    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide Yeah I’m aware of that, I just wasn’t sure if the website allowed me to make that change if I didn’t have sort of 3 months or less to run on the fixed period if that makes sense

    @AskNationwide At which link? I’ve just been saying that no one should click on links in emails or tweets… Just tell someone about the issue please. It’s a wide open security door that novice users could be fooled by in the future.
