@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank Hi Iain, I was trying to make an international money transfer which was deemed suspicious and my online banking was blocked. I rang your support and after over an hour on the phone was told to go to my local branch. Hotel I'm staying at takes credit card payments

@LloydsBank Hi thanks, however impossible to do a reverse charge call from Thailand I believe. This is awful customer experience. I need a better solution please. Can someone email me etc and then arrange to call me? No justification to suspend my mobile app.

@LloydsBank Thank you. I’ve tried phoning to find out opening times and after a tortuous process to get through to speak to an advisor I’ve now been told it will be 20 mins before my call is answered. Not great customer service.

@LloydsBank is there an issue with contactless on cards…been to two places and won’t recognise contactless but no problem when put card in….only had card a month
