Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I can't view the current offers, or any offers I've opted in to. The rest of the app works fine & I'm using the latest version.

I returned the funds to the original sender. Now im in a -80£ overdraft due to your banks **** up. Not happy
