Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

When BoE rates dipped you removed it pretty quick, now BoE rates are back up and there's radio silence on the issue (except for new customers). Where is the benefit for loyal members?

@AskNationwide I’m trying to purchase a cash ISA via the banking app , I enter the amount press ok and it keeps saying “ This information required “ I have tried numerous times but get the same problem. Any ideas?
