Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service
