Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

@AskNationwide I have changed banks to Nationwide and I find the app is not as good as other banks ie no transaction notifications. the log in process for the pc is old fashioned as well as the need for a card reader. When are you going to catch up with the others?

@AskNationwide It even came up on the app regarding issues and to try again later so clearly you just weren't informed as I and many others had the same issue thanks anyway but rather than claiming there's no issue try not commenting on something clearly above your pay grade as you always lie

@AskNationwide Help people ? You pulled out of a mortgage you had already approved at the last minute for 1 late payment on a card which he genuinely forgot to pay jeopardising the house he was trying to buy. Thankfully a decent mortgage company came in and offered them it. Awful company !

@AskNationwide i transfered money to my loan account last monday, was given the wrong information. Over a week later and nationwide still cannot locate where my money has be sent to, even with the information they provided me with. Not happy with the service #nationwide

@AskNationwide They said within 24 hours they'd call, it's over 48 hours now and no call back. I appreciate you saying sorry, but for it to take over 2 weeks and still have no access to my money and no replacement card abroad it just feels like lip service.

@KeighleyWest @AskNationwide They will try claim there was no issue yet plenty of people with the same issue so there was clearly an app issue which they soon got round to fixing as it's all working again now but this seems to now be a regular occurrence with nationwide

@AskNationwide @TongwynlaisFC @AskNationwide I've been without a bank card for over two weeks and because I have no landline I've not been sent a replacement card. I was promised a call back after I filled in a form but no call back. I've been left with no money for over 2 weeks this is terrible service.
