@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I have other issues but that's just one of them. Your chat function on the app and making a call to the bank is mind numbingly slow. The chat especially. I have been with lloyds my entire life and only now am I thinking of changing banks.

@LloydsBank can you say when your system will be up and running so that I can change a signatory on a business account. I don’t have 40 minutes to spend on hold and you let me fill in the whole form before telling me that there’s an issue.

My current account was closed without informing me for reasons unknown to me. In-app chat people say they can’t help me. When I try to call your lines are too busy. When I try to log into online banking, i never receive the call to enter the code 🤡🤡 @LloydsBank

@LloydsBank Card services said they couldn’t do anything as it wasn’t returned to my account. Goldman Sachs obviously returned it the the ac no and sort code of where it came from which will be where are money transfers are sent from. I even called into branch last week who couldn’t help too

@LloydsBank To contact the dispute team who say to contact card services. It’s ridiculous. I have the sort code and account of where the money was returned, with various references, and nobody can help. Really poor all round. Perhaps the ombudsman needs to get involved as I’m getting nowhere

@LloydsBank mobile and internet banking not working. Is this a widespread thing? Had problems with my mobile app not logging me for a few days and then today going to the icon for it to tell me that it wasn’t installed at all. Have been unable to reinstall it fully and internet…
