@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Think it's a complete joke that I can buy 'bedroom items 18+' at 4:30 am and it's not deemed strange yet top up my mobile at 8am and @LloydsBank block my card! I now have to walk 45mins to a hour to try get my card unblocked! As it can't be done over the phone! #joke #stressed

@HalifaxBank I am very VERY UNhappy my daughter spent an hour on the phone yesterday (on hold for 30mins) and still the ‘instant’ transfer hasn’t been made between @HalifaxBank & @LloydsBank It is for a large sum so it is causing great stress. Please can you help ASAP
