A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

The only shining light is the shops - which I can attest to, the Kingston one was lovely - but then I have not had a problem YET!

I am an existing Nationwide customer, don't need photo/ID verification and the issue happens when I confirm my details. It happens on both my phone and my laptop (the app redirects to the webpage anyway).
