    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank I know it can be done, issue is I couldn't make contact for an appointment.Not by phone,website or lloyds app. I turned to Twitter(see thread)told just walk on in, we did that & was then told, no you need to make an appointment. This has = loss of wages! #LloydsNewbury

    @LloydsBank is there a problem with the online banking app as trying to transfer money but the app keeps cutting out & logs me off but my internet provider is working fine??

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy. I told them of the problem and they replied 4 days later asking if the system had taken the payment yet. I said no but haven't had a reply yet.
