    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

    @LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

    @LloydsBank hi is there a problem with making online purchases? The clicksafe pop up is just blank and hanging.. when I refresh it takes me back to card details

    @LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

    Getting very frustrated with @LloydsBank the past few days. Had my credit card for years, recently you increased my credit limit without me asking, and this week you won't let me spend!! Keep declining payments and won't let me add to Google wallet. Spoke to customer services...

We are furious on Helen’s behalf. @RoyalMail estimate they will deliver 219 million letters late this year. This is not a crisis. This is a forecast. They have planned to be late. They have scheduled the incompetence. MPs spent the afternoon debating government support for British carnivals in Westminster. Your taxes. Working hard. @Keir_Starmer flew to Cork, held a summit, attended a cultural reception and did not have a Guinness. Some men should not be allowed into Ireland. That’s your Thursday. We’ll see you tomorrow. 📰

    @LloydsBank Hi Gavin, I don’t need you to access my account - it’s feedback on the system. After about 10 attempts it to worked - didn’t change anything - same background, same lighting etc etc. It just decided to work . its just very annoying and I know others who have the same issues

    @LloydsBank I reported a serious data breach yesterday morning (10:34 AM) where I was given access to another customer's private account. 24+ hours later and I’ve had zero response. This is a major UK GDPR failure. I need an urgent update on my formal complaint and compensation.

    @Jen_grows @MartinSLewis @LloydsBank I said this about moving my money, to the most bored sounding bloke, when I called to complain on Lloyds ‘online banking customer support’. He basically said my money was still there, the FCA would sort it if it wasn’t. Not a problem so not to worry. Ffs😡
