@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank can someone help me out? I’ve had transactions flagged last week, and apparently I HAVE to call to verify them but every time I do it’s an hour wait. I just got through to someone, they said they were transferring me to fraud dept. And got told its another hour wait.

Hey, @LloydsBank - just in case no-one has told you, I think the system used for your automated payment verification calls is melting in the heat. Used it yesterday (sluggish) and today (ridiculously slow). Literally took robot lady 30 seconds to spit out each number.

Absolutely dreadful customer experience over at @LloydsBank Useless chatbot -> refers you to call -> useless call bot -> refers you to agent -> it’s the wrong kind of agent -> refers you to right kind of agent -> refers you to a line with expected wait time of 1 hour

Atrocious customer service from @LloydsBank. Have had multiple clearly suspicious transactions processed on my credit card with no contact/warning. £3,500 fraud on my card and can't even report it as the online system doesnt work and the wait on the phone is over an hour

@LloydsBank Unless your passwords don't accept a ! (exclamation mark) in them? I think the password resetting allows me to choose it as part of the password but the system doesn't accept it when inputted. Needs testing but if so, that's a bit of an error.

@LloydsBank Why not ask colleagues in your Fraud department for their standard responses to people trying to offer financial support to those suffering in Ukraine
