@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank @WhichMoney Why do Lloyds Dvertise an emergency cash code service, and provide a number to ring if you're in the UK, and then, when the service is rung, I'm told I can't use that service unless I'm abroad?! I have to wait several days for my new bank card, and need money NOW! HOW??!!

@LloydsBank just a heads up. It is impossible to open a Smart Start account with your bank. 2 hours on phone 3 hours on internet and a visit to a branch and no one knows how to do this!!

@LloydsBank on a call to your fraud team as my online banking login has been suspended. The lady who answered my call was gone so long it's thrown me back into the queue, now been on the phone for 35 minutes. I am a vulnerable customer, getting very stressed #vulnerablecustomer

@LloydsBank They hang up (or get cut off) and all they are saying is it has to be done on line. Don't seem to understand online isn't working. Why it can't be done in a bank with help in person is beyond me?

@LloydsBank why can't I get hold of you? Almost an hour on the phone, think I've been scammed and can't get hold of anyone to shut my account down? Almost an hour now since been on hold.... If my account gets wiped clean tonight, at least I have this message to show everyone...
