Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! They’re on a remote island ,no immediate neighbours in a beach hut, contract mobile was stolen , only an old PAYG mobile with no calling credit. No cards or cash…. All they want is an email address to message you
