    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank I want to talk to a real life person about fraudulent activity on my accountant not be on hold to an automated service for half an hour asi am at work ajd there aren't enough hours in the day to never get through

    Last week we went to @LloydsBank to get my Help To Buy ISA closed for the mortgage. The docs we needed from it then disappeared as they were trying to print them out. We were told they'd be sent to us ASAP from head office but we still haven't got them. I don't need this stress.

    @LloydsBank It's happened to me before on my account when using a cash point that has run out of money. I just moan then use a different cash point. However, I always get my mum a receipt and the receipt said £180 WAS removed even tho no cash appeared then the machine went "out of service"

    @LloydsBank Indeed… so I can’t pay a cheque in today or most of next week because there is no useful branch service from Lloyds. Seems there is little benefit to holding a Lloyds bank account.

    @LloydsBank Yes, that now works. if I select a statement, click on Download and then pull down from the top of the screen I get a "Download Completed" system message for preview.pdf. if I click on that message it opens Adobe Acrobat and if I then click on the Acrobat icon it opens the .pdf.

    @LloydsBank Hi Delina, we tried changing the address by post, by email, on your website and now by phone. We're told there's a technical error, a signature mismatch, etc. It's a business bank account. We changed the address before with no issues so no idea why it's so hard this time.

    @LloydsBank I had call to contact your customer services today on behalf of a vulnerable adult, to sort out a problem re a damaged card. The young man who dealt with the call was exemplary; sensitive, understanding and helpful. Kudos.
