    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank 1 and a half hours I’ve been holding on your line to fix and issue of your making, I understand blocking and checking potential fraud transactions but you block one to an online bookies I use fairly regularly on grand national weekend for a start is stupid, 1/2

    @LloydsBank I made a complaint the previous night. I tried to call back the following morning as it took 1.5 hours in branch then another 35 min phone call but each time the call got cut off so I gave up. Disgraceful service

    @LloydsBank On phoning Customer Services I am always being told they are receiving exceptionally high volume of calls. Please re-evaluate your use of ‘exceptionally’ and change your message to ‘We are receiving normal volume of calls but are exceptionally incapable of answering’

    @LloydsBank Hi, so I have been trying to pay from cash app or try and get cash from an ATM as I can’t bank transfer it over here and it’s getting me to verify in the app and still declining. I’ve been calling the customer number for abroad +44 1733 232030

    @LloydsBank When I got through to one person they said the fraud team did put some kind of block on my account but it was 50 minutes again waiting to be put through

    @LloydsBank Yes she has spoken with the lloyds team who asked her to speak with premier underwriting who were less than helpful. I think its fairly clear that there are major problems for lloyds to address. Do you not agree?
