    Brilliant customer service from @AskNationwide in Salisbury this morning. I would suggest the very rude staff from the Henley on Thames branch & the useless unhelpful lot from the Bletchley branch are sent here for further training.

    Anyone else having issues with #nationwide. Payments are leaving my account AND also they're holding the transaction AGAIN in pending transactions. They admitted to me 2 months ago it was their issue & its still happening. Sort it out @AskNationwide #FSA @MartinSLewis

    @AskNationwide Diabolical service today. Trying to get advice on my Flex Plus Account Travel Insurance. Firstly put through to a dead number, had to call back again and was put through to a continuous loop. Eventually found a direct number for NationwideUKI and the same thing happened Ffs!

    @AskNationwide People do not have time to do this every day. Half an hour on hold yesterday. Don’t have that time today. Clearly a problem with using it on apps. Trainline yesterday. Shell today. Embarrassing and inconvenient.

    @AskNationwide Just opened a savings account on the app, its an instant access one, it's not a ISA. Just didn't think they'd have a cap. He's only 16 if that has anything to do with it

    @AskNationwide I opened an account recently. I spent half an hour on hold yesterday as you blocked card when I tried to buy train ticket. You said block lifted. Today I am refused petrol payment. I cannot work like this. I have £80,000 in your BS. Today I am coming to close acc
