John Pennington💙 (@diygolf) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide We have unfortunately reached a point that leaves me no choice but to find new bankers I’ve tried to sort this matter out privately but got nowhere due to your employees following a Script written by somebody with no comprehension of customer relations

  • PennyArcade777
John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide How come I have 5 triple access accounts with varying interest rates? Am I abusing your rules?

  • Masterofsorrow
Phil T (@Masterofsorrow) reported from Northwich, England

@AskNationwide seem determined to **** all over their existing customers don’t they!? #timetoswitchaway

  • PennyArcade777
John Nugent (@PennyArcade777) reported from Runcorn, England

@AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

  • jeremyindie
Jeremy Patrick (@jeremyindie) reported from Betley, England

@AskNationwide could I please ask if you are going to cover overdraft fees caused by my salary failing to reach my current account with the current outage please?

    Alan Raimes🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🇬🇧🇮🇱 (@GrimUpNorth01) reported

@AskNationwide very disappointed to find out this year I will not be receiving the fare share payment even though I have numerous accounts with you and been a loyal customer for many years. I now feel loyalty means nothing and will have to revaluate my position with you.

  • dianakimpton
    Diana Kimpton (@dianakimpton) reported

@AskNationwide I’ve already called. That’s why I know there really is a problem. You aren’t doing anything to warn customers about it so I thought I’d do it myself.

  • MARKAFN
    Mark (@MARKAFN) reported

@AskNationwide when a Fix rate bond has matured and if it is left to turn into an instant access maturity bond account can I then just add money to it and treat it like a normal savings account?

  • IAmtheRedeemer
    Premier League tour (@IAmtheRedeemer) reported

The new update for the @AskNationwide app is so useful. Being able to view your PIN and card details inside the app is a massive help.

  • Geordiesbird
    Alyson Leitch (@Geordiesbird) reported

@AskNationwide She is not on the internet ,as she is 80. This is the reason I had to help her, as I’ve always done when she needs a new cheque book. Today my time was wasted Brendon was very belligerent and would NOT listen to me!

  • WbaSteve
    steve WBA (@WbaSteve) reported

@AskNationwide tried the chat on the app is bloody awful

  • j_mesney
    James Mesney (@j_mesney) reported

@AskNationwide what the heck is going on? Your phone customer support drops calls claiming a “technical issue”. The banking app’s chat is in a death loop and isn’t working. The banking app isn’t showing details like standing orders. ETA for fixes? There’s no way to contact you.

  • Sparky2504
    Chris (@Sparky2504) reported

@AskNationwide This is exactly why I’ve now taken my 3 accounts to NatWest. Nationwide are so behind with the times with their procedures & systems. NatWest can usually fix everything online without having to call them. People don’t have time to call companies & wait on hold for ages anymore!

  • OfGadsden
    Gary Gadsden (@OfGadsden) reported

@AskNationwide This year I've been excluded from your fair share scheme even though I have a current account & savings with you. Not overly bothered about the £100 it's the lack of respect 4 along time customer. I have spoken to someone & technically I don't meet the criteria as

@AskNationwide I make a regular payment every month to an existing payee. However today it is asking me to use a card reader. It never asks me to use a card reader for existing payee. I have never had a card reader. What is going on? Is this a temporary glitch?
