@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

One thing I do not miss about the UK is the customer service. 30 mins on hold to @LloydsBank only for them to transfer me and now the wait time is another 30 mins. And the only reason I’m calling is because they told me to too! Urgh.

@LloydsBank We visit each month to conduct our transactions and take cash needed for the month. Online banking is not possible for my wife so branch access is vital.

.@LloydsBank when we have to sit in the branch with the staff member on hold to sort out why you keep stopping card payments your system is very, very broken.

@LloydsBank it would be great if you could allow branches to turn off the Muzak to allow the hard of hearing to use their hearing aids more effectively. And also to allow disabled customers to sit down when dealing with transactions. Covid excuses are getting old now.
