    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank what is the point of having a 24 hour helpline service if you just keep cutting off all the time?!

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank Just had this, a lloyds customer. Not made a transaction to argos scam? Lloyds Fraud Alert: We would like to verify a transaction of £270 made to "Argos " at 16:10 on 21/05/2021 Reply "Y" to authorise this transaction or "N" if this wasn't you.

    @LloydsBank Myself and my wife have separate current accounts in different banks. We are trying to find a joint current account to pay into from our existing accounts monthly. This is to cover bills and family spending. Can you help with this? Thanks.

    @ali1878_efc @TwiceNightly @LloydsBank No. Nationwide customer services shut at 6pm for some reason. Ridiculous. Cos what happens if someone totally clones your cards etc. No1 at the bank available out of hours to tell xx

    @LloydsBank is your online banking down? Can't get online using the app or a desktop. 20 minute queue to speak to someone and you don't appear to have a way for customers to check the service status

    @LloydsBank Because of beurocratic annoyances I was not able to get a new phone number until TODAY. But when I tried calling the numbers were said to be invalid or unavailable. I can't access my account through the app nor through the website.

    @RuthsBestBoy Oh dear @LloydsBank . Not everyone has access to all technology etc. You need to cater for all customer groups .
