    @LloydsBank After half an hour plus queuing, it turns out their computers aren't working, so they advise people to go elsewhere. I decide not to panic, I can just go to the branch on Oxford Street before my appointment—it's listed as being open at that time. It's not.

    The travel insurance @LloydsBank gives its premium customers has a shocking record of customer service. I ant get any help. I’ve just purchased other cover for my next trip. I think it’s the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Bank needs to reassess.

    @LloydsBank Obviously, all of these issues could be avoided if I just cancelled and replaced my debit card, like I "should" do. I'll get around to it eventually. But it's really annoying to be told there are alternatives that I can use, which then don't materialise.
