    @Drystonesonnet @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank We opened a business account there and suddenly those directors who had personal accounts found that their personal accounts were available online to every other director. That was only the start of our problems. I wouldn't go near the place ever again.

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank No problems with first direct, good app, they always answer the phone quickly. Customer service is all they have because they branchless

    @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I have found First Direct to be fantastic. They even helped me get my money back from a dodgy website when I got chatting on the phone after ringing about something else entirely.

    @LloydsBank Many thanks for responding my invalid train tickets I spent 200 pounds trying to get home when the tickets weren't working so I need all that money refunded. They kept questioning me like I committed a crime and refused to help me

    @LloydsBank Wasn't able to get on the app yesterday and still can't get on today. It either comes up with technical issue or says I've entered the wrong login details too many times yet it won't even let me enter these details to start with. Can you get it sorted please

    @LloydsBank Safari retains my userid securely, and my password hasn't changed since i last used the service. The mobile app fails at launch, doesn't even get to the security details!
