@AskNationwide, couldn’t your phone lines detect whether lines are open before putting you through security? Quite a faff digging out all the references you ask for only to be told to call back during “normal working hours”, which I guess means 9-5 but who knows?!

Very unhappy customer today! Requested current account switch from @tescobankhelp to @AskNationwide only to find out #TescoBank are closing all current accounts anyway and my request was cancelled. I now need to go through the whole process again, which is just not good enough!

@AskNationwide getting fed up! Locked out of internet banking through no fault of my own, won’t let me re-register and customer service agent won’t do an internal transfer to my flex account so I can access my money
