    Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

    @AskNationwide Yes, but it's complicated and precedural and I'd like to copy in the FOS as well. Your chatbot isn't working, and It will be a massive faff to write a letter.

    @AskNationwide I aee, thanks. I'm not regietered, But my main concern woukd be if... I could get a signed confirmation about this monthly payment from thatbday forward , it's a doc required for someone to get a visa which I plan to support for a year or more financially.

    @AskNationwide Via telephone. Payment made online. It's now becoming a joke. My money is nowhere to be seen and no one can offer me a SWIFT receipt. Extremely bad service from your end. @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide Info first sent 7/6, confirmed that was all that was needed. Chased and sent again 21/6. Chased again 24/6 were told 2 working days. Chased again today (28/6), were told no home report was given. Have sent it again and now we've been told to call you daily to chase.
