    @LloydsBank insurance services is a joke! Accident in august, no curiosity car, £30 goodwill gesture , insurance claim still not settled, and every time I call to speak to the escalation team I get hung up on! I would never recommend your service! Shocking from the start

    @LloydsBank Been on hold for 1hr 20 min. I have a block on my card. Called 01733 347007 & told to talk to fraud. Fraud (0800 917 7017) told me to speak to credit card (0345 606 2176), credit card says speak to fraud. I’m ill at home with covid so can’t go to a branch. Please help

    @LloydsBank The below replies just aren't good enough. My card isn't working due to an error your end so I've transfered my funds to another account to be able to use my funds and they have not arrived. My money is now in limbo! I can not wait 2 hours. Please help! 🙏🏻
