The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

So a visit to my not local branch of @LloydsBank today to ask them to verify my identity for a legal document led to a refusal on their part cos it’s not their policy! So their policy is not to help where there’s no money in it for them. After 50 years it’s time to say goodbye 😡

@LloydsBank It tells me that the app launch has failed. Technical issues. It has been doing it for 3 days. For me this is a problem as I need to pay bills

@LloydsBank not been able to get in touch, several times a day, for 7 days.... calls to your customer services centre have also failed to get hold of the branch. I've gone elsewhere for banking services, I'll move my business and personal accounts shortly too.

@LloydsBank You have just lost a lifetime customer due to your inability to answer the phone. Trouble logging into my online banking at 19:00 led to a message to ring you quoting a reference number, 22:00 still answer. No excuse will do. #helloNatWest

@LloydsBank if you’re not going to let your customers do basic things via app/online that all your competitors can then at least provided a decent in person service, stop closing all your local branches and making your staff redundant
