@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@Defencebrief @sainsburys @LloydsBank From experience I would guess that sainsburys are correct and the money will never be claimed and go back in your account. The banks move it as soon as the request is made. I experienced this a lot when working in retail

Stuck in @sainsburys waiting for a manager. They say my card was declined 4 times. @LloydsBank says it was authorised 4 times & have deducted the money from my account. Manager doesn't seem to be in a rush to help.

@LloydsBank Do be careful. I’m savvy, but almost fell for one of these. When it’s a combination of early morning, being busy and panicking that one of your children is having problems, it overrides your better judgement. I managed to pull out of it in time.
