The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@LloydsBank The issue is obviously you knowing full well, that Boris was lifting the rest of the restrictions in England today and not preparing your apps for the increased traffic that would come as a result of that. Absolute jokers.

@LloydsBank Same issue. The mobile app is already bad as is. For months now cannot get it to work on fingerprint on my Mi Phone. Ridiculous in this day and age. Seriously considering changing banks because of that
