    Been to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

    @AskNationwide hi, went through the current account switch service from barclays. My work pay is still due to go into Barclays though, will it automatically be re routed to my new nationwide account?

    @AskNationwide a hotel had to hold a £100 deposit for a room and said it would clear 2 days later so Tuesday, it’s Friday and it’s still pending? Can someone help thanks

    @AskNationwide Last week I emailed the CEO at Nationwide to ask him to help with my ISA transfer. Same request to Twitter. It has been going nowhere for over 3 months. Nothing! What a way to run a business. Now off to the FCA.

    @AskNationwide so ive used my card today, absolutely fine. Go to use it a couple hours later and not only isnt it not working in the shop but not working in any ATMs.

    @AskNationwide Please sort out your pre-historic process for changing an address. Been on the phone for 30mins after checking on the website that I could do it over the phone, to then be told I have to go in branch to do this! Get in to the 21st century!🤬🤬
