@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank A Helpdesk for customers OUTSIDE of the UK, which ONLY operates during UK business hours. Not even an email address to ask for help outside of UK business hours. Just have a think about that...

Well done all the ladies & gents opening charity shops, retail & hospitality and everyone else working today. Sadly @LloydsBank iom management are a little bit precious & basically on their own in making a decision to close up & not offer customer facing services. 🙄

Went to draw cash at a @LloydsBank ATM. It arrived but disappeared as I went to take it. A member of staff said it has probably been repaid. It wasn't and because mine was not a @LloydsBank card they couldn't help me. Don't use a @LloydsBank ATM unless you bank with them.

FFS @LloydsBank making me swipe through five 'highlights of my year' with no apparent option to skip when I just want to check my balance is a truly terrible idea. Who thinks these things up?

@LloydsBank the app is so slow, it takes forever to open everytime, and then you add you add more crap when it opens to slow down what I actually intend to do, your product managers have no sense if you have one! today the app just crashes on load, absolute junk of app

@LloydsBank Not quickly at all. I have to wait until business opens in the UK. Every single time! Yet Lloyds is happy to pay a helpdesk in India to respond instantly and courteously on X, but not actually do anything to help. Not YOUR fault. The boss of Lloyds International is to blame.

@LloydsBank Depends on your definition of "normal". It is clear the fault with the App is that it is geo-location sensitive. I.e. it won't let me in where I am. Launched a VPN and set it to UK and it was able to log on. The App should not be set up like that. Not everyone has VPN access!!!

After more than 50 years I am closing my account with @LloydsBank and moving elsewhere. Sadly, my local branch no longer offers the service I am used to as an in person customer. Lovely building, I shall watch with interest and see how long it remains a bank.
