@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to use your mortgage switching service online (existing customer switching to new deal) but the system appears to be down; any idea when it's meant to be back up and running again please? Thanks

Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@itvMLshow #CheapEnergyClub #MSEDeals @AskNationwide is advertising "switchd" a paid service like the one people can get for FREE from Martin, monitoring energy prices, advising when to switch, cashback etc. Don't pay to be told there are no deals. Don't pay for free services.

. @KLM_UK Hello - I’m owed compensation due to a recent experience - I’ve been speaking to your customer team about but now they’re saying they can’t transfer it to my current account (@AskNationwide) even though I’ve provided an IBAN. Now offering a travel voucher. Why??? 😤🙄😑

@AskNationwide Your adverts are awful. The street poetry was bad enough but the new ones are even more nauseating.

@AskNationwide Hi Marcus. My bank has not received anything. They told us a minimum of 20 working days before we should call back as nothing will be resolved by then.

@AskNationwide How about you improve society while working within your remit by increasing the interest rates on savings accounts and offering better deals for first time buyers (ie no new builds only clause)
