    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    Went to E/Port @AskNationwide today. Only one customer in, however failed to get service. The woman at the till told me to wait at a service desk as she was just on the till. Waited 10 mins while an old lady waffled on about free eye tests. Ended up walking out. Terrible service

    @AskNationwide @soozachu Ridiculous that I can't change reference in the app, so have to set up a new account each time, other bank apps in the family don't have this problem

    @AskNationwide just tried to deposit money via ATM. It took the envelope and cancelled the transaction but didn’t return the money! Help?!

    @AskNationwide You're not there for your loyal customers. NWide very quick to increase mortgage rates but SLOW to increase saver rates. Your CEO laughing all the way to the bank? Huge profits = POOR, loyal customers 😔

    @ollie_wilko @AskNationwide Hi, I’m having this same issue, did you manage to get it resolved, did you have to to branch, also did you have to use you card reader to make payment, mines new account so no card or card reader yet
