I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Mrs En (@wwhistlemerlin) reported@asda and @LloydsBank last Friday used Asda petrol, and put in £30 which has been debited. £99 is still pending on my account - Asda say it’s not their problem and Lloyds won’t do anything unless it’s actually debited. Meanwhile I’ve got £99 in the ether that I can’t use. Help!

If you can't improve the slow logon, please don't make it worse by interrupting me to display me some feature I just have to see. Send an email instead.

If this is a display issue, regardless impacted Customers are left unable to view and opt in to new offers. There appears to be no alternative (Online Banking doesn’t have the functionality).
