    @LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

    @LloydsBank @PaulCro76381375 Fobbed off to the complaints department who may likely tell you they have 8 weeks to reply and then when you’re expecting an answer they will extend it by an extra 8 weeks. Requesting a DSAR beforehand can help your complaint. Best of luck

    @LloydsBank Look. You are supposed to be my bank. You are shutting ALL banking outlets. My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!

    @LloydsBank I reported a serious data breach yesterday morning (10:34 AM) where I was given access to another customer's private account. 24+ hours later and I’ve had zero response. This is a major UK GDPR failure. I need an urgent update on my formal complaint and compensation.

    @LloydsBank Also the complaint management likes to put customers as the wrong doer and the complaint manager gets a reward for ignoring issues that they have caused? one of my cases should of taken a few weeks and not months this is speaking with experience
