I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

Been a customer for 45 years, can’t even get a promised replacement Debit Card after mine was blocked due to suspicious activity. Their online chat system is crap, not interested in finding solutions. Time to move I think.

Oliver (@olirood1) reported@LloydsBank how long is it going to take to fix the everyday offers problem, years using the Halifax app and had no issues with the offers now been forced to change to the Lloyds app and they don’t show not a great start
