@LloydsBank hi don’t block a card and then don’t answer the phone when trying to get through to the fraud department. Said I will need be on the phone for 1 hour. Been on the call for 35 minutes calling from abroad

@martynpick @LloydsBank I just don’t get it. Fine do the checks but don’t make it impossible to sort out. Monzo is a lot better and it’s quickly dealt with
