    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank Hi Andy , thanks for getting back to me , I have a platinum account . I contacted customer service and transferred to my insurance provider however I couldn’t get through to them .

    @LloydsBank Yes we told them what they needed to do to fix it but still nothing after a month. Even emailed the Lloyd's rep to ask for assistance with them and got no reply

    @LloydsBank Yes. Tried the form twice. It wouldn’t go through! It keeps on saying interrupted service so the link you gave takes me to that same form. Everything with Lloyds is a nuisance right now. Can’t get through to h.emergency/complaint form not working either. Is their an issue yr end?
