@YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

I’m all for being safe online but every single time I use my @LloydsBank credit card it’s declined is absolutely beyond a joke. Why have the text checking service if your gonna declined it anyway 🤬

@axainsurance @axainsurance @LloydsBank still waiting for someone to get in touch in regards to claim that happened in 2019. It’s been 5 weeks since I re-submitted all the supporting evidence & documentation requested & I can’t help but feel that this is going to be a repeat of the last time.

@zavvi a month after ordering I still have no items and you refuse to refund. @LloydsBank will have to intervene. Shambolic customer service and generic responses. I wish I had read the reviews on @Trustpilot before ordering.

@LloydsBank your online payment system isn't working on the Sainsburys website. There's some kind of error where payment can't go through. It's not my account, I definitely have money in there.

It got to an hour an then the line just dropped! Excellent, really great service. @LloydsBank
