    @RedLeics @AskNationwide Called them when stranded in Germany for 11+ hour. Getting home was my own problem apparently! They offered £30 to cover the 11 hour delay. Still not seen that. 3+ weeks on haven’t seen the £ for claim of additional hotel and train that I needed.

    @AskNationwide i have been facing problem due to your slowest fraud investigation team. Now your phone lines just nobody picks up on the line. They have blocked my account without any reason. I have already provided proof of payment. Please could you help. Case reference 8151223
