Hello @AskNationwide, the spare change saver on Flex Account is still broken. I save, the money shifts accounts, the amount and CTA are still there. Tends to be a weekend bug, been going on for weeks now.

@AskNationwide Will you change the automated message to 30 minutes now? Update on my mortgage application. I need to go back to work shortly didnt expect to be waiting 45 minutes especially as it said up to 3 minute wait time. Really poor customer information waiting 15 times the time advised

@AskNationwide spend 25 mins on hold to flex plus insurance, you answer and cut off - I ask Nationwide is that great service and should I charge you for my wasted time ???? Interested in response
