@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

  • uncriticalsimon
Simon 🤖 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

  • uncriticalsimon
Simon 🤖 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank They can’t get a phone as bank cards stopped, no access to cash either for same reason. Post takes 5 weeks to the island. Will you accept a reverse charge call?

@LloydsBank I would very much like to talk to someone as you seem to be ignoring my complaint. I tried to call but seems that because the account is closed I can’t actually talk to someone. I’d love some help

@LloydsBank @uj7protocol Oh my god. And to think I’ll soon be transferring to you when my Halifax accounts move over seeing as you’re obliterating the Halifax brand. If this is the sort of service I’m going to get. I’m probably better off switching

  • bmunckton
    Barry Munckton (@bmunckton) reported

@uj7protocol @LloydsBank Always have a secondary account. If you don’t already and this is a shitpost. All banks have occasional issues. Having 1 bank and 1 card is asking for trouble. Also. Water will be free on the train for sure.

Why are you still having problems with the banking app,I have tried numerous times to get logged in without success, including spending 40 minutes with an adviser today, never had a problem with the Halifax one,I'm so frustrated that I'm serious thinking about moving. @LloydsBank

@UKShipEng @LloydsBank @uj7protocol In the corporate world some twonk would classify this as ‘offering the customer a practical solution’. Whereas in the real world people would class Lloyds as a bunch of imbeciles to have such a response. Hey Lloyds put this little tale in your staff training manual!

  • GillW1220
    Gill White (@GillW1220) reported

@HalifaxBank You have literally just told me on @LloydsBank to send you a DM, which is what I have just done. If a problem is uncovered on social media, is it just going to be ignored?

  • ElliotNelmes
    Elliot nelmes (@ElliotNelmes) reported

@LloydsBank how many times are we as customers going to have to deal with this **** banking app continually going down? Every couple of months there’s an issue Time to move on absolute shambles of a bank

  • Hitzedude
    Hitz (@Hitzedude) reported

@uj7protocol @LloydsBank Carry a small amount of 'emergency only' cash so you can buy from a shop before you board. £20 is more than enough. Their response about the food bank, whilst not at the pinnacle of customer service, is the sort that is warranted by such an idiotic enquiry.
