@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank unfortunately, i am a new customer, still within my 14days sign up. And you have been the worst bank ive ever dealt with. Nothing done right. After lengthy conversations with 3 of your advisors today, still unbale to use online banking and no balance transfers. Poor
