@LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank But your website says you have to first switch to a sole account and then make an appointment at a branch to change it to a joint account. It would be much easier if I can switch a joint account straight to a joint account with lloyds!
