@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

So @LloydsBank I've been with you for donkeys via platinum. Tonight I dropped my phone down the bog and it's no more.. Anyhow to try and claim you require my phone no. Which as its resembling Spongebobs spatula is a tad difficult. Please advise something.

@tidywelshbut @LloydsBank Electronics don’t get damaged much by water, the problem is if it short circuits electrically , but it’s currently working so it could be fine in a few days, keep it covered with rice and I think people maybe even change the rice after a day or two to be sure.
