@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide Can you explain why a customer service representative has just dismissed me as thinking negatively and said I “shouldn’t think negatively” when I’ve expressed concern about a new card sent out that hasn’t reached me?
