@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank I'm sorry John, but this is not in line with the sensible guidelines set by security experts! I'm using a password manager, and a unique complicated password for every service I use. There is no reason I should remember anything except my master password.

@LloydsBank No I wasn't. Tried different length words. I've now gone back to your website and done it there instead. Poor that your Internet banking dept didn't even know how many letters etc were needed and just wanted rid of me though.
