Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

Single parent that needs to do a food shop with current £1.15 in the account.. clearly the issue is in them crediting our accounts seems like the payments have come in but there’s an issue releasing funds
