@LloydsBank I think this should be looked into. Won’t happen to me (I get paid the penultimate working day of the month) and I checked that before confirming the switch but others are paid differently and might incur the charge.

@LloydsBank I was referring to a past me who then WAS paid on the 1st or the immediately preceding banking day. My current salary payment arrangements aren’t an issue with your terms.

@LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

@LloydsBank really disappointed at the customer service in your Cabot Circus branch in Bristol. Not only was my appointment cancelled for no reason, the staff had some serious attitude and was really unhelpful. Shameful!!

@LloydsBank I want an answer to 1 question. This seems too much for your call centre. I was re-directed 3 times & then cut off (on purpose I suspect). I have to pay for these calls and go through the same security questions each time. Someone should have answers. BAD SERVICE

@LloydsBank So you arbitrarily block online transactions made abroad - potentially causing a lot of bother for your clients - then you have a ONE HOUR wait to speak to an agent (on an EMERGENCY line) and no way of dealing with it online. What kinda circus are you guys running?

@LloydsBank Why do I have to tweet my bank in order to get a response. Customer service level 0. Shocking service. Lloyds is the worst bank I’ve dealt with in my life. It’s a massive shame how the bank treats clientele. Sort it out immediately please.

@LloydsBank My card is blocked, called the no on back of card & ended up with a callback due to “exceptionally high call volumes” - told I need to be put through to the fraud team - that has an HOUR waiting time. I’ve now been cut off. I have no access to my money. HELP.

@LloydsBank Does this mean you are not aware of there being an issue at Lloyds end with the authorisation screen not displaying correctly? My card isn't being refused, but on certain websites where authorisation from Lloyds is required, I get a blank screen instead.

@LloydsBank hi, hope you can help. I've been having trouble with purchasing online with my debit card, and also once in a shop. My card declines some purchases online, but is fine for other things, like ebay. I've tried calling numerous times today but the wait is huge. Thanks
