@LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

@LloydsBank we have a joint current account and I have a sole current account. We have added the new Travel Smart facility to our joint a/c but I cannot add it to my sole account. I have tried via internet banking via app and website and called you but I still cannot add this😔

@LloydsBank I click on my a/c in the app and try to add Travel Smart but it only shows that it’s added to the Premier a/c with no option to add my sole a/c. I’ve already called you and they say you can add it to more than one a/c , mobile banking who suggested I try website but stil no joy

@LloydsBank The last few times I’ve phoned I’ve been told apple impose a limit and have blocked it and there’s nothing you can do. But apple say they do not impose limits and refer me to the card issuer. Lloyds is the only card issuer I’ve had this problem with
