@LloydsBank Even better, don't use your phone to access your bank. Use a computer, more secure, less lightly to be stolen, and hacked. Use your phone to make calls to people, and avoid the brain-rot associated with 'Smart' phones.

@LloydsBank Given that most of the working world has returned to a sense of normality, I find it poor service and a lazy attitude to still be operating at such a reduced service. We have chosen an alternative bank who were able to help immediately and open an account within 20 minutes.

@LloydsBank Further to our messages I took my son to my local branch today to provide the paperwork as you have advised. We were told that we had to make an appointment, completely different than what I was advised on here and they refused to help us. 1/2

@LloydsBank I log into the website, I get a message saying I should get a second credit card, despite having nil on my first. And also a message claiming that this is "car-buying season" (whatever that is), with a claim that this is a great time for a new car, despite soaring costs. Scam?

@LloydsBank @LiamBarnettIT Same issue and same error message. Unable to use vouchers online. My vouchers starts with VSLY but I've used online before with no issues. Can you please investigate @vuecinemas ?

@LloydsBank I checked app updates and it was last updated 20Jan22 not showing as needing updating again. The error message is a red box saying 'Sorry we're having technical problems. This might be fixed by trying to log in again now. If not please try again later'
