I had multiple insurance polices you over charged me for but were convenient as part of the “banking group”. I don’t need you anymore, your process/system is no longer customer focussed.

Poor Customer service, very poor. Do you have an estimate for when systems will be returned to full functionality ?

Nor would I guess you could offer one credible reason why you have removed it other than to admit it's a start to phasing out the desktop option which, in my opinion, is far more convenient.
