    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    Appalling customer service with @LloydsBank. My elderly mother needs a face to face appointment after a bereavement but after speaking with customer services was told there are no appointments at local branches. I was then told to ‘pop’ into a branch - a 40 mile round trip!😡

    @LloydsBank Was leaving #Barclays as Premier Service a complete waste of time and broken. The customer service don’t care and are totally un professional even my complaint has not been answered after 2 weeks Resolution Person not in till Tuesday What a farce

    @LloydsBank Barmy that more branches are closing and I still can’t access my own local branch as it’s opening hours are 9-330 weekdays. Literally barring access with all these closures and opening hours to a huge section of society across the board.

    I’d appreciate it if you could stop being the worlds worst bank @LloydsBank my use of my card is perfectly normal when someone is away from home having a trip through London but of course you have to block my card on Apple Pay AGAIN! No I’m not phoning you - haven’t got all day!!

    @LloydsBank Hi Colin, so replacing a damaged phone with another damaged phone is acceptable then? & charging £100 for the process of doing so! Not good customer service ftom Lloyds. The last time I asked for advice from Lloyds I was given false info as well.

    @LloydsBank I've just tried to access Internet banking and its asking me to log in from scratch again and sending me a code to enter. When I do that, it's then going back to the start again.
