@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank I am still getting the same message and have been trying for two days. I am only logging on through my pc. It takes me so far in to an application to allow someone to have access to our accounts and then gives me a code and then does this.

@LloydsBank is there a problem with the iOS app? It goes through Face ID successfully and then asks for manual login only for both to fail. Have to reboot the app a couple of times to get through.

@LloydsBank when I call I don’t want a series of automated questions I want to speak to a person, it’s appalling, your service is not inclusive and prejudices many. How do I talk to a person??
