@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank App & online banking not working just like yesterday. Wouldn't it be appropriate to ask and confirm from the IT Dept instead of responding to each and every customer as to what message they are getting. @downdetector confirms it. Its embarrassing not being able to make payments.

The wait time is over 30 minutes to get to a representative; there is no option offered for Lloyds Bank to telephone the caller back? This has been going on between yesterday and today and we would like to know when it will be resolved?
