    @YardleyShooting @EE @LloydsBank I think there is a lot of luck/bad luck involved in these situations. I don't doubt what you are saying but the couple of times I have had to call EE recently I got through pretty quickly and the person I spoke to sorted the issue whilst I was on the phone to him.

    @LloydsBank @bediveare I’m having problems with the app as well. Seems to work fine in a web browser but the iOS app just won’t load, keep getting “sorry we’re having technical problems try again later”

    @LloydsBank Now that’s interesting. The app works fine on 4G, but not wifi. Yet the website works fine on both. It gets to the point where it scans my Face ID, and then it just hangs on “Authenticating your device”. I’m on virgin broadband if that helps diagnosis.

    @LloydsBank Hi Stephen, I have tried using different browsers and deleted cookies etc. I have even tried to login on a different computer at home but with no luck, the same error message comes up.

    @LloydsBank is online banking still down? I could not login yesterday to pay my suppliers. Tried again this morning and still getting error code 7000001.

    @LloydsBank Dear Lloyds. You’ve suspended my online banking; you’ve now hung up on me 4 times as I try to restore it. How hard can it be for me to get some service and access to MY MONEY!

    @LloydsBank Doesn't that defeat the point of a standing order- if I have to change it every month? I may as well just try to remember to do a manual payment each month? This is meant to be a service to stop me having to do it/remember it?
