@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank hi, could you please tell me what’s going on with your customer service phone line. I have been trying to speak to an advisor all day. Waiting time for answer is almost an hour and even after waiting the call gets disconnected. Not happy!

@LloydsBank why aren’t you sending out replacement bank cards until 6 days before the old one expires? Massive problem if you have to go away that week and suddenly have no access to your own money!
