Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

@AskNationwide Banked a £4k cheque, you rejected it saying it was rejected by the bank of Manchester City Council, and they say you cashed it. 3 calls no one has a clue no one calls back. Awful service once this is sorted I am moving bank

@AskNationwide Why’s it taking so long? BoE meeting again today and @BBCNews saying rates expected to rise again yet you haven’t raised rates for the last rise back in Dec. Come on savers need help as well #interestrates

@AskNationwide No and I have spoken to the issuer Manchester City Council who can't cancel and issue a new one because they said you have cashed it with barclays. Called your call centre, call was answered by a branch they can't even speak to the cheque processing team have to use messaging.

@AskNationwide I keep experiencing technical issues from your end whilst trying to set up my new savings account and internet banking. Codes have to be requested 2 or 3 times and now I can’t set up my account that I want to use to withdraw money due to technical issues. I’ve tried for 2 days
