@LloydsBank tired and fed up with Lloyds bank , if a customer service advisor can’t resolve my account , then it’s just best to move banks , and also every time you call it takes over 1 hour get through to them.

@LloydsBank this bank has to be worst bank to deal with dam useless , Lloyds keep suspending my account for no reason ,and then there stupid telephone help line takes 1 hour to answer , probably all having cups of tea and coffee , time to change banks

@LloydsBank Very disappointed in your customer service. I had a real 'computer says no' situation. Apple Pay on their Mastercard declined, yet worked when tried on my other card. I am told its Apple Pay policy, yet evidence directly contradicts. Lack of logic :-(

love how @LloydsBank is refusing to give me access to my own ******* money because i hit a ‘limit’ of how many times i can spend money during a day… it’s ******* MINE. how is this legal??? they’re telling me, a disabled person, to walk to a bank to withdraw money.

Got locked out of my internet banking on Thursday, really hoping @LloydsBank send me the code asap as really need access to my online banking…so annoyed with myself for forgetting my password. I changed phones & had been so long since I needed to put the password in so I forgot!
