    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank ‘fraud team’ promised me my account would be unblocked today and yet again have broken there promise so that’s day 2 of phoning in sick because I don’t have access to my money to put petrol in my car, awful customer services and full of lies

    @LloydsBank I think you need to speak to your colleagues - as Commercial Banking is saying there is a problem!! All of our payments for today are saying rejected but have left a/c - but it's seemingly random who has and hasn't received their payment - so hopefully it's being dealt with??

    @LloydsBank Sorry I’ve got no idea who Stephen is. Ive called 0345 072 5555 three times. I’ve just been told after 40 mins that there is no block on my card and its on my partners but hes got to ring up and wait an hour. Lloyds bank - making business easy 👍🏼

    @LloydsBank I want to get into my internet banking, but after entering user ID, password and memorable info clue, it asks to verify by phone.I don't have that phone number anymore because I live in Spain. It says you can update it on the app but the app asks the same to login.
