    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @Barclaycard Why would we do that after 20 years free of Barcleys problems. We are so pleased to be with @AskNationwide ever since with very few problems when we had resolved in 24 hours.

    @AskNationwide Normally a deal should last 6 months but why this has been reduced to 90 days I don't know. Basically, I could miss out on a house after years of trying to get on the ladder based on a @AskNationwide supplier/admin problem!

    @AskNationwide opened a savings account with you a week ago, had confirmation of details and digital access code through post, tried to set up digital banking yoday and it won't accept my details! So glad I haven't made a deposit yet or I'd be really worried!

    @MorganBroadcast How awful, what terrible responses. On another note, check out @AskNationwide they are super careful, we have had to approve purchases many times that we have made.

    @helengrantsays @santanderuk Bloody hell!! Someone tried to do this to D after his details were stolen online – they attempted to buy 2 Mercedes! – and his bank (@AskNationwide) shut everything down immediately. It was a pain to sort out but we're very grateful they were on the ball!
