    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    @letterappsoc @LloydsBank @PostOffice As a Business account holder I was unaware that this service had been withdrawn from the Post Office. It’s a good job we have a banking hub in town!

    @LloydsBank I quote you from one of @LloydsBank 's claims team's workers after they failed yet again to forward the complaint outcome: "our manager's don't take customer calls', said the girl. Doesn't this beg the question as to what it is they do other than sleep all day?

    @LloydsBank Submitted a complaint, I was told I would get a response in 8 weeks, i called customer service yesterday 13th of December 2026, I was shocked to hear my complaint wasn't taken seriously and wasn't looked at.

    @letterappsoc @LloydsBank @PostOffice Not all can go digital. On a low income, unable to buy a phone to get the app, struggling to use the technology with no help because the bank was closed & you're on your own, who can you trust with your banking!?

    NEVER going into another branch of @LloydsBank - clearly being interrogated and harassed by scruffy looking staff members (despite telling them that I did not need any help) is the norm. Clearly the policy is to make customers feel unwelcome to aid them closing branches!
