    There are some unknown activity in my bank transactions and i am trying to ring Lloyds bank @LloydsBank in UK i have never seen this sort of customer service in my life i am in a queue for now about 1 hour 45 minutes and still no answer what is going on I don’t know.

    @LloydsBank Internet banking down again this morning. Payday for many and eve of Bank Holiday. Almost like you don't want people accessing their money. Too timely to be coincidence.

    @LloydsBank hi. I have a help to buy ISA with Natwest. I tried to transfer £955 into it 2 weeks ago (after not making any deposits since I opened the isa in 2019). The money has ended up back in my Lloyds account with the narrative "bankline suspense". What does that mean pls?

    @LloydsBank Makes no sense but thanks! It’s 8 months ago, if the proof is there why shouldn’t she be allowed to cash the cheque? Bizarre. Think you may have lost a very longstanding customer there

    @LloydsBank Shame on you Lloyds bank for your appaling service to a 75 yr old trying to claim on the travel insurance he pays for through his platinum acct. Trying for 3 months to get through on phone. now. No one picks up. How long should he hold for? 1 hr? 10? Disgusting.

    @LloydsBank Thank you for the response. Finally got through on phone and was told it was an internet maintenance issue and would be rectified usually within the hour. To be honest I wasn't convinced by the answer given and it seems someone is being economical with the truth.

    @LloydsBank I have lost my credit card and for two days have been trying to request a new one online and the ridiculous system you have in place won't allow it!!! Can anyone help or must it be an endless life of misery?????????

    @LloydsBank It's not necessary access to the accounts, it's the fact that one person in the team cannot perform all of the functions necessary to complete the task. At first all seemed fine, but then I needed ID verification and was passed along, then passed back to someone else! Not happy.

    @LloydsBank Hey @lloydsBank I would love it if you would have some people answer you customer call numbers - you keep declining legit transactions from my card without any reason - no issue with bank balance and it seems random - Marks & Spencer (for instance) - I’m really hacked off

    @LloydsBank I have a query about my account which isn't urgent but is annoying. No help online. I don't want to clog up urgent calls but I really would like some advice. Can this be done by email, and if so, how?

    @LloydsBank rude customer service. Spoke to two members of staff who were unprofessional. Won't listen and talk over you. They can't wait to get you off the phone. The second woman even put the phone done before we were satisfied with the outcome. Don't even offer to look into it

    @LloydsBank I'm trying to provide ID for my 13yr old sons new account to be opened but our branch closes at 3:30 closed on weekends and he finishes school at 03:20. Is there a way I can provide ID online? As it's going to be impossible otherwise to do so? Thankyou
