Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.

Stephen Hand (@Shand754) reported@LloydsBank absolutely shocking service. Card frozen on a transaction even though I approved it via the app. No notification it has been frozen via text on anything so I have to call. 14 mins to get through to customer service and then 30 mins to be transferred to fraud. Awful!

Jordan || Dean Kinnie || (@ECTXPLXSM) reported@DuntonCharlie @hdcycfycyvdtxtt @LloydsBank Their fault entirely. But their fault or not us as customers who were denied access to our pets, stranded, and food gone spoiled, should be compensated. Let's stop white knighting for massive corporations that would never do the same for us LOL

Sandra Bainbridge (@SandraBainbridg) reported@LloydsBank Can we have a reason for the outage. It is only in March that we could see other peoples transactions. This is not acceptable. There needs to be a statement as to why this has happened.
