@LloydsBank Hi Laura. Thanks for the speedy reply. It expires on the 02/22. That is good to know! I am going on holiday and I've got more transactions to do next month and I wouldn’t like to have any issues because it is about to expire.

@LloydsBank tried to pay for a parking ticket using the Ringo app and keeps saying my card is declined and to check bank details which I did. It's still not working. Any idea why it might not work?

@LloydsBank I’m a platinum account holder paying £21pm. It’s impossible to get hold of the travel insurance provider. If I can’t before the holiday I’m going to cancel my account.

@LloydsBank Hey @LloydsBank I ordered my new under 18s card late Thursday night and it’s still not here any idea how long it normally takes?. Also on my online banking it shows my card I type this in to the betting account and it won’t allow it, is that because it’s still down as an under 19

@LloydsBank now waiting >25 minutes to have my call answered so I can complete urgent payments on my LloydsBank credit card which are yet again blocked due to “fraud control”. No online functionality to fix these issues so no choice but to call and wait…and wait…and wait

@LloydsBank I have spoken to them today and they said its not their fault as home emergency is outsourced. Premier customers appear to be second class citizens in the Lloyd world now as you don't offer this service anymore but take the monthly fee
