hence my tweet. I actually went on Lloyds website to complain I was so angry.
