    Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

    @benatipsosmori @AskNationwide people becoming aware of how little support there is if you lose work or see care responsibilities grow. If there's no trust in social insurance and the future is uncertain people will save

    @AskNationwide Everything else is fine....it’s an iPhone XS that he has so should be no issues. I have just talked him through deleting and reinstalling again and he’s now back in but that’s the 2nd time in 10 days - when he clicks on it it just says ‘Establishing Secure Connection’ and hangs
