@LloydsBank see this thread. Hours on phone to your staff. System utterly broken. Starting from scratch each time. Staff sending wrong item on simple matter each time and ARENT SURE the department they’re asking knows how to process a basic required form. Two weeks of it.

@LloydsBank Then why introduce voice id? scammers can easily phish your voice, especially from vulnerable groups. You are just providing more opportunities for scams. Also please stop spamming me with voice id, recorded messages, emails and customer service staff pressure selling.
