    @LloydsBank an elderly neighbour is struggling to log in. His memorable info contains the letter L, but on the drop down letters list there is an i where the L should be. Choosing that character doesn’t work. When will you be correcting this please?

    @LloydsBank hi, I recently switched to lloyds bank. I was looking at my upcoming direct debits which were moved over from my previous bank, there is a direct debit to TALKTALK, I've never been a customer with them so I'm confused as what it is, there's no pay amount

    Why do @AvantiWestCoast settle delay repay claims by cheque during a period of postal strikes (which I support)? They tell me they do this because the bank credit card (@LloydsBank) I used to pay for my ticket won't accept refunds! Is this true @LloydsBank ?

    @LloydsBank Hi Jimmy. It’s on his laptop and he uses Explorer. He’s down to his last login attempt so worried about being locked out.

    30 mins and still waiting @LloydsBank 17 people in queue only 2 cashiers one of which hasn't taken a customer for 10 mins. So glad you continue to shut down high St banks. Obviously no need for them...

    @LloydsBank I just called and they were no help at all they just told me I can’t have a credit card limit increase and I will get charged but the woman didn’t sound like she knew what she was talking about and didn’t give me the amount I will be charged for going over

    @LloydsBank No. I explained that your website states that you will send them automatically. He said that’s not always the case & confirmed that a card was not sent out prior to me ordering one on the 24th. No explanation as to why.

    @LloydsBank Hi Tony, I'm not sure to repeat this transaction, as everytime I logged on to Lloyds mobile app and website, the pending payment was still there and it said I won't be able to log on until I spoke with Lloyds' staff (which I already did, and had no solution), could you check it?
