@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@PollyWaterside @LloydsBank All ok now! Their online banking service wasn’t working but it seems to have been fixed pretty quickly. I was just surprised that their responses seemed to suggest they didn’t know!

@LloydsBank I'm in Australia and your security call to confirm a transaction is not working? I give it my number, I get a call from +443453002752, I answer there is no sound from the call & it hangs up after 4 seconds. Tries call again automatically 3 times

@LloydsBank But it’s not them that the issue is with, it’s my debit card is registered to my old address when entering my billing address. How is that the companies fault?
