@LloydsBank Hi, thanks for the response. I haven't no. I've been having trouble with resetting my Internet banking. I went to a branch yesterday and they gave me a one time pass but it was to long and I couldn't reset and access my Internet banking once and for all. :(

@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

Appears that @LloydsBank have issues with their systems. Both business and personal systems online and the App showing all balances as N/A looks like my suppliers and staff will be paid late. Any idea when it will be fixed?

@LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

@LloydsBank you keep blocking my Apple Pay! Why? Whenever I call you about it you blame Apple. I contact Apple they tell me they do not impose limits and advise I speak to the card issuer. There are many reports of the same issues specially with Lloyds on the apple forums. Help!

Agh. So I called the @LloydsBank before I left the U.K. to ensure that my soon to expire card would be valid until I returned. It’s stopped working and not on my app anymore. 🤯 not impressed. Also didn’t want the new card posted while I was away. 🤬

Lloyds failed me again today. Couldn't get the online system to work properly. Nor could the agent when I got through. The voice based security system to get you to the call centre didn't work either. So often I've issues with @LloydsBank. I've a pending case with the Ombudsman.

@LloydsBank I appreciate that you can't do anything through this platform I shall be going to a branch on Friday with them both and I will want answers as to where this money has gone...it cannot just disappear! I just wanted to point out how bad the customer service on the phone has been!
