Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide EBay have sent the payment, I’ve had confirmation. There has never been an issue before. They’ve also sent one today. Is this linked to the ongoing issues with nationwide payments? I don’t want to sit on phone all day to eBay if this is a nationwide issue.

@AskNationwide Hi, it was an eBay faster payout directly into my account on 2nd Jan. I have also transferred money from my Halifax account to the same nationwide account tii today and that isn’t there either. Is there a problem again with payments? I’ve got people waiting for me to pay them.

@AskNationwide My husband has wasted valuable time this morning in a shop looking silly because he couldn’t pay for our shopping and my much needed medicine. This keeps happening and I’m thinking, by this point, of leaving nationwide. Our joint Barclays account never has any issues like this…
