    @LloydsBank trying to sort a charge back on a credit card, can't do it on the app after 14 days, rang customer service on the day after it happened, told me to ring back today, rang back and then forwarded on to the correct department. Which was closed :) nothing but hassle

    @LloydsBank very poor service, been awaiting a complaint response since April 2025!! Last update was 12th April to advise will respond by 21st May!!! Today is the 11th June….🤬🤬🤬

    @LloydsBank why can i only transfer money from 2 of my accounts. the other 2 say i can’t get access of information and it says NIL when i definitely have money in there
