@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank Credit card. I called on 01733 347007 multiple times. I was told it's a high level block and I would be put straight through to the relevant specialist team to resolve this. Three times, and I never got through.

@LloydsBank I now lost a Mars bar in a bet as I said my call will be picked up within 30 minutes at 22... Still on hold and Mars bar down... Was told 5 minutes max for transfer, what is going on?
