@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank +44 1702 278270 first. For 1hr and 20 min then hung up on. +44 345 300 0000 for 45 mins then cut off. Same number again for an hour and assured the problem was solved.. it wasn’t. Then the same number again for 29 mins only to be put through to another hold stating an hour hold.

@LloydsBank Credit card. I called on 01733 347007 multiple times. I was told it's a high level block and I would be put straight through to the relevant specialist team to resolve this. Three times, and I never got through.

@LloydsBank I see. So I have to log into the desktop site to change the preferences for the mobile app to stop marketing preferences that I didn’t select previously. Marvellous.

@LloydsBank No less than ELEVEN hours after I started trying to sort this out, it's finally done at 2AM. Do better, @LloydsBank , much better. Fewer platitudes, more options for customers to escalate issues like this which, frankly, are ridiculous.

@LloydsBank Standard in app purchase via Apple Pay says authenticating with your card issuer (Lloyds credit card). Handoff never returns. Always slow but has worked before this afternoon.

@LloydsBank Hello I have a bank card with you however I was wondering if you could help me to point me in the direction of how I can can change what type of card I have . I currently have a cash point card and I’m wanting to switch a normal bank card with a cvv and online shop
