@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

Hi @LloydsBank, I have received a text message saying that my credit card (number ends exactly same as my current one) is on its way. I did not request a new credit card tho. Is it related to todays technical issues or should I be worried?

@LloydsBank Yeah but the new card has the same number as my current one. Why would you send me new one if I hadn't requested one? It just feels wrong. Tried to contact your customer service but waiting time is just too long.
