    @LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

    @LloydsBank One of your insured car drivers collided with my car but I took down the reg number incorrectly. I do have his policy number but apparently that's not enough. How am I supposed to solve this issue if my insurer can't claim against the policy number alone?
