@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank I'm now talking to someone, all blocked but come on, this shouldn't have been difficult. The technology failed and I was left without support and help. It's not good enough, I've been with the bank for over 20yrs. I'll be leaving Lloyds. It's just not good enough.

@LloydsBank I am currently abroad in Turkey and have had my debit card and credit card stolen. I went on to Internet banking to report it stolen and cancel them however it says it cannot fulfil my request I need to call you but the number provided is not working for me.

@LloydsBank Reporting a lost debit card by phone. Seemingly impossible. After giving details you say you’ll put me through to an adviser and the phone goes dead. This has now happened 3 times in a row. Now am going to have to visit my local branch ( if it’s not closed down) 😤😤
