@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank Lloyds app was working fine up until about an hour ago, then asked me to setup app again, which I did. Provided code, entered correctly and it’s locked me out until new password can be sent by post. Seriously?

@LloydsBank I am still no further, can’t get through can’t buy online can’t use the app and your usual message « experiencing an unusual amount of calls « , no it’s now a usual amount that you can’t deal with. Ridiculous, I’m definitely leaving, customer service is none existent

@LloydsBank I can still log on, on the desktop site. But please fix your app. I entered the code provided correctly and now I have to wait 5 days because your techs cannot code an app properly. Normally it’s the fashion to test, then test again before releasing software to the real world.
