@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

We blive that Lloyds Bank has opened fraudulent A/C in Meghmani LLP to credit amount sent by our Greece customer. A huge amount has allowed by bank to syphoned, since no email details avaiable on bank site to contact and to prevent withdrawal of funds @LloydsBank

I have now been waiting over 40 minutes to get through to @LloydsBank . More staff required. Customer service is non existent at the mo, except via Twitter where they seem to have oodles of staff.

@LloydsBank Hi, I did initially try calling several times but no matter which options I chose in the menus it always asked for an existing mortgage reference number, which of course I don’t have. Any help would be appreciated.
