    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    Thank you to the Fraud Team @LloydsBank for their help and support when some lovely person decided it was ok to help themselves to nearly £300 out of my bank account - the team were kind and reassuring, money refunded almost immediately and next steps explained. #ThankYou

    @nxwestmidlands any idea when you’re going to fix the app? Last week it wouldn’t allow me to use my @LloydsBank card due to security, now it won’t accept my other bank card. This is after you’ve updated it, so that it “solves” the issue. #sortitout

    @arsenalmatt1 @LloydsBank Welcome the world of outsourcing customer servicd to crappy companies. Firstsource Solutions who operate the customer contact centres are more interested in paddimg their stats than actually helping customers. The training provided is nowhere near adequate enough either.

    @jamiegreenley @LloydsBank The systems they use are clunky and unreliable, will often crash for no reason during call, leading to inability to service customer's account, or worse cut the call. Staff are then blamed for cutting the call worngly also.
