All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

Not Claudia Chaitto (@NChaitto39819) reported@LloydsBank @OfficalBertieB Does DarkHorse prevent customer service agents making up notes which clearly don’t match telephone conversations potentially hampering any complaints. A DSARs and transcripts of audio can expose this, is this what DarkHorse does, or is it something else?

I was promised it would be fixed by Monday morning but it hasn't been and I'm now overseas travelling. I have reinstalled app tried on a brand new phone and still not working. Bad service

live your life not someone else's (@activeman57) reported@prioritypasscom @LloydsBank 1 successful lounge 4 attempts, not impossible to book LHR t4 or LGW (important airports) it's not holiday season, you need to enter details in all 6 options repeatedly & fast pass security not available at LHR... This perk isn't very perky & isn't included not free.
