@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@LloydsBank yes i spoke to the company, i paid using paypal. so i then spoke to paypal, who said it was a mistake, and told me to speak to my bank and when i did i received the worst customer service than from the rest. by a woman named Faith. the purchase was made on the 30th Dec

So @LloydsBank have a daily Apple Pay limit. That limit varies by customer. Customers aren’t told what that limit is and can’t adjust it. Their advice? Carry your card just in case. I moved to Lloyds because of Barclays incompetence and crap customer service. Wrong move?

@LloydsBank I have tried to reinstall the app as well. Nothing is helping. I can use mobile banking but was used to have quick access through the app and it's not working. Any reasons why it could be blocking the access?

@LloydsBank Trying to get help with the app chat, but push notification isn't working and agent reply takes so long I miss it, stuck in a loop of virtual assistant, 12hrs, agent reply, miss message, virtual assistant, repeat. I just want my kindle cashback.

@LloydsBank I am trying to use the chat on the app but keep getting stuck with the virtual assistant, stating that there are no advisors available. I thought the chat was a messaging service, but I don’t seem to be able to send a message for an advisor to respond to later?

@SoozUK @LloydsBank I know it doesn’t help for this occasion but it’s worth opening another current ac (it takes about 2 mins online when you already have an account) leave the card for the new ac safe at home, if you lose your main ac card you can then just transfer enough to the 2nd ac to use

@LloydsBank I just did the standard login process as I have a new phone, then it was trying to text a code but I was getting no texts, so I did a phone call, which was correct but then it said it couldn’t verify, now it’s saying technical issues!
