@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank No because I work, I have autoimmune illnesses & I don't bank with Lloyds. Your company has made a mistake or there is fraud so to give good customer service you should resolve it. I shouldn't be chasing around to try & get an answer. I'll get palmed onto someone else next!

@LloydsBank I've been trying for weeks (no exaggeration) to get my Credit Card cancelled as i dont use it anymore. Tried the messaging service on the app which says because of Covid no one is available, tells me to call (and then on hold perpetually). Grateful for help.

@LloydsBank Hi Sophie-Louise Thank you for responding and I have contacted customer service by this number. May issue was entering wrong PIN No, therefore requested a new PIN, B4 receiving full instructions I run-out credit. But I want 2 know when I receive the new PIN how to unlock PIN No.

@LloydsBank Overseas right now and lloyds is refusing to work. getting error message 9200089: Sorry we can't confirm if this payment has been successful. I changed password recently. Would rather not make an international call to resolve this, tried to send an email but it was rejected? tf

.@LloydsBank I’ve been in the queue for more than an hour waiting to find out about how to prove the cover of my packaged travel insurance. I tried sending a DM. Please will someone help before it’s too late? Surely all the staff from your closed branches are on phone duty now?
