Some (banks, post office, etc) are always free. I'm with Lloyds, never been charged except for ATMs that state they charge.

J Wright (@Happyjaw) reported@LloydsBank So I was on hold. Wasting my time again. Got out through to someone where I had to explain- again! And he said there’s nothing that they can do. Because the customer has to tell you they’ve moved. So I apparently don’t have any choice but to accept this as an ongoing issue?

J Wright (@Happyjaw) reported@LloydsBank So I called. I got stuck in the call loop again because I’m not a customer. Then I called again. It went silent. Nothing there. So I called again and spoke to someone who said he couldn’t do anything. He spoke to his manager and they decided to pass me on.
