Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Although you do offer interest only mortgages, if you have an existing customer who's on a repayment mortgage with you, you absolutely willl not permit them to switch TO an interest only arrangement. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.
