    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank No I gave up after 70 minutes of waiting. I’m trying to make a purchase online with a representative access card but I needs to be authorised (I presume due to the amount). The number was 0345 266 8634

    @BankofScotland @LloydsBank I have access to the mobile app and have put a freeze to the card. I would be grateful if a representative could get in contact with me as I have tried numerous times yesterday and waited for more than an hour and still not be able to get through

    @LloydsBank I don't have a login, so tried to set one up, but it says the postcode doesn't match your records. Which is odd, because it is my address (postcode) and it's also on the statement

    @LloydsBank Thx Graeme, it doesn’t appear anyone can help, just spent another 25 mins on phone, to be told I need to call again from a secure line at branch, I’ve closed acc over phone and had funds trans to another acc. they did this willingly, so probably suggests it’s not a fraud issue

    @mikewhale1 @LloydsBank Me too...just wasted 40 mins this morning only to be told the exact opposite of what I was told on Wednesday...u was specifically told to call back n now my issue is still not resolved, come on Lloyds surely there is a better way

    @jamiebsmith @LloydsBank The big banks ..... shocking all round. Use them as little as possible for anything. Help them stop reporting multi-billion pound profits while offering customers less face to face and poorer overall service as they turn fully digital.

    @LloydsBank i was on the phone for 2hours getting charged. You ******* meant to put me on hold and the ******* **** locked off. Now you lot don’t even call back i have to wait another hour in the line and explain everything again. **** you Lloyds bank

    @LloydsBank The app told me to call 0345 0710209, that advisor said call 0345 300 0116. They said block on acc and transferred me. That person said no block on acc it’s I.T issue, and put me on hold, after 20 mins on hold (an 1.43hrs total on phone) the system put me back in Q.
