If you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.

@LloydsBank I have just tried it again, both the proper way of talking to the automated system and another time by pressing zero to shortcut it, both end up with a message saying "our advisor service is closed for the bank holiday". This is disgusting.

@LloydsBank 1/ Every time a customer taps a card, an invisible web of issuers, acquirers, gateways, and processors fires into action. One weak link in authorisation, routing, or uptime, and the whole flow breaks. Payments work because partnerships work.
