  Hi @AskNationwide are there any issues with receiving money on the app as i have transferred funds from my barclays account to my nationwide at 10am this morning and the funds have left my barclays account but havent gone into my nationwide account.

  @AskNationwide I’ve tried phoning and been hung up on as it says I’m not registered to telephone banking. I need to access my account as I’ve got payments I need to make. The card that says I need to put in to the card reader isn’t my card.

  @AskNationwide I recently transferred over to Nationwide . Have had nothing but problems with paying ours since . Have called hekpdesk numerous times to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse usually after waiting 30 minutes in a queue . Wish I had not bothered transferring

  @AskNationwide Thanks for your message. The web site was fine as it was - nice & compact & easy to use. Unless 100s of customers asked for the same changes, don't see why you make things worse.
