They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.

Call agents have targets, handling times etc. Last thing they need is a bollocking cos they're dealing with some1 like you.
