    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

    @LloydsBank I have been sat in a car dealership over an hour from home embarrassed to hell as your system is down. Can’t speak to anyone, can’t use my debt card as been declined even though money is there. Can’t access business banking either. #stranded #answerthephone

    @DuntonCharlie @hdcycfycyvdtxtt @LloydsBank Their fault entirely. But their fault or not us as customers who were denied access to our pets, stranded, and food gone spoiled, should be compensated. Let's stop white knighting for massive corporations that would never do the same for us LOL

    @LloydsBank ok it's 15 days after a transaction and I'm still being sent in circles when trying to do a chargeback. Use the app that takes me to the website, the website says use the app. Like that's what I'm doing. Make it make sense. It's so frustrating

    @LloydsBank Long established historical brands should be left alone. I didn't choose Halifax because I could choose Lloyds. There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.

    @LloydsBank this is unacceptable @LloydsBank it's my day off after working four shifts on the spin, I need to do my food shopping, payment declined and having to leave my shopping there as I'm unable to transfer money. Unacceptable.
