@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank as a loyal customer of some 40 years can you explain why you (& other banks) have not yet increased your interest rates on saving accounts following the @bankofengland recent raises. Seems when interest rates fall the adjustment is swift but not the reverse.

@LloydsBank ..and no he didn't complete my request. Despite my asking if I would be quicker doing it myself through online banking, he ignored me and put me on hold for ages before returning to the call to say I had to do it online. Disappointing service @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank 48 minutes and counting. That’s how long it’s been waiting for the fraud department to answer and open my internet banking app. 48 minutes. I have given up 5 times in 3 days. Don’t suspend accounts if you’re not going to be available to fix it.

@LloydsBank Ok, to repeat, EVERY time I phone, I’m told there’s a minimum of an hour queue for the fraud department. Each time, I wait on hold and at around 45-50 minutes into this, the line is cut and I have to start again. It means your ‘service’ is unusable and useless

@LloydsBank Your telephone customer service staff are so hit & miss. Sometimes your staff couldn't be better but this morning, I ended up with the most unhelpful and blandest voiced person ever, that made it seem like I was putting him out by asking for #customerservice
