    Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

    @AskNationwide But app required an update. Downloaded the update and the options were Register or Open An Account (ie the update didnt recognise me). I’m just trying to find out why I am left embarrassed at tills with no access to the funds I definitely have!

    @AskNationwide OK have reported online. Seems to be a known issue at month end when your systems can't cope. No suggestion that anyone cares to fix it though. 🙄

    @AskNationwide I don’t have a spare £75 at the time of the month when all my bills are being debited. Letting the payment go through & disputing it later doesn’t help me now. I’m shocked Nationwide think this is acceptable. Apparently anyone you’ve used before can take cash whenever they want?!

    @AskNationwide appalling customer experience. You put a stop on my card (without telling me) so i can't internet bank until you decide to send me a new one. Covid means i need to internet shop for delivery. And your customer service said tough, you can't get anything on internet.
