@LloydsBank my daughter tried to access her account via the app and it said it didn’t have a phone number and she needs to add her phone number on the website, signed in on the website and it’s told her to do it on the app! How can we add her phone number online please?

@LloydsBank so after 32 years of having house insurance with you, the first time we enquire about a claim we get told it’s down to wear and tear. So much for customer service and thanks for taking our premium without a single thought 🤨 Time to look elsewhere.

@LloydsBank Still@waiting for my money. Did get an email for Allianz saying they are very busy and short staffed and have a backlog! You as a Bank need to sort this out. You are offering a product with zero customer service.

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

@LloydsBank I've tried in Edge, Chrome, Firefox and Opera but still get the same message. Had this problem for years and now have 10 accounts that I want closing. Everytime a Club Lloyds Monthly Saver (or similar) finishes it opens a new account :(
