    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank Abysmal. I have verified on the IVR and the message has confirmed to me that I am calling from an established number. It tells me my online access will be restricted in two days. That's me gone after 25 years a customer.

    @LloydsBank Now spoken to 2 seperate CSA's on 2 seperate numbers but suspectsame call centre. Both should feed back .. Terrible experience being unable to be polite to the local branch 2/2

    @LloydsBank The issue is that I get this unwanted interstitial page about paper statements almost every time I log on. Interstitial pages are discourteous to customers, and the programmers at Lloyds should allow us to log on without repeatedly presenting us with pages we don't wish to see.

    @LloydsBank hi! why are my payments being randomly declined when i use apple pay? i have sufficient funds in my account so i know money isn’t the issue. i used to think it was being declined after spending £100 on apple pay but i was declined yesterday after only spending
