Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

So, it’s seemingly perfectly acceptable to charge both a service and delivery fee, for two people even though they will merge two deliveries into one journey and delivery cold food. So now, I have to contact @AskNationwide to log a visa dispute as @UberUKsupport isn’t sorting it!

what a shambles @AskNationwide. Twice to the bank to make a transfer today and systems were down. Made the payment using your banking platform and now the payment has gone missing. On hold for 40 mins and cut off, now been on hold for 25 mins.

@AskNationwide @AskNationwide they were open at 2pm when I called for the first time today but did not help and still did not process the payment. Your service is the worst I have ever experienced
