@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank My account has been suspended and I can’t log into my online banking. I rang up the number that was advised and they put me on hold for more than an hour and it cut off. I’ve now had to ring again and there is no answer. Can someone help?

@LloydsBank when is the online payment issue going to be sorted? Got a large shopping basket to check out and some of the stuff was low on stock yesterday afternoon. Tried payment again now and failed. I’m not going to be happy if I’ve missed out!

@LloydsBank Can you please advise when the issue with using any Lloyds Debut or Credit card to make payments online, for goods, services, bills etc will be fixed? This has been since early this morning and still no luck. This needs to get sorted ASAP or you can pay our late fees!
