    @RhonPiquering Lloyds. Can't phone them, it's chat function and I have told them 4 times I will not be providing further ID. They don't listen. Anyway they have just lost a customer. Are you listening @LloydsBank ?

    @LloydsBank I have also sent series of complaints and yet nothing has been done..... Just get this sorted out and stop all giving me all this unnecessary stress and headache.... What more do you guys want exactly???? Just simply release my account so I can access my money..

    @LloydsBank your customer service rep can be the most prentious and rude individuals. the call turned terribly cold towards the end. i dont believe youre a solution focused branch.

    @areyoflight @TheCanaryUK @LloydsBank It also starves their employees of access to food and bills! Is Lloyds really going to watch people go hungry and homeless because they have an issue with the employer?? Employees cannot be paid.
