    There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

    @LloydsBank Utterly useless. I have been referred to complaints… who have a longer wait time than customer services. Are you actually trying to lose customers?

    @LloydsBank Crashes when trying to login. I know other people with the same issue. The service the app uses may be up but the app itself is not useable as logging in no longer works. I am unsure if it was due to an update to the app or Samsung's Android implementation.

    @LloydsBank trying to make an online payment to a friend and I only have stored payment details for six accounts? This is on the app and on the desktop site. Where has my information gone? Waiting time for support calls is 30 mins!

    @arsenalmatt1 @LloydsBank Welcome the world of outsourcing customer servicd to crappy companies. Firstsource Solutions who operate the customer contact centres are more interested in paddimg their stats than actually helping customers. The training provided is nowhere near adequate enough either.

    @LloydsBank the android app has been broken for all of March so far. Is there a fix in flight? The recent reviews on the Play Store should show how widespread a problem this is but I don't see any mention of it being addressed.

    @LloydsBank Yes, I’ve called numerous times. It’s after all my details are entered.. That it cuts out and the wait it’s 30 mins plus.. Again - can someone contact me to replace my card? Or we going to keep going back and forth about your system not working?

    @LloydsBank Please don’t make me laugh. Worst business bank in the UK by a country mile. Move to @StarlingBank just superb customer service and online interfaces.

    @LloydsBank Does that mean you can't/won't raise it as a bug with whatever team is responsible for the android app? If I'm going to ring a call centre to wait in a queue it will be to change my account to a provider with a working app, not to repeat all the things I've mentioned here
