@zavvi a month after ordering I still have no items and you refuse to refund. @LloydsBank will have to intervene. Shambolic customer service and generic responses. I wish I had read the reviews on @Trustpilot before ordering.

@LloydsBank Hi Lara, I was a new user to MBNA & had login issues with validity. Took a long phone call to sort on a 0345 number. Today I tried to access my online banking with Lloyds only to have “login suspended”. I appreciate “fraud” concerns but MBNA issues blocking my Lloyds access?!

@LloydsBank appalling service trying to call to ask a question re opening a bank account, after giving info to be told be automated system that you are too busy to talk to me!! Answer not online. Been a customer over 40 years 😡
