    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank It seems I need to request a ‘one off’ password to regain access to my internet banking. Apparently, it’s going to take over 20 minutes for someone to be free to answer my call. I don’t have 20 minutes to wait. What do you suggest? Can I request this another way?

    @LloydsBank I have been using my Mobile data as that's all i have, also made sure app is up to date aswell but no luck. I was able to log in online with no problems it's the app that doesn't want to work for me.Error 1007 and a bunch of other things saying you're having technical problems
