@LloydsBank trying to deal with a possible fraud from my account. Got through, transferred to insurance dept got diverted to transferred to customer service to be informed by an automated call it’s office is closed… not exactly good customer service

@LloydsBank So we go again. Call direct to Fraud Dept. Get through after 30mins. Fraud for personal Banking. Can't help. Try this number. Another 30 mins. I can't help you. We only deal with debit card fraud! Can't help with Credit Cards! Are you joking! That's another hour apparently

I love it when you call the bank to be put on hold with the words "we are exceptionally busy at the moment". Problem is, the last three times I've called them they've said the same thing. So, not the exception!! Hire more people @LloydsBank, your customers aren't idiots.

@MartinSLewis #lloydsbank Customer service changed from 10 days to 30 days, mum recently died & we are trying to sort out probate, they haven't done a thing nor did they care when yet again we had to chase them up

@LloydsBank Unbelievable Mike. They did share a number. And that's not it! They gave me 0345 600 4862. So which is it? Just gets worse at every single step. If you are asking a customer to spend an hour on hold you really should make sure correct number is shared. So which is it

And another thing! I've just placed an order with @mattressmanuk. They took the money but haven't, as their website tells me, sent me a confirmation email. I can't get through to them. I've tried contacting @LloydsBank to cancel the payment - but can't get thru to them either.

@LloydsBank And while I'm at it. Some Companies when you tag in SM team are able to assist. Then there are companies that acknowledge your tweet but SM team cannot do anything to help. That just exacerbates the frustration. Wonder which bracket Lloyds Bank come into🤔🤔🤔

@LloydsBank What’s running horses got to do with a bank. I banked with you about 30 years ago. You put me in debt for 10 of those. Terrible bank, bad ethics and ridiculous fees. I remember literally being about 10p overdrawn back then. You charged £25 for it!!
