@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

Props to @LloydsBank for blocking my accounts due to activity on my daughters account (her accounts been accessed and used by scammers) No access to my money for a week and now my direct debits are bouncing. Perfecting timing as I’m currently buying a house 👍🏼

@LloydsBank our debit cards were not delivered and somehow someone got a hold of them and withdrew money from our account. Not your customer centre telling us they’ve closed the investigation after deciding within how many minutes that it’s our fault.

@LloydsBank Good Evening, I tried to take advantage of the £150 switch bonus. Unfortunately there was an issue with my existing account and they blocked the switch. This is now sorted. How do I restart the switch or is this possible? TIA
