@LloydsBank your online messaging service is painful! Auto chat couldn't help so was offered real person. Real person started conversation but there's over 15 mins each time between me responding to a question and them giving any response. 30 mins in so far and getting nowhere!

@LloydsBank Maybe one day this bank realize the common sense to give the credit card even to a British citizen living abroad.Especially to the ones having good reputation or a regular monthly pension payments.There might be a personal treatment of every customer to be a good bank

@LloydsBank What on earth is going on with adding my Premier card to Google Wallet? I've phoned up twice this week, both times they say they've "whitelisted" it and still "couldn't add". Operator was insisting the problem is on Google's end but I have my doubts.
