@LloydsBank why is my debit card working to pay chip and pin in stores but won’t allow me to use it at any ATM this happened before so got a new card but same problem is happening again can u tell me why?

@LloydsBank yr call system is awful, so far i have been to 10! Departments, twice cut off in 1hr 40 an so far no can sort my issue the responce im getting is "the banks done that not our department"
