    @LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

    @LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

    @LloydsBank it’s been 25 working days since I provided Letters of Administration to your bereavement team and I’m still waiting for the funds to be released. Is this to be expected?

    @LloydsBank hi, if you are going to send out letters with opening times on them, can you make sure they’re correct please. My letter says 8am to 4pm on a Saturday but when I rang up, it was closed. Only open Monday to Friday Not a good start for a new customer

    @LloydsBank When I log in to the app and I try to open my bank account or a try to search it says technical error.

    @LloydsBank can you confirm the extent of the problem? Is it restricted to app users or have regular online accounts been affected? No statements have been issued and there is no one to ask IRL.

    Certainly @FenlandFlagVBSU I have been Working against/ Exposing/ Helping Victims against @LloydsBank HBOS BSU since 2007. As well as @NatWestGroup RBS GRG since 2006 Like the Post Office it is a long time Banking Scandal actually War.

    @alitia23 @MartinSLewis @LloydsBank It isn’t about that though it’s when you find out a few months down the line that you’ve got fraud on your account 🙄 the staff on the phone just don’t seem to care about customers at all

    @LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

    @LloydsBank I called up this late morning but got though to someone that's having a bad is pc was not working but I said I log it due technical problems red banner but it showed different details and just got in tonight all back to normal but not happy as I had stuff to do
