@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank This effectively makes your policy - "Do not pay people with online banking". Use Pay Pal. If you are going to shut down my bank account unless I sit on the phone for an hour. I can't risk it. As you shut my local branch- where I joined as a 9 year old - I could not even pop in.

@LloydsBank You want to draw a large sum from your Lloyds bank online, payment refused you get a message to contact Lloyds on a given number within 48 hours your account else will be on hold!. You ring after 40 minutes no answer!. Is this legal??. No garbage security excuses!
