@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank Still no access to online or via the app. Problems started this morning and still no fix. In fact @LloydsBank tweeted about issues at the same time as app functionality which most customers can’t access - clever!!
