You refused this as the mot had expired and it was not on a driveway and not legal to drive (although it was!). But you were prepare to do it if I paid.. this is not service!

The new online account format is appalling: the transaction type, description, and reference are not visible at a glance. Please leave the old format as an option.

Mark Sowton (@SowtonMark) reported@AskNationwide Having to come into branch to prove I am a human being, and then unable to report more than 1 fraud activity, even though there are 33. Couldn't report anything in app. Such a poor service, but I'm not surprised.
