    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide Yet you're happy to receive my salary. You're happy to give me a £25,000 unsecured loan along with a 200k mortgage. But you cannot verify some ID because to quote "you don't know me personally" Utter nonsense really guys. Just another disgruntled customer, add me to the list.

    @AskNationwide Possible reason for that is the entire HIP/EPC/DEA thing was completely ballsed up from day 1 and it's taking a long time to fix it with all the different versions of SEDBUK

    @AskNationwide why are your branch staff not able to verify my passport for mortgage ID purposes for an existing customer? However no issues @CooperativeBank, they did it straight away no issues. Much better service with the ethical bank.

    @AskNationwide I understand this bit I work full time and unable to get to a branch without taking a day off owing to the short opening hours and my working pattern. As this was not my mistake, is there nothing else can be done?

    @AskNationwide - why when you call a customer from your own details does the customer have to ‘pass security’ by giving personal details back to someone they have not called?! This is how scammers work - is time to change your processes?
