Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Or better, go to another city to open an account, but book an appointment via the forever-on-hold-or-hang-up number. Highest level of customer service. More new clients are on their way.
