@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank after losing access to account my account is now back online but my wages haven't gone in. Same for my boyfriend. They normally always go in by 1am. What is going on? Very anxious. When will money be released?
