Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide I’m really sorry but your information is incorrect. I’ve spoken to them this morning and they apologised for not being able to take a call on Thursday despite asking me to call. The number you gave will not get answered on Tuesdays or Thursdays even though the team are working.

@AskNationwide Our car has been taken back to our home in Reading. We are in Wales with no car and no access to shops or anything. If we get taxis and a train home will that be covered by Nationwide? We are really not very happy.

@AskNationwide very disappointed with service this. Tried to pay from flex account to credit card; app told me it had timed out and no payment was made. Checked and it hadn’t gone. So tried it again and it worked. Then account shows 2 payments! Phoned and told nothing can be done

@AskNationwide it's late and your not open and I'm working all day tomorrow so someone please tweet back with some sort of idea why I'm not receiving authentication emails from you guys when trying to register my email for phone insurance. Customer for 11years and no help online
