@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide I know because they cut me off at 5PM, mid phone call. I selected a different route on the number above and eventually got through. They don’t have access to CHAPS payment apparently, so it was a waste of time. Looks like I’ll be chasing again tomorrow, great!!

@AskNationwide Forgive me,Jordan,but that's arrant nonsense!The new branch in my home town doesn't even have counter service,staff just ask people to use machines,which will eventually do themselves out of a job,as in do many other banks. Please don't pretend this is intended to help customers.
