@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

Trying to get through to @LloydsBank to discuss yet another mortgage increase. Been cut off twice mid-call after waiting quite a while to get through in first place. Maybe massive hike will be put towards better phone systems? In the meantime, I still need help.
