Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Olly Loosemore (@ollyloosemore) reported@LloydsBank Your AI for disputing transactions isn’t great. Went around in circles as the option I required wasn’t an option. Live chat disappeared for 3 hours after beginning to help. Resorted to phoning and speaking to humans who could actually help!
