The only workaround is to open & log in to the Lloyds app first, then start the process from Monzo. Could both teams please look into this? T for Thanks 🙏

My card was used in costa, I haven’t been there in 10 days and I haven’t been in Edinburgh neither. One tells me to do a fraud check, and when it’s done it tells me it’s a dispute when it’s not neither

Like they left the conversation. Since my Halifax credit card has cut over to your app the service has been useless.

Chris Tyler (@Cookiex2) reported@LloydsBank Just spent an hour trying to register for online banking. Your website says logon detail set up and ring to confirm. When we ring, your automated message says no logon details are set up and to register online. This could go on all night!
