    @LloydsBank Vijay I wasn’t really advised anything. I was trying to get an answer about why this problem keeps happening. Was just transferred to several different numbers which were nothing to do with the enquiry. I’ll try again tomorrow - it’s just very frustrating

    @LloydsBank Yeah you sent me a letter saying open till 8. I've had enough and haven't even activated my card. They've just said they can't help. Almost two hours of chat to say that. How the hell to I close the accounts?

    @LloydsBank So you can’t help? 46 years a Lloyds customer. 44 years no problems. Last 2 years, endless problems and poor customer service. What’s happening?

    Be warned @LloydsBank has frozen my card for a legitimate online transaction and when I called them they’ve said that I need to into a branch on Monday to sort it out. That’s days without access to money and they appear to not remotely care about that. Think about changing banks
