    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide why can’t I apply for a triple access isa? Keep getting technical issues’. Need to do this to receive isa inheritance allowance and not being able to apply is holding everything up. Thank you

    @AskNationwide hi there... I'm trying to make a payment to the Canadian website of IRCC for an ETA to travel. It keeps declining yet I have funds in my bank account. Is this recognised with Nationwide/do I have to authorise it with yourselves? If you could let me know. Thanks.

    @AskNationwide Just took my son down to Nationwide in Melton Mowbray as his Child Trust Fund has matured. He is special needs and was very excited. Guess what..... it isn't open on a Saturday! What building society doesn't open on a Saturday 🙄

    @AskNationwide Thx for reply. After another 30 mins tel call today with a colleague, I’m still left with failure (v polite, but can’t help!) @AskNationwide had two jobs to do - register POA and open an account. Failed to both both, that’s really poor, esp. as your reputation is good.

    @AskNationwide asda took my money, failed to deliver and now I have to wait 3-5 working days for my money back, we have no food, toiletries etc. Is there any way to get it refunded quicker? Thanks

    @AskNationwide I bought petrol last Saturday and the £100 holding charge is still showing on my account even though the actual petrol money has already come out? Sainsbury's say only you can sort, can you help please? 🥴

    @AskNationwide I am going around in circles. Please can someone who can actually resolve this call me? I have been on hold for ages trying to resolve, have been promised call backs which don’t happen & the chat bot just keeps asking me to log in - i cannot log in as you have frozen my accounts!
