@LloydsBank utterly sick of yr By Your Side Campaign.When I got divorced 40yrs ago I needed yr support but u totally dropped me on my arse & buried me in bankers fees! But Nationwide stood by my side & rescued me. Now they enjoy my milti-thousand £££ investment status! Yr fakers!

@LloydsBank You spend all your time playing with phone app while there are ongoing problems on the "not properly tested" computer based online system that have existed for years. I will NEVER use a phone app for banking.

@MH18516445 @LloydsBank A bureaucratic technocratic nightmare peopled by robots with a rules protocol that works for the bank, but is useless for customer. Do yourself a favor find another bank. I closed all my accounts last week after 43 yrs. Can't trust them they lose financial data, Registered Mail?

Dear @LloydsBank I’ve just cancelled my insurance policy with you. Why? Last year, market value wise you overcharged me by £190, taking advantage of distraction with auto renewal. Well done, excellent policy, you’ve pocketed an extra £190 and lost a 12 year customer. #ripoffuk
