@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I read reference number but she still asked my account information like my birthday,card number. She said I need to wait for operator service. So it doesn't work when I use another phone number to call lloydsbank? Only the first phone number that I use to register is useful?

@LloydsBank The op says it’s been accepted but the website says it’s failed. It’s definitely to do with Lloyds as I’ve been having to use my own personal Halifax account to make payments today

@LloydsBank The problem I am having is that when any online payment system asks for my cvv 3 digit number. The validation fails saying the number is incorrect. If I use the app for validation. The app says it’s worked fine but then the relevant website says it’s failed.
