@LloydsBank Yes 3d secure doesn't popup except occasionally. Tried 2 different browsers, mobile and PC. Vendor saying your 3d secure service isn't working.

@LloydsBank HORRIFIC SERVICE re mobile banking. Banking app is a disgrace. Setup system does not work. Cannot get to speak to anyone. Beyond frustrating when you know you’ve followed all the instructions correctly and then it tell you you haven’t.

@LloydsBank bonjour Lloyds just spoke to a helpful lady on the phone to then wait 25 mins on hold to be told the team cannot help me :( you turned my student account into a graduate account whilst I’m still studying apparently I need to go to a branch to sort this? Is that true?
