  @mcknut @Zarch1972 @AskNationwide I'm hoping the agile export on days like today will help counteract the higher import costs. Underlying issue is high gas costs and high proportion of gas used to power the grid at the moment, combined with low wind. Had a year or two of good prices due to low demand.

  @dracos @AskNationwide Yeah I've had it before where Nationwide changed my credit card and I then couldn't access all the history. Part of the reason I hardly use it and now primarily use another which has a nice cashback rate.

  @AskNationwide also wanted an official letter from the university to confirm his acceptance because the UCAS codes he has received were insufficient (I kid you not). Also note that none of this is on their own website, this woman was just gate keeping and making stuff up 3/5

  @AskNationwide Your app is not working. Internet banking is not letting me in without said app. And I tried that number earlier only to be given the runaround by your automated service who wanted to ask the same set of questions for eight minutes
