The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@LloydsBank I have not had internet banking before. I am trying to set up a new bank account with you, I have all my new info, card and login details, pin and activation codes on letters. Im still struggling to set up online banking. I can’t remember my login details and in order to reset..

@LloydsBank My advice, find another bank. @LloydsBank lost my financial data includ NI # for ISA, they lost Registered Mail cont sensitive info. Then refuse to correct their ineptitude stating 'security concerns'? OK if we are insecure, but can't correct errors because of security protocol?

Absolutely blooming welll discussed with the customer services skills in @LloydsBank branch today. Now have to do a 20 mile round trip to another branch so I don't have to go in there again

@LloydsBank I will say whoever is working the front desk at Eastbourne terminus road. Needs retraining. Her attitude was less than welcoming. Felt like she didn't want to be there
