Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@rynryndom @PayZilch @AskNationwide It's annoying. Been trying every day since Wednesday to pay it and keep getting this same error Didn't even want to use the credit option but the stupid thing defaults to "pay in 4" so ended up in this situation where I can't pay it off now
