The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@LloydsBank I closed it because I was sick of the poor service. You issued me a cheque with the balance. I cannot cash it because my new account is online only. I just rang up & was told the chq is over 6 months now so tough which is bollox!

@LloydsBank would rather offer 75 pounds comp for leaving a 11 year long customer stranded with no means to get to work, food or water due to their error but happy to fork out hundreds for a Ombudsman review. worst customer service ever. left in the dirt then treated like dirt,🤬

@LloydsBank The issue is solely online payments so not sure how to resolve this. Every single 'rejected transaction' works fine with every other bank card I've used so clearly a problem with Lloyds and not my browser/device. (2/2)

@LloydsBank Claire I’ve just tried what you have suggested - it asked for the name, dob and account number and sort code. The Lloyds website stated that it did not recognise the account?!?

@LloydsBank Been on hold for 30 minutes already, and no indication of where I am in the queue! Very poor customer services systems. I've been with Lloyds for 35 years but time for a move at this rate! Lack of investment in IT and staff it seems!

Hi @LloydsBank, my friend just tried to pay in bags of coin at your Plympton branch, but was sent away as they were 'too busy'. They were told to go to the Post Office to pay them in instead. I don't think this is very good customer service. You wouldn't think they were a bank🤔

@LloydsBank My cc keeps getting declined for 90% online payments despite being well within my limit. I then have to use my debit card (another bank) it works fine. Every time I've called your helpline I have the most clueless person on the other end. Can you help resolve this?
