    @AskNationwide Your habit of forcing customers to start new triple access accounts by changing them to instant access after 1 year is counterproductive. A better way is only allow one of these accounts per customer then it would be easier for you to increase the interest.

    @AskNationwide So what was the reasoning for them to WFH when the order was lifted in July/Aug last year? Desks were always an issue & it's even worse now you've closed many offices off the back of an employee survey re: WFH. What was the response rate to the survey?

    @sonofamitch48 @AskNationwide @sonofamitch48 Thanks! I'd tried uninstalling & reinstalling, as well as clearing all the app's data and cache, but that didn't work. A restart of my phone fixed it though, so thanks for the suggestion! I think Nationwide need to improve their error handling!

    @AskNationwide why are you still forcing your staff to #WFH?? Majority of us have gone back to work so why can't you? You capitalised on covid, hastily shut down offices, and walked away laughing with record profits. Disgrace. You don't care about your staff's mental wellbeing!

    @AskNationwide Hi nationwide, you have blocked my credit card on an overseas charge, urgently need this unblocked but no one available to support me. Blocked without warning is so dangerous.

    @AskNationwide According to @thefca @MartinSLewis the new regulations were designed to protect loyal customers and phoning is no help I am guessing you are getting many calls because your helpline is unhelpful and abrupt saying they cannot do anything

    @MartinSLewis Martin we just got our @AskNationwide home insurance policy price up 24% from last year reason is they state is the new regulations from @TheFCA been loyal customer for years
