@LloydsBank V poor performance. On the Premier account line trying to ask a basic Q regarding my travel insurance (not answered in docs or on website). Current hold time almost an hour. But cumulative over all my failed attempts to talk to a human nearly 2 hrs. Account worth it?

@FCnotPLC @LloydsBank After waiting 2hrs last night with no answer I gave up, so just a heads up that it could be much longer than half an hour. On the weekend I got through immediately, no idea why it’s suddenly an issue this week.

@LloydsBank Internet banking still problems. Trying to set up a transfer, shows security number, calls me, I enter the number or speak the number and it tells me its wrong. Wtf..

@LloydsBank Hi I am a business banking customer and I urgently need some help and support. I cannot get hold of my account manager, I can’t get through on the phone, the instant messaging doesn’t work and all the emails are disabled and reject.
