    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank WOW, calling from the US...on hold for 2 hours, transferred through 3 departments for the phone to be put down and disconnected. DESPERATELY need my issue resolved as I cannot access my banking online....can someone PLEASE help me?! I’m down $100’s in call costs

    I’ve been two different branches of @LloydsBank in the last few days and although the service has been good I really think Lloyds staff should refrain from bashing @NHSMillion @NHSEnglandLDN and most definitely not give out wrong information about COVID to the public

    She 1st of all kept saying for me to calm down, that she has it all covered and will change all no problem. I was very anxious about this social situation and fact it was a complicated change of name... she proceeded to ask my husband if i am always like this... @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank No I’m not prompted as the iPad and laptop are trusted devices. I thought my iPhone was set up in this way too but obviously not. It has before and I was prompted with a text and a code to secure log in.

    It was getting it on with time, by the time she printed the correct documents and I signed them it was 12:55pm, she took all signed stuff to branch manager again, then came back and said can't help me because they can't process double change of name at once... @LloydsBank
