@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank The system needs updating to at least let people know what position in the que they are or offer a callback service. Leaving someone hanging over 4 hours from £Billion companies the size of Lloyd's and AXA just isn't acceptable.

@LloydsBank ++ to your telephone and when i call customer service, they told me that the only way to certify that I still exist is by visiting the branch. So, I was really very surprised to see that although there are many ways to do this proof, how come a bank still wants me ++

@LloydsBank They wont issue my licence as there computer system does not like like my title of Mx so it will never be replaced online and would I would need to apply via post. For the refund they have just told me they would not be issuing it as the staff are concerned its been ordered.
