@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

So let me get this straight @LloydsBank you won’t give me a mortgage to reduce my monthly outgoings because I’m self employed and on paper don’t earn enough even though I’d be paying out less money meaning I’d have more in my account? Yeah that makes sense. Terrible service

@LizKershawDJ @santanderuk The branch of @LloydsBank I used for 40+years closed in December 22.A review giving the reasons for closure was available, along with how we can go on line an all the other digital aids being offered. Profit before personal service. They'll stop feeding their black horses next

@LloydsBank Hi it doesn’t even let me get to the verification stage, it just seems to reject it all together. On the most recent one, I had an error message pop up saying: “Payment denied: if problem persists, contact your bank for assistance (code “BD2”)

@LloydsBank We don’t want to complain again we just want to get the LPA registered by Scottish Widows so she can sell some of his investments to pay his care bill in 4th February ! She can access his Lloyds account and Scottish Windows ISA

@LloydsBank It didn't get as far as contacting the bank, it has been rejected by both a cash machine and a store device on insertion, and contactless still works OK, so I am quite sure it is a physical problem with the card, not with a security check.

@LloydsBank You are not listening to what I am saying. I will say it again, these are not declined payments. It is a broken card. I put it in a machine and the machine says it can't read the card, because the card is broken. Your cards break too easily.

@LloydsBank The account is Mr R & Mrs J Field of LU6 3AJ Dunstable. My wife Tracy had emailed her ID to Lloyds to act on behalf of her 80 year old mother who has no online access and is in hospital herself!
