  @LloydsBank Were you hacked? I noticed when I got to the 3 letters part of my login it said Halifax at the top of the page, it didn't look right. I didn't attempt to continue after that.

  @LloydsBank It’s been almost 3 hours now my vet appointment is in 1 hour and I’m unable to get the funds if my dog dies I will be taking legal action for not being able to access money that I clearly have available. I have nobody I can lend this from and the vets aren’t going to treat free

  @LloydsBank ok thanks, are you also aware that pension savings have disappeared from the account? this entry is not listed anymore plus you closed my account due to no transactions (my UK company moved me to Malta) with pension balance within. can you please help me? cheers, Annalisa
