@AskNationwide I'll do that thanks. It seems something has been changed in the app with the 9th March update (presumably, the effective/displayed transaction date) without telling us that change was going to be made. I didn't have this problem on Sunday 26th Feb!

@AskNationwide Hi, I've got a Flexclusive ISA Issue 16 that's really old and I don't think has the same benefits it used to have. I have some money in there. Can I empty the account and close it? If so, how? Thanks.

@ArtBrew @BeckyWhin @AskNationwide What?! Can you open a savings account with Nationwide; transfer the CTF money into it and then withdraw the funds? Then chose to maybe close the account? At least you’ll get the funds that way. My eldest transferred their ££ into a Nationwide Savings account to have access to it.

@AskNationwide Not really much help for someone who works Monday to Friday and cant go miles to a branch on Saturday is it. I would challenge "footfall" as it was always very busy when I was there. Oh well, will have to find somewhere more convenient for me after 30 plus years.

@AskNationwide Are there plans to increase the interest rates. I currently have savings accounts with a number of banks, my 1 year triple access account is paying interest of 2.5 % with NW but your competitors are now all over 3%. Do I need to move elsewhere?
