Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Man on the phone had my account sorted and money back into my account within half an hour and a new bank card in the post. 10/10 customer service thank you & I will never be so stupid ever again

All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
