@AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

@santanderukhelp if other banks ie @AskNationwide can tell you when your next credit card statement is due, why can’t you? I’m not asking to fix the date, but notice of when the statement will be, would be really helpful in planning expenses.

@AskNationwide No, I never prefer phones. I've been refreshing for ages. Wouldn't this all be so much simpler if I could do it for myself like I used to be able to do before some eejit decided to restrict access to the last 15 months only. I'd have finished that bit by now and you'd have peace

@AskNationwide I used your online chat service 7 days ago. They said someone would be in touch with me. No one has contacted me. I don't know if I'm being switched on the 20 November or not, or where my direct debits will be paid from, or were my incoming money will be!

@AskNationwide how is your fraudulent helpline only list and stolen? What on earth is the point? Horrendous! (And you compensated me twice already for horrendous customer service) now I have an issue you can’t/ won’t help

@AskNationwide I have already done this, but this won’t stop me potentially losing my house because you are unable to provide me with a statement within a reasonable time frame! Is there someone I can speak to who may actually be able to help and speed up my request?
