    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    @AskNationwide That’s all well and good, since I tried to send a secure message and then use chat that couldn’t resolve my issue, 0345 does cost and so does my time,
