@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide I had time to send a message, I don't have time to wait in a queue for a chat or to wait on the phone either from recent experience. I don't usually get annoyed by such things but I am very upset by this as its the banks fault I have an issue

@AskNationwide Thanks Nicole. I can’t remember if I did or not. If I use the old one and it’s incorrect, would I get my card back from a cash machine? I reported it missing very early on Wednesday, does that mean Wednesday is one of the 5 working days it takes to process the new card?

@AskNationwide hi, is there a way to speak to someone on a Sunday? The calls deny me asking several questions saying the lines are closed and the chats say someone will join to help and they never come.

ATM screen went blank, blew the power in the shop, failed to dispense cash. Power back within 30 secs but ATM not working. Guy in shop says "it's always doing that"! As soon as I got home, contacted @AskNationwide via online chat and they're on the case. Thank you @AskNationwide

@AskNationwide why is my complaint not being responded to? Why are staff saying they have tried to call me when that is NOT true??? Have been a customer for many years and am shocked at this appalling non service!

@AskNationwide I did say there were 4 members of staff and I was the only customer- one member of staff shouted at me repeatedly, another told me my dog was not allowed, another tried to ask me what was the problem, another stayed silent

@AskNationwide my mum cannot open her App, the icon is there but when she clicks it on iOS the app starts but doesn’t then continue to the Face ID and hence she can’t open it and access her accounts. She is 80 and doesn’t understand.
