    @AskNationwide absolutely appalling service from #Nationwide building society. Over 45 minutes wasted trying to update an address with no success! Terrible customer service. Will take my custom elsewhere #fail

    @AskNationwide any chance your systems people can fix the recurring issue please where your credit card "next statement is due" date is wrong? Says 2nd May but that's untrue. Doesn't seem to understand weekends or Bank Holidays. Either that or please issue the statement when due.

    @AskNationwide The issue has nothing to do with Revolut, I have spoken to them, and I can clearly see that the funds have left my Revolut account but is not showing in my nationwide account. What is going on?

    @AskNationwide I know they will be made today but I was after an eta which obviously isn’t known. I was also making the point of it being too regular of a problem for me to want to continue banking with you.

    @AskNationwide hi I have a direct debit going today the amount has gone but nothing showing on app? Red message at top saying ok but issues?

    @AskNationwide apparently there is a problem with direct debits going out have you told @HalifaxBank that's why my mortgage is late

    @AskNationwide Would be good if you could tweet about the issues with direct debits and standing orders today - my standing order did not reach my HSBC account on time and now I have an unrranged overdraft...
