Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! They confirmed an incident is open for this issue we're having and they know it's a problem..better than being brushed off as was happening at the beginning. Guess it's just a case of waiting for a fix.
