@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank hi, I’m trying to get through to the fraud guys to report some problems. The wait time means that my phone cuts off after 1 hour 25 minutes of holding. Is there an alternative way of speaking to them? It effectively means I can’t report a fraud.

@LloydsBank Hi yes it was for an overdraft, you've instructed a debt company to take over the debt for you, so I think technically still open? I just can't access it. The payment was for an event which was cancelled, they can't refund into anything but the old payment method.

@LloydsBank It’s a credit card and I’m current on a debt management plan with PayPlan. You are well aware of that and yet you’ve added interest twice in the last three months which is just going to mean I’ll never be able to get that debt down. I’m paying off 4 separate things on this plan

@chris15_ace @LloydsBank Ha - literally going through the same problem. Lloyds do not give you an acknowledgement of the request, so there is no way to prove your request has been received. Therefore - no way to say when the 30 days should start from...

No big system works as it should now. Nearly all our institutions are broken. Particular loathing is reserved for 'call centres'. They are centres of misery now. You can't get through - the companies don't want to talk to humans - when you do, it's pulling teeth. @EE @LloydsBank
