Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

@AskNationwide What's the problem with your one-time code SMS system, it took 10 mins for a code to be sent to login and even then failed to work? How about developing a resilient IT system, it's not if it's particularly difficult these days especially with your resources.

@AskNationwide It's valid, Tina; the refund went through, yesterday. but the problem is the transaction fee. I was informed by a person named 'Jack' (at Nationwide) that this is immutable. I have, effectively, been charged £25.30 in pound to euro fees, for a product I didn't receive. It's wrong

@AskNationwide @paulomcfc If you're "aware an an issue", why not actually TWEET it and save everybody's time. Also update the service-status page on your website, which is blithely claiming everything is tickedy-boo. Your desperate image management is actually undermining your credibility big time.
