@lloydsbank Are you operating a service today, please? The wait for calls to be answered is unacceptable. I called twice, spoke to two inexperienced and non-effective staff and still unable to complete a simple task after wasting 45 mins of my time. #lloydsbank

I’m on a call from @LloydsBank fraud department. They spotted something potentially suspicious. System is working. But they put me automatically on hold without me speaking to a human. And I’ve now been on hold for 15 minutes. THEY CALLED ME!

Dear @LloydsBank it looks v much like someone's opened a fraudulent business a/c with my details with you. It's impossible to reach you by phone; your automated systems there & online just send me in circles as I don't really have an a/c with you (which is rather the point!)
