    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank disgusting customer service by one of your agents Tracey who was not willing to help a 76 year old lady with her internet banking. Was rude and completely unprofessional and put the phone down on us. #nuclear

    @LloydsBank are you aware that connecting to other banks through open banking isn't working? All completes OK with 3rd party bank. Prompts for credentials when coming back to Lloyds. Credentials don't work

    Shouting out to @LloydsBank for amazing customer service. Card chewed by ATM at 1900 last night. Cancelled immediately. New card details available on mobile banking app at 0600 this morning to get #ApplePay back up and running while I wait for new physical card. Amazing service!!
