Today must really be the day of appauling customer service. 2 hours helping a relative with @VodafoneUK this morning then had @LloydsBank blocking an 'app approved' transaction (followed by the whole card) before placing me in a second queue of 1hr (after a first of 30 mins)

@LloydsBank I can't access my bank accounts? My mobile banking will allow me to login but my accounts coming up as N/A all of a sudden? Any answers as to why this is happening? I have Bills to go out tonight n tommorow!

@LloydsBank In one of your Aberdare branch now and your manager trying to get hold of insolvency team and keep cutting her off.Taken day off work to get 2 mth old issue sorted. Not good enough!
