Accident in august, no curiosity car, ยฃ30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

Been a customer for 45 years, canโt even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.
