@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@VueHelp Hello. Went to @vuecinemas at Lancaster a couple of weeks ago and was told my @LloydsBank vouchers weren’t being accepted, therefore we had to pay. Lloyds stated this is wrong and gave me a contact no for Vue which doesn’t work. Chatbot sends me round in circles. Help please!

How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.
