Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! There's not only a different ethos, there's a different service level too & I support the representation of a rich heritage in banking and keeping these legacy brands.
