It’s Friday evening and the @LloydsBank app is down. This is insane! Can’t even buy food or pay bills 😩 For sure need to open an account with another bank like @AskNationwide as they at least would reimburse for the inconvenience

@LloydsBank does anyone at your customer service know what they are doing? Getting close to closing my account that I have only had for about two weeks due to constant issues. You need to make it easier for people to talk to real people who can then maybe resolve the problem
