    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank I’m just through to Gordon who is being extremely helpful. Lloyds needs to look at customer waiting times. The lack of a timely service is appalling. In app telephone numbers seem to be incorrect too. Twice I was directed to the wrong section. Thank you for responding

    @LloydsBank Also please note that the info on the back of your cards is in white text on a grey background- hard to read but impossible given you have impressed the card details on the other side- so you cannot read the helpline numbers on the back !!??

    @LloydsBank I haven't received this month issue of my Club Lloyds benefit magazine. Sent 2 queries - 1st on Monday - using the online form, got the auto email saying I'd get the response in 2 working days, still haven't got anything
