Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide bit annoyed. Moved my savings from another bank to you and assumed I'd be able to access data on my Money Dashboard through Open Banking (given you are fairly major bank) only to find it's not available for savings accounts... Great 🙄

@AskNationwide Yes it was a PayPal direct payment, which should have cleared straight away... I'm worried now at the whereabouts of this payment. I have entrusted nationwide by switching via CASS and you've let me down.. what are you going to do about it?

@AskNationwide Thanks. Your tech guys have made it unnecessarily hard to find within the app, but I found it. But how pointless is it that when you click on the link to order one, it takes you OUT of the app and you have to remember (go off and find) your customer number ??? Why complicate ??
