@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Appalling service yet again at @LloydsBank determined to drive people to online banking by consistently only putting one teller on, so that the wait is over 30 mins regularly. Be dynamic like shops if queues are building put someone else on. There are plenty of staff in branch

@Disturbed842 @reformparty_uk @LloydsBank Wrong, I criticised the logic of what you are saying: that someone in Sweden needs to 'pipe down' but you have not (at least from these exchanges) not challenged someone doing more than speaking from Sweden (donating millions from Thailand). It doesn't square.
