    @LloydsBank Thanks for your reply. We've tried twice now in last three weeks, someone is always "looking into it". Still waiting for a Lloyds employee to call me back from this morning. Not acceptable service.

    @LloydsBank on the phone to your car insurance department, must be a world record of being put on hold, currently have been on hold for 1 hour 15 minutes, and already been given incorrect information ony first call! Shocking customer service and incorrect advise offered!
