    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    Like many, amending my @LloydsBank mortgage is impossible. Online mortgage account unavailable for 5 days...phone over an hour wait...then of course...it cuts off! As ever, when you need them they r never there...at least "my call is important to them..." phew! Big finance eh?

    @LloydsBank I've been trying to get through to an advisor for a settlement figure for my mortgage. I'm unable to get through & mobile banking isn't an option for me as I'm overseas & I can't receive the phone access code. No help via private messaging either. Getting desperate:-(

    @lloydsbank 1hr 18 mins got through to product transfer dept...Lindsay said...she can't help at all "...if it's not working...it's not working...there's nothing I can do and no one you can be passed onto..." she did say sorry though! Still I suppose I should be grateful 2 b alive

    @LloydsBank your practices are awful. I was scammed and you returned my money. You provided no communication to me and just took it back out with out anything being said. I am DISGUSTED by your practices. How dare you do this to customers with no communication????

    @LloydsBank I’ve just spent the last half an hour trying to obtain an AIP (remortgage) via your website only for it to crash on submission, citing a ‘technical error’… Low and behold the site does not save my progress! 😠 Have I to start all over again?!
