    @AskNationwide I’ve always had them before. It lets you select my number or my husbands. But when I select it says it has sent it but hasn’t. The fact is it did send to my husband but you said we never asked for one in the first place so definitely your error.

    @AskNationwide hello I am flex Plus account holder. I was travelling on 10th Dec and flight had major delay of more than 24 hours. I like to claim this under my travel insurance but not sure how to do this. I am abroad and do not have access to many of internet resources. Help

    Maria never responded again, but eventually (after a full 17 minutes of silence) Sherry Mae informed me that @AskPayPal can't help at all if it's over 180 days and my only hope (because the transaction was so long ago) is to contact @AskNationwide...

    @AskNationwide Outstanding Customer Service from Eden at the Bromley, Kent branch today. I realised my cards had been stolen very shortly after my last transaction - Eden immediately helped me to cancel my card, order a new one and she even helped with the other card - Gold Star

    @AskNationwide went onto banking app and said i had to re enroll and just kept loading going nowhere. Deleted app redownloaded and now saying they’re experiencing a technical problem.

    @AskNationwide It was over the phone. Yes the numbers are correct. They say I didn’t even ask for a one time code but I did (actually 3 as not@coming through). Obviously a glitch at your end but as the phone is correct they say that’s that! 😡
