@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Yes, I do have access to manage his accounts. your colleagues went through various security questions with him and he gave them permission to talk to me on his behalf. They asked me to send over documentation of letters that he had received.

@LloydsBank I love calling my bank via the app for a specific issue and being told that I’ve reached the wrong department 3 times. Like, I’m in credit card support in the app, call you and it’s wrong or the person doesn’t know what I need. Got there in the end, but really :(
