@LloydsBank Daughter wanted another £100 on uni student account overdraft to survive. Online, nope, hoped Grantham branch could help when home. No. Told it will affect credit rating if she tried again but "Have you considered a CREDIT CARD?". Disgusted, moving bank accounts ASAP.

@LloydsBank I have a UK mobile and a US mobile. I add my US number but the next time I log on it says it isn’t a valid number for Canada. Same dialing code, different country. I change it back to US so I can proceed, next time I log in same thing happens. Please fix this.

@LBGplc #lloydsbank What a shambles! I filled in forms to fix borrowing in January and then assumed they were fixed. But it appears not. I realised in June and asked my manager to sort it out. So he "raised a complaint". Three months on nothing happens. Rates go on up. Shambles!

@LloydsBank how would I claim a refund if the company that I thought I sent it to turns out to be a scam site?

@LloydsBank can you please stop being the worlds worst bank, blocking my card every other transaction when I’ve spent 5 hours speaking to you this week explaining what’s happening - I need to use my account. I’m following your not helpful advice and yet you still block me

@LloydsBank Yes, but surely you're not legally obliged to send letters to an address you know is incorrect, even if your customer hasn't updated you with their new address. That just seems insane.

@LloydsBank They tried to help but Escalate just means email #Optimalegal. This achieves nothing as it appears they have too much work and can’t cope. I know you can’t solve it on social media I just need to put in touch with some kind of manager so I can discuss options

@LloydsBank Yes. So basically, I was trying to book a hotel. Website crashed, said timed out & payment not accepted. So my partner booked it again. But it actually went through. I have contacted hotel. Will they deal with this or yourselves?
