    Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

    I have been working with Lloyds Bank for 5 years, I have never had a problem like this. I have been hurt a lot today. I want my money back. Hounslow Lloyds ATMs are swallowing our money! @LloydsBank @LBGplc @LloydsBankNews

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank both parents died, you’ve frozen a legal trust account for 1 year in error, spoken to bereavement, business...on hold 1hr, no action 😡from a trustee

    @LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

    @LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

    @LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    .@LloydsBank @axainsurance my mum has been on hold for 2 1/2 hours waiting to get through to speak to someone about her travel insurance and still not through. How is this customer service! I understand you're busier, but 2 1/2 hours is disgusting for a customer!

    @LloydsBank sit in a tel queue for 20 mins for someone to answer be on mute and then hang up 4 mins later. Call back wait another 20 mins to be told no info from 2 weeks ago when i tried to report a fraud transaction only to be put through to fraud team for a 30 min wait. WTF

    @LloydsBank my only cc has been blocked since the 24th suspected fraud I am abroad no work and no money,gave me no notice prior to this action I have not eaten for the past 5 days I'm very hungry in critical health,desperate situation can please someone help at once
