    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank Yes you've replied asking me to call. I've already explained this numerous times I can't call. I was calling before travelling and getting nowhere with your help team apart from promises of a fix before I travelled

    @LloydsBank hi iv not used my bank for a very long time..and iv only just found my card.. but i cant remember any of my online bank details..i tried to change them online a few mins ago.. but due to a change on numbers i cant get the confirmation txt.. i need help!

    I probably don’t applaud good customer service often enough but I have to say that if ever I’ve had to call the @LloydsBank helpline I’ve always spoken to the most polite, helpful, understanding people. Even if it’s my fault! 👏🏻

    @LloydsBank @FinancialFree23 Cheque deposit photographs are awful, never ever look right. We should be able to enter the information on the cheque to clear it. With a proper sensible image.

    @LloydsBank you customer service is not fit for purpose and you need to look at your customer journey experience...shocking...complaint raised.. a satisfactory contact would help but apparently need to wait 1 to 8 weeks for a response, really?

    @LloydsBank I know, I just can't believe I need to go into a branch to fill out a form to make this happen. It is the 21st century and the way branches are getting shut down you'd think I could do this on line.
