Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?

So, very clearly, the app and online banking are NOT "up and running".

Lou Kelly (@TessW62) reported@LloydsBank There’s no screenshot to give you, when I go into the app there should be a box saying “tap here to authorise this payment” (or something like that,) but it isn’t there. That’s the whole problem.

I go to enter the amount and the keyboard doesn’t appear and then freezes the app? It’s been intermittent the last few days.
