Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I had to go to Northampton branch to get some cash as my card was cancelled due to suspected fraud. Customer friendly … not at all.

All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

Like men who were gamblers/drinkers & gov enforced employer to stop £ from wages to give to wife...these actions are exceptions.
