    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank If they are “extremely busy lately” put more staff on. It’s not rocket science is it? I eventually sorted it myself with absolutely no help from Lloyds.

    @LloydsBank He didn’t raise complaint just kept saying can’t do anything or help you with that info, so that was that, feel like I am wasting my time. I also have an account with Lloyds which I am considering closing, as they are both at same aggressive obviously and the bank is unhelpful

    @LloydsBank Thanks I have phoned you direct and it seems as I changed a phone number on my account details yesterday this may be what is causing the error. I have been asked to try a couple of days later when the systems are fully synchronised.

    @LloydsBank I see that I'm not the only one complaining and it seems as though long waits are the norm. I had a one hour wait a few weeks ago. Whoever is in charge of customer services needs a wake-up call.

    @LloydsBank is there any danger of you having more staff on the phones? Can’t get through now been 2 hours so far. Cannot do anything via the app or website. Absolute shambles and joke of a customer service by you.
