@boldonlad @LloydsBank Hi Marsey, Ive been having the same problem and @LloydsBank just keep giving answers which are wrong but I think Ive figured it out, if you decrease the contactless limit in app and save then increase it again then it should resolve the Google pay issue (well worked for me)

@LloydsBank Ordered goods online last night - payment declined despite having funds in account. Rang help desk who checked it but couldn’t explain why it was declined !! Tried again this morning same message - what is wrong with your systems ?!?!!
