Pete (@peterphilp08) reported@UKShipEng @LloydsBank @uj7protocol In the corporate world some twonk would classify this as ‘offering the customer a practical solution’. Whereas in the real world people would class Lloyds as a bunch of imbeciles to have such a response. Hey Lloyds put this little tale in your staff training manual!
-
Sonya McDougall (@sossyw) reported@LloydsBank why have I been unable to 'view upcoming payments' in the app for some time? It just says something went wrong and that there has been a technical problem
-
Hitz (@Hitzedude) reported@uj7protocol @LloydsBank Carry a small amount of 'emergency only' cash so you can buy from a shop before you board. £20 is more than enough. Their response about the food bank, whilst not at the pinnacle of customer service, is the sort that is warranted by such an idiotic enquiry.
-
Julie-Ann Harrison (@Julie80Ann) reported@LloydsBank I'm just off the phone with an advisor. Won't let me log on on your app. Keeps saying having technical issues. Please sort this.
-
Crocidolite (@Crocidolite11) reportedAbsolutely ridiculous @LloydsBank …now my daughter has turned 16 and without notification you’ve removed the parent’s access from the account. As I have money in that account, it won’t allow me to transfer that money out. The staff in branch, no idea either! At least warn us! 🙄
