Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Their system took two payments for rent, one of them was completely absent on the online banking system and the earliest they can fix their mess is a week. Absolutely laughable, I will be swapping to another bank.
