@AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

@AskNationwide Thanks for replying, but as explained I’ve called Nationwide’s team numerous times but phone advisors were unable to explain the 3 month+ delay. I was told that the underwriting team could give details, but I’ve no way of contacting them. Could someone please help?
