Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

Shame you have to be 18+ to transfer your current account to @NatWest_Help whatever happened to ‘helpful banking’ @AskNationwide allowed it so I’m going to stay a customer with Nationwide. How can I transfer all of my payments over there since you won’t let me switch back to you

@AskNationwide When is Nationwide going to allow direct debit cards to be used with Binance crypto purchases again (a UK regulatory issue last year) I understand i could still withdraw money from Binance, out into my Nationwide account! You should block transactions both ways, or not at all!
