Dr Rachel Stocker (@RachelStocker) reported from Darlington, England@AskNationwide hello, I'm trying to use your mortgage switching service online (existing customer switching to new deal) but the system appears to be down; any idea when it's meant to be back up and running again please? Thanks

Louise Baldock 💙 (@LouiseBaldock) reported from Stockton-on-Tees, EnglandBeen to town to pay a cheque into @AskNationwide but the machine couldn't process it. Yes I had it the correct way up. Although I did try it back to front and upside down too, just in case. So infuriating. Going to post it off now. More expense and inconvenience. Cheques. Pah!

All Mark (@MarkAll19523693) reported@AskNationwide I make a regular payment every month to an existing payee. However today it is asking me to use a card reader. It never asks me to use a card reader for existing payee. I have never had a card reader. What is going on? Is this a temporary glitch?

Chris (@ryansmi89) reported@AskNationwide 45 minutes on the phone, assured my issue was resolved. Came off the phone, it happened again. Now been waiting an hour and a half on live chat. Not best pleased with such poor service.

Tom Morgan (@twmorgan11) reportedSome absolute golden UX fails from @AskNationwide trying to report a lost card. 1) 'Please have your credit card to hand to report your lost card'. 2) 'Please insert your card into your card reader to report your lost card. Don't have a card reader? No problem.'

Tamara G (@wacgirl) reported@AskNationwide Thank you I will. I just find it really odd that in the 21st century we still have to go into a branch (which is closed today btw) usually at times we're working so inconvenient, and present the same ID we would present online? Either be fully online or don't say you are.
