@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide been on hold for 14 minutes, very poor service. Keeps telling me i will be answered shortly but that is simply untrue. I want to raise 3 transaction disputes which cannot be done online. This is such poor service and please do not trot out the old “covid” excuse🙄

@AskNationwide why is your customer services so awful? We are waiting to exchange on our house which you have now delayed by nearly two weeks due to you not responding to our solicitors and then requesting more paperwork despite everything previously being ready to proceed…..
