    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @YardleyShooting @LloydsBank They deliberately word responses to perpetuate the pre-deadlock limit. They won’t resolve your issue, merely they will either ignore you without a final statement or will end a previous letter with a question so neither are valid final responses for the ombudsman.

    @LloydsBank been trying to get through to your fraud team for 3 days with each call stating a 50 minute wait. I need to urgently get into my account to move funds and you have blocked my account requesting I call you. Can you arrange for someone to answer the phones! Poor service

    @LloydsBank Yes. So basically, I was trying to book a hotel. Website crashed, said timed out & payment not accepted. So my partner booked it again. But it actually went through. I have contacted hotel. Will they deal with this or yourselves?

    @LloydsBank they did contact fraud team, but they had already done that when i went in before. the messed me around for an hour not following procedure and still continuing to refuse me access to my money. will be charging some immense compensation.

    @LloydsBank Hi Claire, we spoke to the branch & received a nice bunch of flowers, however that has not solved the problem. We've sent a written complaint but have received no response. It is frustrating having followed the instructions & be in this position through no fault of our own. S

    @LloydsBank How about putting more money into customer service that into adverts of galloping horses? Account locked and no means of contacting anyone who can deal with it without a 40 minute wait.
