  @LloydsBank I think the point we're making is why should your customers have to do the work of contacting companies we may not even remember setting payments up with using MasterCard? You've also impacted the companies that aren't being paid because you switched for no customer benefit.

  Hey @LloydsBank. Your phone service is the biggest pile of crap I’ve had in years. Why did you shut down my local branch? I’m trying to ask you about money. The thing you like. It took 20 minutes arguing with the voice recognition thing to put me in a queue for 40 minutes!

Or was the poster expecting someone from Lloyds bank to hop on the train with a bag full of goodies for them as the poster apparently couldn’t survive a 3 hour train journey
