Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

Dear @LloydsBank For the second time today i am now 40mins into a queue as an existing customer about business banking - the first bit of advice did not resolve my issue: Unacceptable. ‘Unexpected high call volumes’ doesn’t wash any more. 35 years of loyalty is meaningless.

@LloydsBank another thing you can fix is when you phone customer service, you are asked your DOB. it dosent recognise 29/01/07 so i suppose anyone under 18 aren’t able to use this service. fix this.

@LloydsBank apologies but my card just completely failed on me when getting food and the pin I thought I had isn’t working, even when I go in the website and log in it won’t show me the pin and I read that I had to use the app which I can’t fully access due to the specified password

@LloydsBank I’m trying again, using the same automated system I used successfully on Friday but which didn’t work today. (After pressing lots of keys…) It could not be completed, so I’m back holding for a customer rep - yet at the start of the call, I was told they can’t take payments!

@LloydsBank customer service needs to be available to all customers. and if you don’t answer the questions it puts you through to an advisor anyway and they help you regardless of your age. the first steps are only for verification which under 16s cannot pass.
