    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank had two calls from your outbound dialler waited for over 25 minutes on each, very disappointing for a fraud service. would have thought would have some some priority.

    I’m on a call from @LloydsBank fraud department. They spotted something potentially suspicious. System is working. But they put me automatically on hold without me speaking to a human. And I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes. THEY CALLED ME!

    @LloydsBank Yes they did and I never received it!! And yes I’m in the UK and no I can’t access my account due to the fact that it send a pin to my phone and you have 2 digits the wrong way around on my phone number

    @TeresaPritchard @LloydsBank the issue of support is that they don’t reply they don’t treat their client well, honestly I advise you send a message to @certifyjay he will surly help you to recover them back he was able to get mine and people I also referred didn’t regret it
