Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide If it’s any help they have a not on their door saying different closing times to the ones on the website which isn’t great really when you’ve looked on the website then turned up . They also have the normal sign that does have the correct times

@AskNationwide just wondering why it says on the website that your Dunstable Branch closes at 4.30 on a Friday but they closed before even 4 yesterday , should they not be back to normal working hours like the rest of us ? 4 people turned away last night

@AskNationwide Yes tryed all that they say because it's a flex plus cannot be done over phone was over 3 hrs yesterday trying to get help but nobody could assist just said I would have to reapply creating another credit check very annoying that not one person could assist
