.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

@AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

@NatWest_Help @NatWest_Help That's interesting, as I've just had two payments go out of my @AskNationwide account today. I guess it comes down to how it's classified in the small print. Hopefully your customers have sufficient funds to cover some payments and wont get charged unexpected fees.

@AskNationwide so all our payments have gone out, yet none of our standing orders that go in and left the said accounts over 2 hours ago are showing as having gone in. I can see I’m not the only one with this issue!
