@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank After half an hour plus queuing, it turns out their computers aren't working, so they advise people to go elsewhere. I decide not to panic, I can just go to the branch on Oxford Street before my appointment—it's listed as being open at that time. It's not.

@LloydsBank I then spent over an hour panickedly rushing around central London trying to find a Lloyds Bank that's open that day, on a website I now know I can't trust. Eventually *by chance* I find one and it works out, but if it hadn't, I'd have lost my £100 deposit.

@LloydsBank This is precisely the problem, that there is no live information available before travelling there only to find it closed. It’s not the first time either at this branch which makes me think it’s understaffed. I have not been able to do what I needed to do

@LloydsBank Obviously, all of these issues could be avoided if I just cancelled and replaced my debit card, like I "should" do. I'll get around to it eventually. But it's really annoying to be told there are alternatives that I can use, which then don't materialise.

@LloydsBank So you have withdrawn a service that I’m paying for with no notice? And I’m expected to continue to pay for it and now have no protection for my cards? I also called 7 times and got different information?
