    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    Ok so I sometimes use the mobile banking service which comes every other week on a Monday which means it hasn’t been around for a month so I drove ten miles to the nearest branch today. Got there for 2.45 and it closed at 2.30. Not good enough #lloydsbank just not good enough.

    @LloydsBank Screwing people down to the bare minimum of life.. just the base rate goes up do you have to follow? You’ll end up with no customers before long as no one will have any money to bank..

    @LloydsBank So rather than putting it right, notifying the customer what happened, advising there is nothing to worry about and that new cards etc are on the way, your process makes it their problem. Amazing - thanks for your help 🙄 Maybe I’ll try my other friend at @financialombuds

    @LloydsBank your online banking platform is terrible I can never log in ever it just keeps making you change password then says thankyou and never let's you in. Also I've been opening a account with you and its been 3 months whats going on??? You can open accounts elsewhere easy

    @Gary_Stapleton @LloydsBank They also told there’s an 8 week wait and my library chair has had issues with Lloyd’s previously so - last resort - but still a big waiting list.

    @LloydsBank 1/2 Well… since you asked, yes *my friend* spent 30+mins on the phone explaining that their Mum’s account had been closed in error only to be told the SLA on the complaint would be up to 8 weeks so quicker to go into branch with their Mum OR have their Mum call CS

    @LloydsBank yet again utter **** from you as a bank. I made a fairly large transition at the weekend and you now suspended my online banking even though I made the transaction and told you!Now after three attempts to call you expect me to wait over an hour to speak 1/1
