I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

I've gone elsewhere for banking services, I'll move my business and personal accounts shortly too.

One of your high street rivals will do what I requested of you, in a blink of an eye. So you’ve not only lost my account, my son is pulling out too.
