Accident in august, no curiosity car, Β£30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Ed Debaes (@EdDebaes) reported@PhilNic70 @LloydsBank Lloyds moved their βsafe custodyβ service away from branches years ago. At the time your relative would have had a choice of paying annually for it to be stored centrally by the banks supplier or take the package out to avoid the ongoing costs.
