    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank I visited the branch but they told me they couldn't help. They told me I need to write to you. I did - 6 months ago and still no reply. I request that you remove the title as I wish not to be referred as 'OTHER' Other banks offer no title option and so you should too in 2022.

    @LloydsBank 0345 300 0000 - I say, Lost Cards, takes me through the process of entering account details then when it states going through to an advisor - just get the engaged dial tone and the phone goes dead. It's now been over an hour and my cards have been stolen and I cannot block them
