    @LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

    @LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.

    Your app and website has been down for several hours now @LloydsBank I wonder if this connected to the change over from Mastercard to Visa and the ridiculous steps we have to take. Updating on various accounts. Technically this should be possible!!!

    @LloydsBank what a terrible customer service you’ve got… Our card has been used in fraud transactions and despite you reassuring the amount is not going to be deducted, while it was pending, not only it has, but you now stall and do nothing… appalling service Shame on you

    @LloydsBank lovely lady called Lesley helped me close my accounts once the systems were up and running again. Pity IT are in the same league. I’m sure Lloyds won’t miss my few quid but at least I’ll be able to access it when I want

    @LloydsBank your app and site are totally down and my money is trapped in my savings. I need to top up my electric meter today. This is completely unacceptable. When is this going to be fixed? People need access to their money for basic utilities! #LloydsBankDown
