    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide after waiting over 20 minutes to speak to someone, I finally spoke to a lady who was helping me and then the line got cut. I now have to wait another long period to speak to someone. This is so frustrating when you're trying to deal with financial issues.

    @AskNationwide Honestly, there’s no point. You literally can’t provide ANY service I need, even when I’ve SECURELY contacted you through the nationwide mobile app both over the phone and live chat. Pathetic. A complaint will be logged in branch and it will be getting took to the ombudsmen.

    @AskNationwide Hi Jon I can't access my account to have a look at what's going on. Which also means I can't transfer money between accounts to make sure bills get paid

    @AskNationwide I didn't have an issue logging in. Actually, I logged into my online banking just now and things seemed to be working normal again. I have no idea why, but thank you for your help anyway!
