    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank I cannot access the app because my phone was stolen in the same incident. I cannot access the online portal via web browser because even though it's a trusted device it requires a SMS text message. And I have spent a LOT of money trying to call Lloyds so far to no avail.

    @LloydsBank your tv advert claims you are there for “life’s journey”, well after today’s experience with you I think your advert isn’t correct. Feel let down and am now considering moving bank after being with you for over 42years! 😡

    @LloydsBank The issue is that the app and desktop Chrome browser login does not update the card to Visa, it still sees it as MasterCard unfortunately.

    @LloydsBank Look. You are supposed to be my bank. You are shutting ALL banking outlets. My credit card is supposed to protect me against fraudsters yet its next to impossible to get you to stop a payment. No contact info online for HUMAN interaction. I NO LONGER TRUST YOU WITH MY MONEY!

    @LloydsBank @samcd84 Screenshotting this. Being able to view something IS access. Appreciate that it's not comms fault, but @financialombuds need to take a serious look at this

    @LloydsBank Sutton Coldfield — customers queue while staff sit idle behind ‘cash only’ desks. A clear failure in basic service management. Manager clearly needs to attend a customer service course

    @LloydsBank Hi Sanaa, I've been trying for the last couple of hours on two seperate phones, so it's unlikely to be my phone or a local issue. The error message is 'Something went wrong, we couldn't start your chat. Please go back and try again'.

    @LloydsBank can you confirm the extent of the problem? Is it restricted to app users or have regular online accounts been affected? No statements have been issued and there is no one to ask IRL.

    @LloydsBank Just spent 2 hrs with your 24/7 chat through the app and got nowhere. All they seemed to say is we're sorry and we want to help, but didn't. Some money has disappeared but they completely ignored that. Absolutely useless

    @andy_uk44 @LloydsBank Don’t forget to use the current account switching service and bag yourself a few quid from the next bank’s introductory offers - may as well get something out of this deal
