@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

Credit where it's due for brilliant service from @LloydsBank . Discovered that my debit card was compromised in July & used to pay for Netflix. After speaking to both companies, messaged Lloyds Fraud via their app, spoke to a human & money refunded in 20 mins. @MartinSLewis

@LloydsBank Is there a problem refunding the Club Lloyds fee this month? I met the conditions for last month but my fee hasn't been refunded. Same issue with another family members account.
