    @AskNationwide #disappointed can’t get through to branch says on website open phones. It answered and saying closed ! Wanted to give notice of withdrawing large amount of money rather than just turn up !

    @AskNationwide Yes I've tried everything. It's useless. There's no chat facility on anything, either from the app which links directly to the website when you click "message us". OR. By using the Web browsers on my phone, both chrome and Samsung browser have no chat facility!

    @RobertF27439017 @AskNationwide @AskNationwide not sure why you call customer’s landlines when you know they’re in a different country? Also you don’t have a secure messaging facility that your advisors keep referring to… only a chat. You can do better than this.

    @AskNationwide She has, but was told she would have a two day wait to hear from you. She’s very worried she will liable for money. 18 transactions on a site she rarely uses to that sums should have been spotted. If she hadn’t checked her email she wouldn’t know.

    @mgshuheb @AskNationwide having same issues and have being trying to email the support team for some weeks and literally they didn’t even meet up to my request till i saw the good recommendations about @Piratesppy on Twitter and I give it a Trial in less than an hour my account was restored peacefully.
