    @YardleyShooting @financialombuds @LloydsBank Yes, the Financial Ombudsmen service is a complete and utter waste of time in my experience too. I had a case against Northern Rock years ago and they were clearly biased in favour of the Financial institutions. Of course, they are funded by those very same financial institutions

    @LloydsBank @heavy_sunshine I’ve been waiting over an hour now. This is more than “busy phone lines”. This is not enough staff to do the work. I think my monthly fee is too high for this sort of service.
