I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Or better, go to another city to open an account, but book an appointment via the forever-on-hold-or-hang-up number. Highest level of customer service. More new clients are on their way.

But the customer serviced lady is not helpful at all and asked me to call bank again which I did twice yesterday. Very frustrating and disappointing.
