    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Very disappointed in your customer service. I had a real 'computer says no' situation. Apple Pay on their Mastercard declined, yet worked when tried on my other card. I am told its Apple Pay policy, yet evidence directly contradicts. Lack of logic :-(

    @LloydsBank Was wondering how to link my bank account to PayPal, whenever I do, it wants my memorable information and asks for 15th, 28th, 29th characters. Issue is my memorable information goes up to 13 characters.

    love how @LloydsBank is refusing to give me access to my own ******* money because i hit a ‘limit’ of how many times i can spend money during a day… it’s ******* MINE. how is this legal??? they’re telling me, a disabled person, to walk to a bank to withdraw money.

    @DrHannahBB @LloydsBank A lot of banks really aren't accessible to Deaf people at all and often have the worst attitudes imo. I could write a thesis on the issues with banking as a Deaf person, but this doesn't surprise me that they would suggest this/would be their policy, tbh!

    @LloydsBank I have a disputed payment (ref. DI-738209). I rung you to see what is going on, and to have a pdf message resent to me as I could not access it. Apparently this is too difficult.

    @DrHannahBB @LloydsBank Nope. It's frequent issue I know deaf peers who have taken this particular issue to the ombudsman and other bodies because of mortgage issues and noone to help them. Drives me mad I have had give my husband permission talk on my behalf
