I’ve banked with @LloydsBank for almost 2 decades but today they let me down despite being bed ridden and informing their staff they decided to be EVIL and CRUEL to ask me to go in branch for no reason because their agent was having day and hanged up. Avoid #LloydsBank (10)

So today I’ve spent my whole day speaking and go into @LloydsBank branches only for my issue not be resolved! A freaking waste of time and life. Compromised my health. 7:55am to 4:30pm and still no resolve. #LloydsBank should be ASHAMED!
