@santanderukhelp Problem not resolved. Was told a goodwill gesture of £50 would be paid into my account last week, it hasn't been. Can't use card. Can't make transfers. @LloydsBank please take me back! After 17yrs with you I moved to @santanderuk and it's been terrible since day one!!

@lloydsbank pls update your website for open hours at Crewkerne. You can say you will close 07/03/22 so why not get current weekdays right? That’s twice I’ve checked and been caught out.

@LloydsBank Thanks, but I’d didn’t really solve my problem. For last two days my international transfer was rejected and account suspended. I spent 2 hours on the phone and the problem persists. This is not acceptable

Know what? Next time I need a banking service I'm going to move the account to @firstdirecthelp because they pick up the phone and actually help me, unlike @LloydsBank who I've had accounts with for decades and are incredibly poor at answering the phone and actually helping.
