Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Its not just the ‘technical problem’that is the issue though is it? It is also the lying to your customers. Yday we were told a) you didnt have a time frame b) it would be sorted within a few hours……

@shunmarklew @EdmeadSarah @AskNationwide I’m lucky that my boss checked for me immediately and sent it over to me but if I had been working for a large corporate business I know from being a wage clerk at Tesco this wouldn’t have been so simple and I’d have had to wait 7-10 working days which isn’t good enough
