@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank She was not able to transfer funds in branch as account was locked and online she is getting a message to say the account is suspended. She has funds but your hopeless systems are obstructing her access to them

@LloydsBank You issued me with a cheque when you closed my account but my new account doesn’t take chqs - I can’t seem to get through to anyone who understands this. It’s been a year now. Is there anyone there that will help rather than fob me off?

@LloydsBank I've spent 2 whole days trying by phone to go through travel insurance medical screening on my platinum account. I've also tried to do it via the website suggested on the recorded message. All without success. Any suggestions? Frustrated Platinum account holder!

@LloydsBank Yes. I fail to see how a new card with the exact same details would resolve the problem I'm experiencing online. The problem is clearly related to Lloyds as anytime I use another bank card it works just fine.

Tried setting up the @LloydsBank app on my phone. But Everytime they call me for the authentication code the app closes and I have to authenticate again which causes the same problem....

@LloydsBank My cc keeps getting declined for 90% online payments despite being well within my limit. I then have to use my debit card (another bank) it works fine. Every time I've called your helpline I have the most clueless person on the other end. Can you help resolve this?
