Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Can you explain the thinking, if any, that led to these odd opening hours? It's as unhelpful as the short lived shop on a commuter estate we lived on that only opened weekdays 10am - 5pm.
