@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide I don’t have an account with you. Herein lies the problem. The mystery named person who is using my flat postal address - fraudulently - has the account. I will attempt the live chat link tomorrow when I nave more time but I have no account details just endless mail from you.

@AskNationwide FYI, your online current account origination page isn’t working. Tried on 2 separate devices, I get past the soft credit check and am offered a FlexDirect account, but the Apply button does nothing.

@AskNationwide Trying to sort out an issue for ages but the live chat nor ringing are able to help. I did an account switch from Nationwide to Halifax but have been hit by overdraft charges through no fault of my own and have to pay charges. What else can I do, who can I contact?

@AskNationwide Hi Team, my flex plus debit card is asking for me to insert card, and use chip and pin almost every other contactless transaction and it's becoming very annoying. Any help how this can be fixed pls?
