    Never got help at all from my bank during Covid lockdown but soon as you have a little bit of money in the account there like flies round **** ringing asking you to invest or if I want a loan mortgage etc this is really shocking this @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank @DigSchoolhouse Are you really in any position to offer advice on anything digital? You run your own business on paper forms (which you misroute) and don’t enable customer to carry out simple requests digitally. Maybe put your own house in order first? Definitely not #ByYourSide

    @LloydsBank Why have you reduced amount can withdrawn in Post Office from £500 to £300. Just as people now need access to more money for utility prepayment top-ups. We're still shielding, extra bank trip other end of town & don't carry money, so can top up few months at a time.
