    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Yes I did. I need to log in to mobile banking to change my personal information, but I needed to check security through the phone to log in. But I've already changed my phone number and address.

    @LloydsBank worst bank to deal with trying for 8 months to resolve an issue on my account. On Hold for 20 mins then hang up. #poorservice please sort this out for the millions of customers trying to organise their accounts 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😭😭😭😭we wait hours and no response

    @LloydsBank knows that their customer support is terrible and plans the richest 5% of customers' phone calls sent to the “most experienced colleagues” & be awarded “higher . . . complaint payments” when they had grievances. If you are not rich enough you may consider switching.

    @LloydsBank Hello Pauline, no one has contacted me, just tried to logon again (as I do everyday) and a new message appeared “sorry we’ve had to log you off” same story on my iPhone! Firmly believe it’s a problem your end!!!!

    @nw_nicholas @LloydsBank They are ripping me off as well. Been a loyal customer for over 30 years but yet again this year they are inceasing my contents insurance from under £200 to over £300 for no reason and i have never made a claim. You call them and then they can suddenly reduce it to £260 1/2
