@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank My business account is blocked!! I cant recieve any money from my POS machines which are linked to my Lloyds Account and i cant transfer any money from same account.Your bank cant solve that problem for one week and it costs me a lot!!

@LloydsBank Awdul service. On phone for over an hour, Trying to make a complaint. Staff are either unaware of what to do or rude. My card is blocked, and I cannot spend my money where I choose to. And no one can give me an answer apart from it being the fault of lloyds heritage?

@LloydsBank No resolution the lady said @LloydsBank are fully aware that the system will not allow them to open a joint account on line but could not fix the error. Are you aware if not I suggest you ask. Whole this waste of time. Gone with #Starling excellent service opened in 20 seconds

@LloydsBank your mobile app is down, it either won’t get to the face id stage or the app closes itself when i’m halfway through doing something yes i am using the latest app, no it is not an issue with my internet connection

Thinking myself lucky that I don’t bank with @LloydsBank . After 3+ months of trying to withdraw money from his ISA my fiancé is still waiting for it and the complaints team, who promise constantly to call back, can’t be bothered to do so. Fantastic customer service Lloyds.

@LloydsBank 2/3 Understandably, because you are the receiving bank, you can't rectify it. But you also say you can't return the payment to HMRC, not can you notify the incorrect recipient because you cannot access/see their account.

@LloydsBank Hi Colin, so replacing a damaged phone with another damaged phone is acceptable then? & charging £100 for the process of doing so! Not good customer service ftom Lloyds. The last time I asked for advice from Lloyds I was given false info as well.

@AliceSaiao95 @LloydsBank As a customer, I can tell you positively that yes they are having issues with their app. It’s shite at the best of times, but it’s been broken for 4 days (logging out incorrectly, not logging out at times, asking for sensitive info after login, asking for passcode and Face ID).
