    Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

    @MoneySavingExp The bare minimum that @AskNationwide should be able to do is accept incoming and outgoing payments from/to our accounts…this isn’t the first time there have been issues but the timing here is dreadful - most wages will get paid this week.

    @AskNationwide Just to add, if my wages are not in tomorrow, I will be raising a complaint relating to financial hardship and moving elsewhere. A whole day to fix an issue? No ETA and no prioritizing of wages.

    @AskNationwide Joke all your lines closed no but can take money out but not put it in you'd think if u knew that 4 days before Xmas you would've cancelled them outgoing payments because it is your fault but no leave us with nothing except a complaints form that takes 5 working days to answer

    @AskNationwide Really should not have taken until 34 minutes ago to tweet and pin this. Also no new information? I understand these things happen but a lot of very worried customers deserve relevant and meaningful updates. Not the problem but the lack of info is enough to make me switch banks
