@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide I've tried to use your (utterly useless) "message us" within app. Utterly pointless geeks!!!!!!! So, I want a simple answer. How do I close an account? Not one mention of this anywhere on the app. Frustrating is NOT the word I would use. Now help!!!!

@AskNationwide Thank you for your reply.. I called as you asked but now I’m having issues cause the customer service person i spoke to seems so hesitant to send the pin to my email address.. the admit yes it’s posible! she ended up telling me she will call back and till now nothing!!!

@AskNationwide With the removal of the paym service, are you going to be replacing it with any other service that makes it easy to pay people without having to use that antiquated card reader? You currently don't offer anything else with payms ease of use
