Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide Thanks - different WiFi network seems to solve it. It’s very slow (45 seconds to create secure connection) but at least it’s working.

@AskNationwide Hi Kyle, I need access to my account but my phone number has changed and I’m also without a card reader so I cannot log in. Is there a way I can do a transfer over the phone to an existing payee as I need my finance from my last transfer back?

@AskNationwide Also I was asked to use a UK ATM which I cannot do as in America. Not due back in the UK for another 2+ weeks. I have banked with Nationwide all my life and really expected better service!

@AskNationwide ok… today I got a letter asking me to ring to verify my NI number. After 45 mins on hold the brusque - and that’s being polite- call handler says she cannot help me and I have to go to a branch. I despair.

@AskNationwide The call handler wasn't interested in which branch, even the disability issue - just said you need to go in tomorrow with ID to get some money. Retraining sorely needed. Especially as callers in this situation are often distressed. Shall I message you?

@AskNationwide I’m so angry with your online chat service and the lies and incompetence of it all. I’ve been lied to and the simple task of printing out statements, sending them out 3 weeks ago hasn’t even been done, you were given benefit of the doubt because of post strikes 1/2
