@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank Hi, no I've not had any calls or texts. I was trying to pay for Ringo parking, tried twice and it stated the transaction was declined. Hence me trying to get into my banking app to see what is wrong, but can't log in.

@LloydsBank Hi Lynne, it's all well and good admitting that on a public forum where everyone can see but the helpline tried to say it was my laptop or phone and didn't admit there was a problem, as others have said. Why don't your helpline know about this very obvious problem?
