Accident in august, no curiosity car, Β£30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

No wonder wise/starling/monzo etc won the race with the banks.

Real Adam Appleby (@TheAdman7) reported@petespoors @LloydsBank Thanks Pete, as a work around at the minute I have to attempt to login on the Lloyds app, then once that fails open the Halifax app, wait for that app to come to the "You've moved to Lloyds" message, follow that link to Lloyds and login again.. Far from ideal!

Yet not all transactions carried over =incomplete. Downloaded but can't access lloyds app as it doesn't recognise my updated details π‘ @LloydsBank
