    .@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

    @AskNationwide the issue still isn’t resolved and I don’t have time to lose another 2 hours being fobbed off in branch. I’ve had a letter saying my complaint has been resolved yet I haven’t received the money?! Useless

    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

    @AskNationwide Think we may have closed it. We went into "other a/c services". Says it may take up to 7 days. Thank you all for your help. Please thank Jodie @Ipswich for helping us. Still not happy with overall customer service though!!

    @AskNationwide Yes the chap I spoke to said he would call as soon as he heard back from this ISA team - they are working on emails from 1st April though so I guess that will be August at the earliest!!

    @AskNationwide Shows (mat) in brackets after a/c name but can't access it to transfer funds out and to then obviously close it. Funds are staying with you in an online a/c when sorted. We want a/c to be activated but also aware that ID has to be shown by son. Left in limbo as to what to do now?

    @AskNationwide 1/2 applied to transfer in my ISA, due 03/05. Noone can find the details as it has been part of a "system error" but have confirmed that it isn't lost, you definitely have it and the transfer in delay is only 15 days 🤔🤔

    @AskNationwide Not sure how I can resolve it? I'm caught in your system error, so I think it will fall to you to offer some customer service and resolve the issue! Honest comms as your team are working on transfers in due 5th May - the website says a 15 day delay max- this isn't the case
