    @LloydsBank Despite being a customer for over 50 years and using the Bank for everything including house insurance etc-to be made to feel as though I am a nuisance and not a client is extremely poor. I am not even wanting to borrow any money- #customerservicenonexistent

    Hey, @LloydsBank - just in case no-one has told you, I think the system used for your automated payment verification calls is melting in the heat. Used it yesterday (sluggish) and today (ridiculously slow). Literally took robot lady 30 seconds to spit out each number.

    @LloydsBank My question has now been responded to but I was supposed to get a notification when it was. The notification didn’t come through.I checked & I have push notifications turned on as advised. I was trying to get help around an international money payment transaction Not yet answered

    @LloydsBank No, the agents kept leaving the chat and I had to keep repeating myself. 1 person said it could be done on app, another said on the phone and last only in branch (which I already knew). It’s finally been booked but awful customer service.
