Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@Barclaycard Why would we do that after 20 years free of Barcleys problems. We are so pleased to be with @AskNationwide ever since with very few problems when we had resolved in 24 hours.

@AskNationwide Can you bring back the option to get an SMS security code? Frequently when coming from Nationwide app to previous app, after authorising a payment, nothing happens. I don't have this issue with other bank apps, only Nationwide.

@AskNationwide At the moment the receiving bank says they have not received any communication from you. As you're saying it will take up to 20 working days to complete process. is it okay for you to prove emergency disbursement while waiting for the process. as i said I really need the money

@GillianMead9 @AskNationwide My account was hacked as a result of this, and when Support wasnt doing anything over for over 30+ days I was so sad. not until someone referred me to Unicyber_Support on Instagram who help me to reinstate my account, so of course they can help.
