    @GMB Digital banking - in November #lloydsbank failed to send its customer their new card on time. Dec same bank refused to pay for their regular shop because it was unusually large (Xmas doh!) - Jan they blocked a bank transf said customer must pay for a £1,500 service by card.

    @steph_Arnold_93 @LloydsBank Oh dear. Why taf would you go for one of the Big 4 banks when co-op is environmentally friendly, ditto the newers. Lloyds is ****, and I say that as an ex employee and customer.

    @LloydsBank is there any issues with your systems ? Just sent some money from my account with you to an account with another bank, its not even showing up on my transactions but is in my other account but can't access it

    @LloydsBank thank you SO much, you useless *****, for not sorting me out a mortgage in spite of me having no commitments, a property worth more than the one I'm buying, no loans, no Jack ****. I've been a customer for 30 years. Thanks for giving me the heads up to go elsewhere.

    @LloydsBank I've already phoned the Lloyds complaint team and said that i wanted to speak to someone in LLoyds, not Allianz , they fobbed me off & put me through to the Allianze number that i dial quite alot. I gave up and thought id go down this route. Viscious circle.
