Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Sam Shelby (@SelbySe74361) reported@LloydsBank So much for making banking easier, @LloydsBank. Not only is your app down, but when it is working, I can’t even add my existing debit card to Apple Wallet on my new phone through the Lloyds app — it gets declined and tells me to contact the bank.
