    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide on my app when I try to unfreeze my card on manage cards errors keeps coming up if you have lost your card or had it stolen please tell us immediately but my card is not stolen and when I try to call the number which states 24/7 lines arw open says lines are closed

    @AskNationwide @rocky250397 I can’t send money or make a payment. My partner is also having the same problem via her Nationwide Account - which is irritating as we are trying to do the shop and only have a slot reserved for the next hour. Fix the issue please.

    @AskNationwide Hi shona yes no problem. - I made a cash payment to a merchant but they charged my debit card with yourself aswell As I paid by other means ( cash ) Can I dispute this ?
