    How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

    @agrh1961 @LloydsBank That would equate to exacltly £0.00 but think about all the companies and individuals across lloyds,halifax mbna, bank of scotland that rely on this service.
