@LloydsBank That would be super if someone actually took the call. The automatic message always says that the lines are busy I don't get why u prefer 4 everyone to read message on Twitter instead of having a live chat service. I will use my Monzo account, problem solved

@LloydsBank There seems to be an issue with the app. It will remain indefinitely on the “authenticating your device” screen. The app is up to date on my phone, there is nothing wrong with my connection, what’s going on??

@LloydsBank No error message, it's simply only bringing up the option to order a new account to order a new card for one out of two accounts. Tried calling for 3 days but endless waiting times on hold ugh.

@LloydsBank you urgently need a phone department with humans to help elderly people who don't do the internet! I've been on the phone for 4 and a half hours now trying to help my mum make a transaction and it's still not done! This is appalling!!

@exon157 @LloydsBank We experienced an issue where some transactions were not processing successfully via the live payment gateway between 12:28 and 12:34. Transaction processing has returned to normal and we are monitoring systems closely.

@LloydsBank I uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it changed nothing. I’ve managed to do what I needed to do on the desktop, but it’s still very frustrating that the app seems to be having issues
