    @LloydsBank The op says it’s been accepted but the website says it’s failed. It’s definitely to do with Lloyds as I’ve been having to use my own personal Halifax account to make payments today

    @LloydsBank Hi it’s working now. During the daytime it was not allowing me to enter the app or the website which I tried from various devices. I did see other comments saying they were having the same problem. However seems to be sorted now.

    @LloydsBank I’m just through to Gordon who is being extremely helpful. Lloyds needs to look at customer waiting times. The lack of a timely service is appalling. In app telephone numbers seem to be incorrect too. Twice I was directed to the wrong section. Thank you for responding

    @LloydsBank hi had problems all day using the app to authenticate payments. Only seems to be with Lloyds. Can’t use app or text message code
