    @AskNationwide why a pensioner recovering from heart failure is forced to withdraw her entire pension due to a unnecessary and definitely unrequested block on her only means to access her pension. 5 phone calls and several unhelpful advisors later, only a temporary solution got

    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    @AskNationwide 3 months of this now. You are really making me want to switch banks. 😡. This is beyond a joke. I know last time you said sorry and gave out funds to cover any interest etc. but how long can you keep this up. Your going to lose all your customers. Please fix.

    @Catheri21133125 @AskNationwide You need to tell us how long it'll be to sort and why this has happened. You have customers counting on you to give them access to their money to not only pay bills but to live as well! Is totally unacceptable this is allowed to happen on a regular basis!

    @AskNationwide shambles from your customer service over 100 quids worth of fraud transactions. Then. Another 30 quid today. Via contactless. Apparently nothing to be done

    @daniellebxtch_ @AskNationwide They asked me to dm them yet 40 mins later haven't even read it!! And on Facebook a member of their team told me to ask family to borrow money! Disgusting customer service needless to say I've made a complaint

    @AskNationwide what is happening with incoming payments? I have bills waiting to be paid and I can’t receive my wages because of an error on Nationwide’s side. This is completely unacceptable

    @AskNationwide Its not good enough, had this problem over Xmas and new year just gone...instead of lining your pockets, maybe get your systems sorted so this doesn't happen

    @AskNationwide Temporary patches clearly aren’t working. Your IT team need to actually fix the problem. This is happening month after month atm. Also - actually tell your customers when you discover the issue NOT repeat the same c&p message to all AFTER they bring it to your attention!
