@LloydsBank Contactless wasn't working either. But you've missed the whole point of my comments. Look at the second part on my tweet about Google Pay. That's my complaint, why don't your staff tell customers about apps that take the place of cards. You are not listening to me are you?

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank The payee is not a customer of Lloyds, so no. Their payment confirmation from their bank shows the transaction as awaiting authorisation from you.

What the hell has happened to @LloydsBank? Their contact centre agents soiund like they are all talking into cotton wool filled dustbins. Half of the agents don't listen when you ask them something. Really second rate service from a supposedly global bank. Time to move.

@LloydsBank on the trainline app. i was having issues logging onto the lloyds app earlier, but seems fine now. It's both my debit card, and my bank account. I've tried using just my card, and also my card/bank account via other services like apple and paypal but always says payment failed

@LloydsBank @LauraMorley00 It is not just the app on mobile devices that is having problems logging in, it is also the same if you try to login using a laptop/desktop. On a mobile device it is hit and miss on a laptop no chance of getting to your cash.

@LloydsBank I'm not having issues logging on to my online banking, but any payments I try to make online with my card are failing, wether I use my card alone, Apple pay (same card), or Paypal (My lloyds bank account)...
