@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank Phone insurance claim made 4 weeks ago, agreed next day - still "processing" NOBODY to contact, all emails from non-return addresses. 46 mins on hold so far this morning chasing up. Zero customer service.

@LloydsBank basically i feel scammed, called you to cancel transaction, you said me that there is nothing you can do, i feel verry disappointed, you should help people, not dismiss me. Shame on you. Its a time to change a bank. Basically your support is useless

@LloydsBank sit in a tel queue for 20 mins for someone to answer be on mute and then hang up 4 mins later. Call back wait another 20 mins to be told no info from 2 weeks ago when i tried to report a fraud transaction only to be put through to fraud team for a 30 min wait. WTF
