Colleagues made me paper fans, we laughed at my muddled brain & I took spare top & deodorant in case I got too hot. I’m 57, my mum is 85. I’m sure she’d be chuffed @AskNationwide . And how in hells name is cash more secure than an online payment?

Had to go to branch to start credit payment recovery, total nightmare and poor service from the phones. Big complaint coming. If nw paid decent rates then would not need to move.
