@AskNationwide When reporting a card as lost or stolen in online banking it asks to enter the lost or stolen card into a card reader to verify.. have been told by your colleague on Twitter that it’s a known issue within nationwide and is being looked into ..

I hate using @AskNationwide internet banking. The website is badly designed, the information you need is not obvious, there are too many pass codes/words/numbers needed, and what the hell is that card reader all about? @LloydsBank is so much more user friendly.
