Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

I've not defended a pay gap, I've tred to explain that it's not something companies can easily fix, regardless of intentions, so why criticise them instead of focusing on positives of IWD?

Not only that but when the issue is raised there isn’t a fair process to address the discrepancies that exist.
