    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide my wife has a saving account and an ISA we are trying to open up the app but it keeps telling us to phone to enter our phone number but the system is only working with current accounts which we don't have

    @AskNationwide hi. Thanks. I had DD set up for 1st to personal, individual, serious issue and for 3 days endured their stress at me not knowing what was going on. Upset I'm not considered someone to have suffered from this
