@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide You don’t even know my full name & I don’t have even have an account as it isn’t my house? Absolutely appalling service from Nationwide Emergency Line. Online Portal doesn’t work, on hold for over 4 hours & still haven’t spoken to anyone. Been without water for nearly 48 hours

@AskNationwide could you explain why after yesterdays banking issues my account is not showing invoices paid or money out when I have proof of this being paid from my regular customer , I don’t enjoy having to chase invoices to find out it’s your mess again that’s the issue ,

@AskNationwide It would help if you told people at the top of your twitter feed there are problems To continually be asking for card reader info is really not on you have my number, and I have completed security it is me. I do not carry a card reader everywhere I go. Sort it out.
