  @LloydsBank Tried to transfer £500 to an account that has been linked to my current account for years. Transaction blocked and online access to account removed. Told to call fraud line in order to reactivate. Rang and message states a 30 minute wait as you’re busy. Not happy

  @LloydsBank @JoMusician I have this issue too. I phoned at the start of the week and was given an incident number. I've just called now for an update and have been told it's a know fault and the IT dept are working on it still.

  @shaaaawty_7 @hollyandpippa @LloydsBank Even if they weren’t, they maybe should be made public anyway. Insiders / whistle blowers are few and far between. Collective DSAR information aggregated together may help however that requires an insider

  @LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

  Tried ringing @LloydsBank switching service and the calls just ring and ring then cuts out then call again and rings and rings and rings. Whats going on.
