@LloydsBank Hi PaulR, sorry for delay. We show the debit and other items have credited with other banks but last update suggested most had credited by close of business. Thanks for the rapid response, apologies for my slow reply.

@LloydsBank you are being super frustrating. You keep blocking my bank cards for no discernible reason and then it’s always an hour wait on the phone line to get them unblocked. Why is your customer service so atrocious. Becoming untenable now, I literally can’t pay for things.

@LloydsBank Tried all morning to recover my login details. Get to the sending a code to my mobile, then get an error message saying you have a technical problem. Are you likely to be getting this sorted today please?

@LloydsBank hi, I paid for a product which was never delivered. Apparently out of stock and I should've been refunded. I asked the company why I hadn't been refunded and they said they were having issues with the bank, others haven't been refunded either but it will be sorted

@LloydsBank That’s all well and good but every time I call Lloyds it says it’s an hours wait. How is that appropriate customer service?

We found an fraudulent @DirectDebitUK entry on our 86yo mother-in-law’s account. She has no knowledge of it, nor was she informed about it. The company is dissolved but @LloydsBank failed to check that & failed to protect their customer. We will call their #fraud dept tomorrow.

@LloydsBank Hi, I am a freelancer working online, my question is about payment from USA. I have done their work and they ask me to pay $300 to link my bank to Standard Chartered bank in USA to receive money. Is that ok to pay $300 via PayPal like friend and family account.reply

@LloydsBank No, I’ve finally managed to access the account on the desktop rather than the app. I’ve got sorted - maybe it’s not possible to change details on the app?
