Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Previously told by @AskNationwide that we could move to an interest-only mortgage for a year while on mat leave. Now being told you have to apply for 3 months at a time and repeat affordability tests. How does this help people in financial difficulties? No wonder we’re stressed

@AskNationwide I'm having an issue making a purchase with Starship UK, they are telling me it's because they do not use 3d authentication, which nationwide requires, is it possible to allow transactions with this vendor?
