  Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

  @AskNationwide why is your telephone number for customers 03457302011 such rubbish? What’s wrong with just answering the phone? Why does AI have to be involved? when using callback it rings twice and hangs up. Your branch staff are brilliant your telephone service is terrible

  @AskNationwide We’ve instructed the Halifax to cancel the switch as the experience we’ve had with Nationwide over the last 10 days has been very stressful for her. She has dementia and it seems N’wide can’t offer support to someone with her needs. Thanks anyway.

  @AskNationwide so just about to apply for a 0% cc from @Virgin only to find I can’t do that as you now own them! Another kick in the teeth for @AskNationwide customers & you’re supposed to be customer friendly! 😡
