Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Very disapp NBS A father dies with a small credit card debt to NBS, his bank. His estate is locked, at NBS request, awaiting probate. His daughter is being THREATENED by a debt collection service on NBS's behalf. PLEASE EXPLAIN?

@AskNationwide still waiting for 3 lots of transactions hanging in the air to drop back into my bank account total just over £8000, complaint has been raised on Thursday.. all down to the tech glitch with internet payments and debit card payments on Tuesday 19th April.

@AskNationwide Ive been a FlexPlus customer for years - so unimpressed with the service. I submitted a travel insurance claim over 3 weeks ago and haven't heard a thing back. Poor value for money.

@AskNationwide Hi, I have recently set up a current account for my mum. I have Power of Attorney. You are asking for proof of ID from her but she is an existing Nationwide customer so this should not be needed. I spoke to someone at your call centre 1/2
