Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

Mr Kay (@andkay) reported@LloydsBank I have tried using the mobile site and a desktop via internet banking, and have abviously tried the app. Have you checked to see if the service is working properly? Thanks. Once you select "sens money abroad" they all go to a white screen.
