Javier Gonzalez (@JavierG83403855) reported from Bristol, England@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!
-
Simon 🤖 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

-
Billy Goater (@GoaterBilly) reported@LloydsBank So to go back to the original question, what is the rationale for removing a really useful feature from the Windows site? I'm an ex-TSB/LLoyds manager and I'm baffled as to why Lloyds decided to do this, especially when it's still available on the mobile app. There's no logic.
-
David Green (@Daveboy1972) reported@LloydsBank is the app down today
-
Chris (@tringgooner) reported@LloydsBank I pay for private banking and what do I get? I get to wait one hour, yes that’s one hour for you to answer your phone. And why didn’t I have to call? Because you put a block on my card for no reason. Utter rubbish service. Why bother?
-

Jo (@JoMusician) reported@LloydsBank Have not been able to use app for 5 weeks. Still can't access anything other than via a laptop. App stopped working. In bank in person, no joy. Via phonecall, no joy. Not great. Recently widowed so no idea financially what's going on. Anyone got a new phone they don't need?
