    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide just opened a Triple Access Saver. How long ‘til I can transfer money into it from another bank using the sort code and account no? Keeps saying account doesn’t exist. @NatWest_Help can I get round this when transferring money?

    @AskNationwide is it normal for yous to issue new cards/information without letting your customers know out of the blue when it’s not due to expire until 2026? I’ve gone out today to realise my cards been stopped and have been issued a new one via the app without my knowledge :/
