Ghost of Goose (@ghostofgoose5) reported from Little Cheverell, EnglandBrilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

Julie (@JulieMelvinator) reported@AskNationwide you chat help is an absolute joke!! You decided to block my payment to HMRC and I’ve now spent 45 mins trying to get in touch with them!! Why block my payment??

Steve Scrase (@StevenScrase) reported@AskNationwide @AskNationwide Shocked by the lack of support from you. As a customer with documented neurological and spinal issues, your refusal to adapt your communication style is a breach of the Equality Act. I need a specialist to contact me who understands 'Vulnerable Customer' protocols.
-
Kieran Byng (@ISaveDolphins) reported@AskNationwide Do you have a chat facility on line? Don't have access to a phone.
-
Sophie (@SophieMHorton) reported@AskNationwide I keep getting a 'something went wrong' screen when trying to do a 'pay by bank' transfer. Your service status page says all is working normally. I've already reached out via chat and was told there are issues, so why doesn't it say this on the status page?
-
Vibes (@Vibes8432) reportedUnable to make a small SEPA payment the one time I actually want it to work. Chat agent was useless told me there might be a glitch. Seriously @AskNationwide is this the level of support for a core business function?
-
Fedrick Leborn (@CC_Chevigny) reported@EdwardsSal3509 @TakeFive @AskNationwide Contact us for help
-
Georgina Grimwood (@_GeorginaMG) reportedHey @AskNationwide , this new “push notification” instead of payment due text message is useless and no way near as effective. Fix it please.
-
Mind Crypto 🍥 (@MindCrypto_) reported@BeardyInvestor @AskNationwide This is ultimately an FCA overreach (Nationwide was fined £44M in Dec,25) which in-turn means; it's about protecting the bank's money from having to refund yours later. Over regulation and lack of autonomy for the customer. Annoying!

Auntie Carol (@CarolKetchley) reported@GuruGryff @AskNationwide Martin Lewis always recommends First Direct for their customer service.
