  @Jonno1st @LloydsBank A complaint often takes months (they say 5 day avg response not resolve time). A DSAR may help answer your questions, however they’re not so quick at those either. Sympathies and hope you manage to have some enjoyment on your holiday

  @LloydsBank you have an ongoing incident where someone is using the Lloyd’s Bank Foundation number to call customers and commit fraud. Your customer care response…? Use the app! How did the foundation get my details and why are they calling me on a Saturday

  @LloydsBank Over 50 years as a customer with mortgages , loans, credit cards etc and get treated disgracefully by your customer services department. Time to invest elsewhere , and I’d advise everyone else to do likewise .

  @AndrewM54363806 @LloydsBank They are bloody useless I now know many people with same error. I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service
