Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Bruce Field (@tnf1975) reported@LloydsBank Why are the dates on the app and the website not the same for my Halifax credit card? App shows transaction date, website shows transaction cleared date. Please can they be the same as it’s very confusing.

Mrs En (@wwhistlemerlin) reported@asda and @LloydsBank last Friday used Asda petrol, and put in £30 which has been debited. £99 is still pending on my account - Asda say it’s not their problem and Lloyds won’t do anything unless it’s actually debited. Meanwhile I’ve got £99 in the ether that I can’t use. Help!

I selected the low rate option because it meant easy access - but @LloydsBank have changed the rules that i signed up for. Access to do as i wish with my ISA has been stolen. This feels like a form of fraud.
