.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

@AskNationwide Great Nationwide had to cancel disabled sons respite and Christmas trip because you can't transfer from a savers account to a flex account. " it's not on the form". Not a penny to our name, well we do, you just can't let us access it.

@AskNationwide I am a current customer with a flexone regual saver and a flexone. Im looking at the flexdirect account and notice that you offer a one off payment of £125 (if your an existing customer). Can you clarify if this offer is only for new current accounts with NW?
