    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank.. You close all local branches, assuring customers that we can reach an advisor easily via telephone banking. Yet I tried for the first time today, several times in fact, and each time I get disconnected as "no-one available to take my call". Quality service. Not 👎

    @LloydsBank That could be a problem; I don't have a mobile number registered to my account, and I don't have a UK mobile either. Can I register a Japanese mobile number to my Lloyds account via online banking?

    @LloydsBank This is the problem though. I can’t wait and go on hold. I have to keep trying and getting cut off. This is adding to the stress of what I am trying to deal with as have two young children in the house. At least if I could go on hold I would know I will eventually get through.

    @LloydsBank I have an emergency, I'm a premier customer and the home emergency message says "we're busy just now call bal later" So anyone who has an emergency when they call won't be getting seen? What's the point of having home emergency 😕

    @mouthwaite @HSBC_UK @LloydsBank are utterly appalling ! - removed overdraft “because I wasn’t using it” refused to discuss or explain - even a subject access request gave no clue to their logic - I’m not a customer, I’m an account number . . .

    @LloydsBank appalling customer service on your phone lines…trying to pay off and close an account with you and so far been transferred to 3 different departments and then put back in the queue for customer service, yet 1 department I spoke to was account closures!!!

    @LloydsBank So they are escalating it to the complaints team. Five day wait for response from the complaints team. Then they have up to 8 weeks to investigate.This is a TIME sensitive issue. How can my only option be to wait 8 weeks for them to figure out why my address is wrong?
