@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Huh, just got a signal from 1 of my terminals: @Citi upgraded 2 stocks & is bullish on European banks. They know something... Worth a look. 1. @LloydsBank on "Buy" 2. @DeutscheBank on Neutral/High Risk. Just a few days ago, European energy stocks were sliding down on my radar.

@RegenerationEX I posted an email from July 2009 from David Morgan a Scourfield victim, where Mark Medd @LloydsBank corporate director admitted they knew about it. David died as a bankrupt in 2014 after Begbies made a claim for a debt he didn''t owe & produced false documents to support it.

@LloydsBank Yes. We tried that and your camera app was not functional enough to scan his face. Not really my problem anymore. Now the lack of a customer is your problem. Given the general dysfunction I witnessed today in your branch, I would recommend shorting your stock.

@jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.

@LloydsBank Hi Gavin, I don’t need you to access my account - it’s feedback on the system. After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues

@kiborocket @LloydsBank I am also getting this error since last Thursday. Logged an IT ticket over the phone last week and chased up today. More than just me having this problem anyway which is good to see (sort of)

@LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.

  • Dark_God

@LloydsBank Just got off the phone asking if someone could justify the 17.6% raise in business banking charges. Not only could you not justify the figure but the person couldn't name a single service I was getting for the raise. Justify a 17%+ raise after a 70% raise 2 years ago

Quite a decent offer for 1st time buyers. 2% down payment for a house is incredibly good. @LloydsBank, how true?
