@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank Avoid this app, easily hacked and not at all secure. Use a computer, and stay away from something that appears to be convenient, that ultimately, is more useful to the bank rather than the customer.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I use a separate card from a payment service instead for exactly the same reason. I have never had any problems with either fraud or 'high risk' transactions since.

@JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank I've always found Nationwide to be pretty good, similarly to another commenter, been with them for years, nothing special re interest rates, they all seem to be much the same in that regard but they don't hit me with ridiculous fines for things and the customer service isnt bad
