Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide And now for the record DIXITA has said there’s no problem with the payment to HMRC. I still want to know WHY my payment card was blocked. I’ve had to get on to HMRC and stupidly the ARTI (?) chat!!

Jonathan Leigh (@LeighJonathan) reported@AskNationwide Nationwide say the website changes are in response to customer feedback. I'm a customer and I was not asked! The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.
