    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Nationwide still on the WFH doss! Thanks to the customer service agent yesterday for clearly demonstrating why WFH needs to end! Couldn’t be bothered at all with my request and then put me on hold & never came back whilst he went for another **** no doubt! Time to switch banks!!

    @AskNationwide is your webchat functionality working? I’ve tried to access it via secure messaging page in the OLB but no chat option appears. fyi, I am using my phone to access OLB, does this make a different to seeing a chat option?

    @AskNationwide I’m confused I have an instant access Isa with you it’s a Blue passbook I can make with many withdraw as I like a year . I believe it used to be called the champion Isa . I can’t see it on your website anymore
