@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA Are your utilities government owned? That is awful. When government gets involved in anything, it's a disaster. Ours just passed a law (building code) that all new buildings have to have heat pumps - no gas. Glad we built 20 years ago!

Probably the lousiest Christmas on record. Still in a freezing cold house. Chest still not good. A couple of tradesmen friends, bless 'em, have come over to help. It's better, but we still need a plumber & still can't get @LloydsBank or @AXA to function. Nightmare. #CouldBeKiev
