    Hey @LloydsBank why do you not allow a repeat phone call from the app to verify identify customer instead of blocking everything while a POSTAL!! confirmation code arrives. Lazy thoughtless programmers? This after the log in process pt 1 on the customer’s phone.

    @LloydsBank It really is poor service - when phoning it BEGS you to go away if it’s not urgent, but there’s no other way to discuss something specific. Then 2min:30s of messages before you even get in the est. 30min wait queue…

    @LloydsBank The transfer said it had gone through, but never arrived to the recipient, however the payment i tried to do later got an error

    @LloydsBank If I click on do it in the app it tells me to go away and use my phone. If I click on do it on the web it literally drops down the fields with all my numbers in so I can edit right there and then. It makes literally no sense!

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to help our Ukrainian guests set up a new current account - it is very difficult to do this! And you don't seem to have a way for us to reach out for help. Disappointed.
