    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @NatalieJRead @NatWest_Help I did this with my 12 yr old son. @LloydsBank Angel complete with passports, ID, proof of address and they said 'sorry we are busy, can you come back'! Useless, the High St banks don't deserve our/their business. They just lost a customer they might have had for 60 years! Crazy.

    .@lloydsbank Absolutely the worst bank in the history of banks. Requiring you to call them to approve bank transfers when nearly impossible to get through with wait time of 40 mins+. Call end up in Ireland, staff working from home on internet phones >

    @LloydsBank What is happening with your international branch?? I have an account there and my balance is off and "due to unforeseen circumstances" phone support is not available. This is a shocking service, will I have to get lawyers involved?

    @AntnioHortaOsr1 @LloydsBank wow! Blocked our cards in Ireland, fraud team Luke said wont pass to manager “cos he said so” and 2hrs 41 mins on phone so far trying to resolve. Customer service is shocking and disgraceful. Closing all accounts. #clowns

    @LloydsBank Both, when I call any number on the website it leads me through a series of options and then says that it is putting me through to an advisor. And then it says "Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to offer this service at the moment" and the call is disconnected
