    @LloydsBank hiya, my debit card isn’t working for online transactions. It hasn’t expired and it’s not a large amount that’s being paid. I have plenty in my account too.

    @LloydsBank you are awful. 12 days and still no replacement debit card. I will be taking this to the banking ombudsman. Time to move my accounts to a better bank, Sterling Bank and put my business finances in a safer place.

    @LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

    @LloydsBank My experience with this bank!The bank sent me between March and May 2025, 4 Debit card replacements abroad!Just 1 card came up,but the same day was frozen despite perfectly working! All just because this greedy bank doesn't want to spend 8.50£ for tracking delivery!

    @LloydsBank The app won’t even allow me to transfer the money to my other bank’s account. Are we really at the stage where I have to go to a branch in person to do anything? Branches that are being closed down? Is this really the future with Lloyds? You guys forget that it’s not your money.

    @LloydsBank The Scottish man on the phone after making me waste all that time said he didn’t deem it see cure. No explanation when I asked why. Just an attitude. And you can listen to the entire call if you want. Appalling customer service. In the end he said ‘but you called us’ …

    @LloydsBank I’m not. After 35 minutes where I answered all their questions they advised me to use PayPal. Are you even serious? I opened a complaint. There’s nothing dodgy in this payment and this is now causing a delay in the start of my home renovation. 🤬After 18 years as your customer!

    @LloydsBank I think the cheque scanning feature has stopped working in the app. Tried loads of times no response at all in camera view. Is this a bug?
