@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank £174 has been taken, I have no policy or any other accounts with you and the advisor on the phone has no idea what it's for or who actioned it and I have to wait until 15th June for a refund?! I am concerned that you have access to my bank account and take money as you please.

@LloydsBank I have just waited over 30mins for someone to answer, and just as he was fulfilling my request to update my number so I can access my account he cut the line and hasn’t called me back? Please can you reach out to me to address this as I am not waiting on hold again

@LloydsBank Yes, the advisor was helpful and apologised before saying they will look into it but to be honest it's worrying to think that you can just access my account and take random amounts with no reason.

@LloydsBank Thank you for your reponse. I am aware of what is listed as acceptable documents. My point is that for a just turned 18 yr old, who lives at home and does not have any of this documentation, how are they meant to access a bank account? 1/2
