Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! The app doesn't run slowly, it's slow to log on, then you clutter it with popups about your products I might want. You need to realise that people just want to quickly get in and do their banking without delays.
