@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank Yes, but I spent the morning on the phone unpicking issues caused by payments getting blocked for several days. It took a long time to get through to the fraud team who eventually found they needed to action something. Customers need to be told if effective blocks are put on.

Clearly @LloydsBank is having issues again and not informing customers. Someone was trying to transfer to my account last night and it was refused by @LloydsBank !! Same thing happened with my salary last week - 15 calls to the bank to be told EVERY time nothing is wrong.

@LloydsBank I haven't tried yet. My web access used to go through a proxy server, for years, so "trusting" the browser never worked. But perhaps this, what you say, is the explanation. Thank you. I have been very very spooked by this.

@LloydsBank Hi, they just said they were calling from Lloyds bank to discuss my account, interest on overdrafts etc, I didn’t give any info and shut the call down pretty quickly but thought it was unusual for them to call from a mobile number, I can send you the mobile number via DM?
