@LloydsBank I called commercial banking team and was messed around for 20 mins being continuously put on hold not even getting through security. I gave up and just called again- held for 7 mins and someone put the phone down. Any chance of some customer service??

@LloydsBank attempted a call to dispute a transaction, was told by the disputes line ‘I can’t help you, you need to fill out an online form’ I do as I’m asked, now get an email asking for the same information I put in the form!! Poor service.

@LloydsBank Overseas right now and lloyds is refusing to work. getting error message 9200089: Sorry we can't confirm if this payment has been successful. I changed password recently. Would rather not make an international call to resolve this, tried to send an email but it was rejected? tf
