@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@Defencebrief @sainsburys @LloydsBank From experience I would guess that sainsburys are correct and the money will never be claimed and go back in your account. The banks move it as soon as the request is made. I experienced this a lot when working in retail

@LloydsBank I cancelled a credit card in January 2020, but am still receiving email statements as if it still exists. I'm unable to access anything online as I no longer have that card information, so cannot reset account info to login.

@LloydsBank your customer service is appalling and after over 30 years with you (and paying £28 per month) I shall be closing my accounts and contacting the financial ombudsman for services I have paid for which you don’t fulfil #CustomerService #customerexperience
