The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

@LloydsBank I got through to the fraud team and the issue is resolved. Your chat service hasn’t replied since 19:30 last night so it’s worthless and pointless to have. Communication for the issues in the last 24 hours has been abysmal. Underwhelmed is an understatement.

@LloydsBank - is there an issue with the mobile app? Was fine earlier. Now saying I do not have access to mobile banking. Very odd! Desktop access works. Tried phoning Customer Services and have 39 minutes got cut off whilst in call waiting queue! Please advise.

@LloydsBank If you were aware why when I visited a branch did the staff member not say there were issues rather than making us feel like there was a problem with one of our cards and telling us to spend hours with our phone on speaker waiting for someone to answer?
