@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank Yes. So basically, I was trying to book a hotel. Website crashed, said timed out & payment not accepted. So my partner booked it again. But it actually went through. I have contacted hotel. Will they deal with this or yourselves?

@LloydsBank Yes, but surely you're not legally obliged to send letters to an address you know is incorrect, even if your customer hasn't updated you with their new address. That just seems insane.
