Richard Powell (@RichardPowell6) reportedHey @LloydsBank having spent an hour on the phone & forced to go to a branch now sat with a 30min wait as they are busy.. Liz Read (@LizRead168) reported@LloydsBank I have been with you all of my life. That is going to finish very soon if I can't get this matter resolved. You have taken away the facility to download a csv for specified periods on some of my accounts. Your humans don't know the answer. They put me onto chat bots who are useless. Why you would give en export facility that chooses its own random dates? What is the point of that? Something has gone very wrong with your service of late. I cannot believe someone has programmed it this way.
