@LloydsBank Afternoon lynne what my problem is I was sent a Lloyds bank prepaid visa mastercard by the royal British Legion to help me in paying towards my utility bills but both companies keep refusing it even though they are given all the details on the card

@ShappiKhorsandi @HSBC_UK I’ve been with @LloydsBank since I was 15 - so 35 years now. Never had any issues with them. Only thing is local branches have closed down which is sad but I mostly do on line banking now. Good luck. x

@LloydsBank everytime I'm making an online account its always had an error. Tried well over 20 times rechecking everything doing it over and over again, no I dont already have an account but this is seriously starting to bug me can you get someone to get in touch with me please

@LloydsBank how can I make a complaint about the customer service in branch. I supported some of our new employees from Sri Lanka to open an account today and was appalled and ashamed by how they were spoken to and treated. Other customers commented on how rude the staff were.

@blossom1101_ @LloydsBank my account was suspended i complained and it was released but after some time it stops working again until a guy refers me to @Jcyberspyy212 on Instagram he is the guy who help me out since then my account hasn't been suspended again
