@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

@AskNationwide Also notifications might not stop triggering alerts but if you then know and expect that card to be used in a different country you wouldn't then need to block a card? Too simple maybe?

@AskNationwide 45 mins and counting trying to get through to UKInsurance to chase my travel claim which is way overdue. They have no email address, and I can't find them on here so basically I've no chance of getting an answer. Can you help?

@AskNationwide Spoke to one of your advisors and done above thanks. (So infuriating the website was the exact same as the normal one) I now have no access to my money :(

@AskNationwide I was simply trying to notify Nationwide"s fraud dep't that I was abroad so that they don't put a stop on my cards when I use them. I was told that I couldn't do this and if my cards were stopped then I would need to ring to unblock them. I don't have access to a phone abroad?

@AskNationwide Sadly we are not travelling with anyone else so it seems we are snookered again? I am saddened that after 40 years of great service Nationwide seem to have adopted new policies that are just so inflexible and customer unfriendly?

@AskNationwide Then to actually get hold of anyone on the phone number provided in said email is impossible. You are asked to send a text message to request a call back - well 6 days later and still waiting for resolution on this.

@AskNationwide @cathydevine56 That answer Nationwide means absolutely nothing. The question is whether you support women in being able to compete safely and fairly in their own sport. Fairness and mutual respect is far from allowing people with male bodies to compete in women's sport.

@AskNationwide There used to be a simple notification page on the Nationwide site but it seems that's now been removed?
