    @AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

To abuse someone in a web chat especially with a supposedly reputable company is way out of order.     Very bad with @AskNationwide yet again having payment problems. A friend paid in £10 at 9am for me today as I was in hospital, & here we are at almost 6pm & it's STILL not in my account. It's not a large sum, but it was urgently needed. Really poor.

They messed up and now have frozen accounts but can’t do anything till I go In to a branch or call them! Would love to but can’t speak at the minute nor can I get out of my pit at the minute.. love to mr!
