@LloydsBank what number do we call to get straight through to a human being for customer service. Your online chat is useless and can’t answer basic questions.

@anthslife @LloydsBank think this is more than a glitch. I could see (and screenshot) other people’s DWP payments which included NI numbers. I saw salary and benefits details. This is a huge GDPR breach. #lloyds #databreach #GDPR

@LloydsBank 20 times I tried to open the account your online system said there was a technical error. I was told by your staff that they cannot open these accounts on the phone and it is only possible online. How can I open one if your online doesn’t work?

@Shammoz @4Olivea @LloydsBank No banks near me at all as Lloyds have got a measly 1 day hub at my library which is no good for people who don’t have online banking which makes it impossible if they don’t know about it , I guess it corporate greed and disrespect with Lloyds and their related banks

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. @LloydsBank more rubbish service from your business banking team. I’m on the brink of closing the account going elsewhere. I cannot believe in 2026 I have to go through such rubbish to try and get things resolved!!!!

@LloydsBank I have been trying to amend my overdraft for over a week now. Each time, it says there is a technical error stopping me from doing so. I called on Thursday and was on hold for 2 hours. When I got through, the caller hung up on me. Please fix this issue

@LloydsBank Like I said the complaint system is slow very very slow this is why I am leaving Lloyds bank if and when I get my account back. The ceo is yet to reply but I guess he won’t as he’d rather let the support team deal with the complications the support team has made with me

  • andy_uk44

@LloydsBank No I won’t as I know you can’t do anything in fact I’m waiting for the ceo to return my email but that won’t happen will it as they rather pass it to some poor customer support person so they don’t have to face the burden of the customer themselves ,I regret the day I joined LB

@Beardandcamera @LloydsBank @DanRa_82 We know what the issue being referred is but where does ‘compo’ come into play? Compo for what exactly?
