Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Metal Hammer (@evans81uk) reported@LloydsBank I have just tried to pay my rent online and I found I cannot pay because the prompt is not appearing when my app logs on to approve the payment. Added on to my earlier issue 2 days ago which is still occasionally recurring I’m not impressed with Lloyds at the moment!
