@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank still issues this morning with the app, keeps saying logged out and deleting and reinstalling doesn’t help, even in the Folkestone branch they tried to help, it briefly works then fails again.

@LloydsBank okay so you’ve decided to give me the ability to log in to the app but I can’t access my current account only my savings? I bank with you because I trust you to give me a good service, better than your competitors… if you can’t do that then we all need to switch bank
