Sir Cop DaWoot … seems anyone can get one!

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Something that didn’t happen #56 … you wouldn’t go the bank to ask for help over rising costs, they won’t help you , you’d go citizen advice

And don’t bother sending a DM to @AskNationwide when they ask you to as they can’t help and tell you to log a complaint which takes 5 working days to be dealt with! 3 weeks it has taken them so far for an account closure which is still ongoing #nohelp

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour No **** Sherlock. It's a bank. People go there to ask for money whether it's theirs or to borrow from the bank if they want to buy what they can't immediately afford.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Did they also mention they told those same people to F Off? No bank or building society in the last 30+ years has ever offered genuine help.

@Linzellen83 @AskNationwide The problem with customer support is their no response or automated replies that do not solve anything. When I had similar difficulties with my account I had to reach out to @Farahs_tools for help. The good thing is they did help fix my acct.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Which is not enough. And no you wouldn't stop the cap from going up, the cap is based on market prices, even if you were PM you can't control that price. Our suppliers have to pay marketrate to supply us. Use windfall tax to support them is one thing, but even that is not enough.

@AskNationwide is there a problem with payments? Someone transferred money to me from their nationwide over an hour ago and it’s still not in my account?

@Debbiecrosbie1 the “service” I have received from @AskNationwide is atrocious. All I’m trying to do is manage my elderly mum’s account (I have POA). Constant issues, faults not logged and no way to transfer money unless I go in branch?? Waste of my time. Will be leaving ASAP.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour Stopping it going up isn't going to help people already having problems is it? How's about putting it down? That'll save taxing extortionate profits, thus saving money in administration costs.

@Keir_Starmer @AskNationwide @Heidi_Labour The very same energy companies are ALREADY charging UK consumers exponentially more than those in Europe and all you can say is "No higher please, we'll pay you back" Pathetic. Like the Tories, this Labour incarnation have no answers to fundamental societal problems.
