@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank my dad needs to switch accounts (both Lloyds) but was told they're too busy in branch to do this until beg. of Sept even though he was the only customer present at the time. He does not have online banking & tried phoning which was hour + on hold. Not impressed 😕

@LloydsBank I applied for a credit card on the app, but it froze on me when it was checking my eligibility. I tried applying again but it said you’re reviewing it and I still could be accepted. How do I check its status? Called but the automated service said they can’t pick up

Hi @TSB When will we be able to use the banking app to bank business cheques. Waited 25 minutes in queue at WB branch today. @LloydsBank have provided this excellent service for several years.

@LloydsBank I have been trying all afternoon to call about my platinum travel insurance. The first time I ended the call after an hour, thinking there must be a problem. I dialled back and have now been on hold for 1 hour 49 minutes. This is really poor.
