Never bank at @LloydsBank for business. There utterly inept online systems means I still can't access The Beestonian's account, putting the future of the mag in jeopardy. Utterly appalling service.

@LloydsBank is there a reason we can’t use my elderly mums banking app to make a new payment? Tried twice three days apart and it still says you’re having technical issues. When you close the banks for miles around elderly people rely on this service.

After 25 years of terrible customer service from @LloydsBank I had assumed it couldn’t get any worse. I was wrong. Try opening a children’s account. It’s basically not possible.

@LloydsBank My ID needed updating but was lost by the London Bridge branch and the only way of updating it is going back into a branch which isn’t easy to do constantly to make sure my details are correct, I’m currently on my way to the Bromley branch to see if they are able to actually help

Appalled @LloydsBank Internet customer service. Waited 45mins for someone to answer the phone in drowsey voice & requested a reason why the online payment system had failed. All the advisor could say was lump it & I'm now going to terminate the call. Time to change to better bank

@LloydsBank Unfortunately my phone has a problem that makes me have to reset my phone every other week and now I can’t access my online banking app because I’ve hit the limit off devices I can use but I can’t de-register them because obviously it’s the same phone but reset

@IainDale Does it? Maybe you have a rather inflated sense of your importance to @lloydsbank? If you had been considered an important customer, you would have had a private banker. What did he/she say about you moving?
