    No wonder the effing high street is dead! Our local bank has closed down so I came into town after work as nowhere opens before 10am. 5 minutes to 5 and @LloydsBank and French Connection both shut.

    Well, I see I am nearly £10 into an authorised overdraft. Perhaps its that causing the problem with my free trial to upgrade @quizlet, but @LloydsBank still fiddle their insurance via fraud to cheat customers because they did already in assisting corrupt @PFEW_HQ in false claims.

    @LloydsBank I was impacted by the data breach on 12th March and contacted Lloyds that morning on X and later via the app support. But I have had no communication from Lloyds on this. I hear today that others have received compensation.

    Impossible to get through to your fraud team @LloydsBank this is not great. My account is being attacked and I’m in a f**** queue of over 20 mins to get through. Really? This should be immediate for fraud. The online chat isn’t any better. Totally disengaged with the conversation

    @LloydsBank No complaint needed. After speaking to your fraud squad it turns out that the card was due to expire month end and for some reason a block was added. So they kindly removed it after some checks. Might be worth making it a priority suggestion instead of those given.

    @jonniespence @LloydsBank I don't think you understand the problem. Lloyds changed the settings on accounts to turn off password checking. The password is still there but it isn't being used unless you find out how to turn it back on.
