Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide As soon as possible. Its not good enough. Can you escalate this issue and put me in touch with someone who can sort this out. I'm confused that Nationwide can't track cash transferred and held within their system.

@AskNationwide Hi I am an existing Nationwide customer and I recently switched another bank account to a second FlexDirect account. I have only been paid £100 as opposed to £125 for existing Nationwide members. Can you please rectify this?

@AskNationwide I would like to know how I get a savings card with the instant access saver issue 9 please . Is it just a matter of asking in my branch . It does state online / card but applying online it hasn’t given me a choice so no card only letter sent to me . Thank you .
