Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Jake (@JakeLCartwright) reported@LloydsBank I’ve been with you since I was old enough for a bank account (so a long time!) this shift from Mastercard to Visa Credit has been awful. Constant declines of transaction’s when using Apple Pay, no app OTP coming through and no backup option for SMS OTP.
