    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide attended Hitchin brand high today at lunchtime with son to pay in birthday money cheques. Nobody in there cashier window open and yet insisted we use the machine! Why can’t your staff actually serve your customers?? Shocking lazy customer service

    @AskNationwide Yes but I usually go in store to open new products- I also have access to the banking app as it memorised my log in details ( I don’t remember my customer number)

    @AskNationwide Ive just managed to use the app to make a payment by going to make payments. But as soon as i go to look at my statement it crashes. Pretty angry with all this tbh. Appreciate your help but its a joke.

    @AskNationwide It lets me log in. Then as soon as i click on my account it crashes.
