Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! Simon 🤖 (@uncriticalsimon) reported from Newport, Wales@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.
