Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
