    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank @Little_Mizz_S There is a problem. I’ve tried 2 different devices. I’ve tried Wi-fi and mobile data. It takes an age to attempt to log on and then just gives a technical error message on a red banner.

    @LloydsBank Online Banking says I'm not connected to the internet but I am. You've tweeted multiple people in the last 30 minutes that "you're not aware of any problems with online banking". If lots of people are all reporting the same issue, that means there's a problem! 🙄

    @LloydsBank how on earth do you expect an 88yr old to deal with an incorrect fraud issue that's suspends her card and therefore can't buy shopping or provisions. Retail bank staff unhelpful cut off twice on fraud line trying to help her. DISGRACEFUL
