I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Jude (@jymjude) reported@LloydsBank customer in Scotland with old, unused account. Visited Bank of Scotland branch twice, sat with 3 separate branch managers, 40mins on call to Lloyds. Nobody can access my account or funds beyond checking the balance. This is ludicrous. Who can help?!
