    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @guernseyliz14 @coughlin66 @LloydsBank I would have that all staff receive similar training at the business. My thoughts are that one employee understands the importance of customer service and one is following procedure only. Focussing on what customers’ want is so powerful for businesses

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem, with cheque scanning on the app? I’ve tried 2 devices, used a dark background, well lit room, but still the app won’t take a photo. 10minutes so far, very frustrating

    @LloydsBank I transfered money from one account to another but was kicked out before I could check it had gone through. Trying to get back into the app I was told there was a problem and to try later.

    @LloydsBank unfortunately, i am a new customer, still within my 14days sign up. And you have been the worst bank ive ever dealt with. Nothing done right. After lengthy conversations with 3 of your advisors today, still unbale to use online banking and no balance transfers. Poor
