@LloydsBank I really need some help, spoke to someone on the phone the other day and had a terrible customer experience and made to feel like a liar. I was then told my complaint will take 40 days to be responded too I can’t afford to wait that long. Just don’t know where to turn

Would be nice if the @LloydsBank everyday offers were tailored to the customer. I haven't heard of 95% of those companies and don't use the remaining 5% 🤷🏻

@LloydsBank can anyone at Lloyds tell me why I pay for a platinum service. A total of 3. 5 hours on hold for the insurance you offer and I PAY for. No excuse but terrible customer service. Will anyone help me apart from your last comment telling me to stay on hold? Woeful service
