    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank do you still have to notify if you are travelling abroad to use your card. Can't see it listed on the app. I know you used to be able to on the website.

    Ah well, off to the postbox to send my snail mail reply to @LloydsBank’s customer services people. No means given in their letter of replying by email or secure messaging to their written response to my complaint. It’s almost as if they don’t want to engage with their customers.

    @LloydsBank Hi Lynne - I have spoken to many colleagues of your's in phonebank; sadly none were actually able to help me. All I ever wanted was to speak with the Chesham branch rather than trailing in there. I had to pop in as there was no alternative. I won't be complaining but it is absurd
