@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@Kasper7 @MindfulAPG @LloydsBank Since Anna left in April its gone to pot with disaster after disaster, the land owners and site Management ctte, and various experts organisations being ignored and left out of management. I had a meeting with the land owners last month too. Small blues bulldozed in their roost.

Declined, cross road back to (now just closed) bank to check balance on that cashpoint, suddenly available balance 90p.all within about 20min probably less, I bank with @LloydsBank and have never had issues with pending transactions not even SHOWING for over a day! And then ...
