@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

If you want a business bank which actually works, don't go with @LloydsBank . Their securities team won't pick up the phone and nor do they reply to emails. Customer service staff are completely impotent in managing to unblock the stonewalling.

@LloydsBank I’ll get my money back though @Visa I expect. It was low modest sums - significant enough to feel it when you’re disabled and your money is extending to supporting family who are providing life ending care preventing them from working - but the amounts or banking aspect of my friend my experience isn’t what is being complained about here. Let’s make that absolutely clear.

@LloydsBank Sorry, we're having a few technical problems. Logging in not working on banking app

  • ArturNadol7566

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. @steveleonard72 @LloydsBank This is the painful side of card migrations that never gets talked about. Embedded payment subscriptions break silently during network switches, and the customer has to figure it out. Update the card details in each subscription manually — most providers let you do it in account settings.

@LloydsBank Why is Lloyds Bank so rubbish? Your "help" staff do not even know when you are open to provide a rubbish service. I despair. I was told 8 to 8 Monday to Friday turns out 8 - 6.

@LloydsBank @Subo2020 That how notes written in customers files and actual events differ. Notes-small issue fixed quickly, no action needed and no privacy breach to report. Actual-full blown ICO reportable breach. People should check their DSAR more often

@LloydsBank I can deal with it myself but you have caused me so so much stress it’s just you guys making me feel this way,it’s so unbelievable how a simple thing could of been done within a few weeks yet it’s taken months of utter disrespect from staff at customer support

  • cllrraygardner
    Cllr Ray Gardner (@cllrraygardner) reported

@LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

How’s this for customer retention… @LloydsBank @LBGplc tried to retain me as a customer by warning I wouldn’t be allowed to open another account if I closed mine. Bank of Scotland. Thrifty. **** that entire chain. Back to Barclays!
