    @LloydsBank once again logged out of the app, stating error code 9131695, exceeded max number of devices. I only have it registered on 1. Can you advise? I’m sick of having to re-set up the app randomly every few weeks.

    @LloydsBank @stephenkeeler I could understand reinstating a smaller fee but how can an increase from zero to £21 be justified? I can't think of another service industry where this huge increase would be acceptable @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank Called all the emergency fraud telephone numbers on your website, so be told that they are only open 7am-8pm. I need to speak to someone about a fraudulent transaction on my account. Terrible service. Website states fraud no is 24hr & normal number is until 11pm

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin. Debit card. Have used for months without issue so far, get the usual one time pass code etc but past few tries just outright declined.

    @LloydsBank I had a debit card that expired, an automatic renewal of a subscription I forgot to cancel, was taken off that card, 4 months after the card expired, is this an issue people should be made aware of, I assumed an expired card was dead?

    @LloydsBank Hi Ste. No text which is weird. Phone convo said they'd seen no attempt at a transaction which would explain it. I've tried again and been in touch with them, still error/declined by issuer. Removed card with them for now and I'll try again in day or two.

    @LloydsBank Chris, I can’t see the problem with doing it. We took out another loan for a car on ***. Financially she is going to now be paying 2 x high loans that will really push her affordability. Are you a bank who just points to policy or one that reviews every case compassionately
