What if the signature doesn’t match the one in the system ? Could I resend a new letter with a corrected signature?

Write to the bank for changing the address and phone number 2. Register Voice ID(But how can I register it if I don’t have security no.?)

And she just invalid it, which makes me stuck in the endless loop. I need to change my phone no. to login the APP, but I can’t change it without security no.

If it’s possible to call the bank and unlock my account? Otherwise I need to reset password by using my old phone no., which needs updated as well as address
