@LloydsBank Hi Delina, we tried changing the address by post, by email, on your website and now by phone. We're told there's a technical error, a signature mismatch, etc. It's a business bank account. We changed the address before with no issues so no idea why it's so hard this time.

@LloydsBank Having issues with making and receiving payments since yesterday morning. Can't pay anyone, and my salary hasn't come through. Spent around 2 hours on the phone with Lloyds, still unresolved. Raised a complaint but it can take up to 15 days! Incredibly frustrated.

Last week we went to @LloydsBank to get my Help To Buy ISA closed for the mortgage. The docs we needed from it then disappeared as they were trying to print them out. We were told they'd be sent to us ASAP from head office but we still haven't got them. I don't need this stress.

Why have @LloydsBank not yet passed on interest rate increases? You were happy to cut them as fast as you could when the base rate went down, so surely you should be passing on the increases to savers now?

@nw_nicholas @LloydsBank They are ripping me off as well. Been a loyal customer for over 30 years but yet again this year they are inceasing my contents insurance from under £200 to over £300 for no reason and i have never made a claim. You call them and then they can suddenly reduce it to £260 1/2

@PBerkul @66sandman66 @LloydsBank I can’t make a payment or receive a payment. But can use my card. I’ve sent a DM for an update but haven’t had a response. Seems to be an issue with faster payments. I just want to know current status as apparently they’ve been working on it since 1pm yesterday.
