    @LloydsBank you are beyond awful. I have been with you for 30 years and this is the final straw. 12 days and still no replacement bank card. I’m taking this to the banking ombudsman. I will be moving all my accounts to Sterling Bank.

    @LloydsBank This afternoon, I tried to put deposit Hounslow Lloyds Bank Branch £1330. Inside of the bank, my money stucked in the ATM machine. I wanted get help from officers. However they gave me £1230 totaly. I spent more than 1 hour there, I couldn’t get my whole money.

    @LloydsBank so, over 70yrs banking history between my wife and I with you...need a joint account so went to my local branch. Couldn't help this week and suggested going to another part of London to another branch for the account. Digital age? Thought you were my bank....

    @LloydsBank i am been scammed at ATM and my money 450 pounds took out from my account on 26th Feb ,I got my conditional refund after 3 days .but today I got a massage saying your your atm dispute claim is rejected saying atm was working fine and der was no error Can u please help

    @LloydsBank I keep getting this Extra security check with card and card reader This extra step is because we couldn’t verify this as one of your trusted devices. With a trusted device, you’ll only need your memorable information to log in. so how do I make my device trusted?

    @LloydsBank Just tried mobile data and after a few seconds of 'loading' a 'service not available' page came up for a split second then again enter your details then same and same again. WiFi still loading only

    @LloydsBank Hi Laura M. As per my wording i.e. switching between services within an account. Such as switching between Current Account and Instant Access for Business. Or, between Current Account, Savings Account and Credit Card for Personal.

    @LloydsBank Trying to restart dormant acct. Your phone operator found the account, asked me to use the mylostaccount site to recover. I did. They said "not found". Now what? (only 7 months since last use!)
