Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Mark Sowton (@SowtonMark) reported@AskNationwide A week ago my card was stopped in branch due to me spotting fraudulent activities. Still awaiting my new card, and email or a text. Very poor service, but I am use to this from Nationwide.
