@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank 40 minutes to get through to your fraud hot line after being put through to them after waiting 30 for customer services to answer is really really poor. Hire more staff.

@LloydsBank are a disgrace, I've never known such a poor level of service, blocked credit card, 45 minutes on hold, 3 call handlers and the last one hangs up, and they want digital banking, this must never happen, ever.

@ginormousblack @LloydsBank An ever declining service , I am sat at home unable to go out because there seems to be a problem with my debit card , and when you ring the 24hr help line it’s closed until Monday , good job wasn’t trying fill my car or pay for a meal when the problem occurred.

@LloydsBank Good morning, I'm wanting to open an account for my 12 year old daughter which I obviously can't do online, or over the phone, so need to make an appointment to do so at my local branch (Doncaster High St), but I can't get through on the phone lines - can you help?

@LloydsBank It does help, yes, thanks. However it must be over 5 years since I used your desktop site. Would be good to have that setting in the app…..or maybe once I’ve cleared it a dozen times, you know, maybe just assume I’m not interested and stop showing it!

@LloydsBank really terrible customer service . First my card gets randomly blocked and then I have to wait 40 mins to get it unblocked . Your reps are nice . But your processes are terrible .

@LloydsBank This the number I have been calling , after going through the rigmarole of giving my account details etc and being told I am being put through the automated message says the service I have requested is closed and open 8 till 8 Monday to Saturday please call back in office hours

@EdHancox @HSBC_UK I left HSBC for exactly that reason, absolutely abysmal customer service. Swapped to Lloyds and it’s like night and day, it seems to me that @LloydsBank treat customer service as a priority.
