    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Online login suspended - 40 mins on hold finally get to speak to someone and they say they can't hear me and hang up, ring back again and the automated lady kindly informs me it will be an hour wait - Ive only been a customer 2 days, not impressed!

    Tried to use my credit card to pay off my credit card. All these legacy banks and their cards look the same to me. Wen global banks drop limited NFTs of their bank cards? Do you need any help @NatWestGroup @BarclaysLDN @LloydsBank ??

    @LloydsBank Hi Katy thnks for getting back to me. Yes I did activate it, I had internet issues at the time but it eventually worked as it showed the Sainsburys cash back being active days after until it expired. It normally shows cash back in the summary before payment but that’s not showing

    @LloydsBank 3 times today I have try to call you each time get about 20 mins and you put the phone down what's the point. It's overly important and can't be done on the app. Useless.
