@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank You're probably aware by now, but since your mobile banking service status still says there are no issues, you should know that all bank accounts and balances are displaying as N/A with "Something went wrong. We are unable to show some of your accounts."

@LloydsBank maybe stop sending blanket responses to people re. banking issues, it's evident that it is a widespread issue. Offering turn off/turn on solutions is not the way. This needs looking into.

@LloydsBank getting errors on the app saying can’t access my account info at the moment. Two of us here with different devices and accounts getting same issue. Time to let your tech people know there is an outage of some kind going on!!
