    @AskNationwide It doesn't work....customer number or debit card number only. This is a credit card (they are different from debit cards). This is ridiculous.

    @AskNationwide It definitely says option 1 is for lost and stolen enquiries. There is no loss or theft, in informing you that login text messages aren’t being sent. It’s enough of an inconvenience already having to mess about with text codes whenever I log in; doubly so to use a card reader.
