    @LloydsBank hello! My app won’t ever load whenever I’m not on wifi. The app is up to date, and I have 4G & no connectivity issues (for example, I’m able to tweet you right now!), but the app never lets me authenticate myself. Any advice? Thanks!

    @TwiceNightly @LloydsBank @zavvi_cs They said it needed authorising but I just kept arguing by who? Actually it was sorted quicker when I tagged my credit card provider in on one complaint - even though it turned out they wouldn’t be able to help for a few more weeks

    @LloydsBank It’s a Smart Start account. It may sound like a minor thing but it really isn’t. When I open my app I want to see my accounts and check his occasionally, but his are all at the top and mine are further down. The only way I can see is to remove his accounts completely

    @LloydsBank Funny, I got an answer as soon as I tweeted 🤔 I’m trying to close my sons accounts with you as there is no way to change the order they appear in the app and his is at the top of my app and my current account is way down the list. Only way seems to be to leave unfortunately
