@LloydsBank Hi Colin I've phoned your customer services on numerous occasions but because I'm not an account holder they say there's very little I can do and have advised I go into branch to get them to flag it on the system. Computer says no...

Contacted @LloydsBank today regarding a serious banking fraud matter and got told by their stuttering untrained agents “there’s nothing we can do” even though I’ve tried to resolve this problem for ages. Call transferred several times now and getting seriously annoyed 😡

@LloydsBank My sons grandmother is trying to open a Child Saver for my son and it's impossible, every time it just shuts down on both mobile and internet. She cannot get into the bank (30mins drive). How can this be sorted? She has the birth certificate etc. Thanks in advance!:)

@LloydsBank I've had a similar problem with HSBC, but they weren't rude to me when I went into the branch. That's the real issue here. If I'd spoken to a member of your staff in that manner, security would have asked me to leave. Personally, I think you should be asking her to leave

@LloydsBank Hi, can someone help me with a question about whether there is any protection on items bought through my card please? Thank you.

@LloydsBank "Checking, looks like somethings gone wrong. Unfortunately a problem with our system. We're sorry for any inconvenience. Please try again later." Only option then is "Back to Lloyd home page" and that happens every single time.

@LloydsBank Yes, which entails me either ringing someone up and wasting even more of my time, using a different channel than my preference or filling in a form that may or may not get a response in 8 weeks. How does that actually deal with my problem?

@LloydsBank Arguing with a potential customer is not a good look. It took more effort to tell me she was busy than it took for me to leave the letter with her and explain not only my issue, but that I'd potentially be invoicing for an admin fee if I have to return more letters
