    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    The recorded message said 10 min wait… I’m nearing 30 ! The message in my app says if you don’t call soon you won’t be able to log in !!! TRYING to call you @LloydsBank but no bloody luck !!! 🤬😡🤬😡🤬

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank I need one more savings account. It seems impossible to do this on line. I can't talk to anyone as I am told too many calls. This added savings account is for one of my offspring.

    @LloydsBank life is too short to spend hours on hold to an automated service and being unable to ever speak to someone. Ridiculous and a total waste of time and with work I can't do it! Call me please

    @LloydsBank Lloyds suspend my account again first time on the phone to customer service 95 minutes, second time 112 minutes, why, useless .

    @LloydsBank not able to see my accounts on line. All say £0.00, in accounts. No reply when telephone bank. Hopefully, just a tech error. As need to make payments by 10:00hrs.

    In total, 3 phone calls to the support, 3 visits to a physical branch just to open a simple bank account. In short @LloydsBank, I'm very disappointed by how your sign up process is cumbersome, overly complicated and definitely not client-friendly 8/9

    @LloydsBank @Natalie65553671 No, there are issues with your app &desktop site! Please stop trying to deflect it on your customers as though they're @ fault. The fault lies with your servers so please sort it out instead of giving out unhelpful advice. Your feed is full of complaints from customers with this!

    @FixedOnGSGS_ @LloydsBank Same!!! It's so frustrating. They'll only acknowledge an issue when @BBCNews write a story on it. The advice is awful. They just told someone she had a virus on her computer when the issue is clearly their website!!!
