@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

Twitter users please help if u can. Acc frozen by @LloydsBank 4 over a week, I have called them 8/9 times, during which the line has gone dead, they’ve lied and said it’s sorted and it’s not and even their call back facility results in the line dropping. Anyone else suffering?

@LloydsBank We currently bank with you and hold a joint account. We’re trying to set up a joint savings account but we are being told that we need to go to branch. However we do not live reasonably near a branch how can we get around this? Not great customer experience…

@LloydsBank No one has been in touch. I logged a claim. Claims manager said call me anytime. Just rang and he’s no longer dealing with my case. Forms I was promised by him 7 days ago to access my account have not appeared

@LloydsBank trying to call your online banking service, and I've been in the queue for over 50 minutes. Is this normal? I'm having to do this due to your app not recognising my phone number, which is proving to be very annoying! Please help!
