    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank After not being able to get through on the phone I go to make an insurance claim online, it tells me I can do this via my bank login. I do, follow the link after logging in, and then I have to re-enter all my information. What's the point of going via IB login? Poor.

    @LloydsBank so I have found someone's debit card, I have called your "helpline" to ask what I can do with it, you can't get a correct service as always thinks its MY card, so used your website and asked the "help" section and AGAIN you can't get an answer, IT'S NOT MY CARD, help?

    So @LloydsBank ...Radio advert tells me "pop in to chat if you have a problem"... REALLY? I DO have a problem, you've just CLOSED our bank in Cardiff. The nearest is 30 minute drive and £7 parking. Hang your heads in SHAME.

    @LloydsBank So I have to phone up again! I’ve made weekly phone calls about access to these accounts. It’s so time consuming. Appreciate their closed today but you could really look into this tomorrow and save me wasting my time yet again
