@LloydsBank The app is telling me I need to enter memorable information, but can’t remember it. When I enter my details to reset memorable information, I’m told that a code will be sent to my phone. But then the app crashes and won’t go any further. No code received. I can’t log in to app.

@LloydsBank I opted in for paperless banking but need to print some statements for an application. When I log in on desktop it shows no transactions to display for some months which doesn’t reflect the true activity. My mobile app is displaying the correct info. Help please?

@LloydsBank I’ve another doubt. HMRC issued me the cheque with my first name only with initials. For example: if my full name is “Antony Henry Mario Salvador”. HMRC issued a cheque like “Pay to Mr A Mario Salvador”. HMRC trimmed my first name. Do you think this is a problem?

@LloydsBank I think it's standard for people to not have access to their UK numbers abroad, and it just seems so archaic that text verification is required for online transactions - I really want to use my Lloyds cc but never can.
