    @LloydsBank whats happening with the banking apps? My wages can't even get put in because of this nonsense. Its not the first time this year either. Your bank is becoming a joke and you won't even acknowledge the issue. Your website is still claiming theres no issues. Stop lying

    Hi @LloydsBank, I have received a text message saying that my credit card (number ends exactly same as my current one) is on its way. I did not request a new credit card tho. Is it related to todays technical issues or should I be worried?

    @LloydsBank Yeah but the new card has the same number as my current one. Why would you send me new one if I hadn't requested one? It just feels wrong. Tried to contact your customer service but waiting time is just too long.
