Hi @AskNationwide I have a question for you. How can you charge an existing customer a £999 fee to re-fix the term of their mortgage when @Barclays do it for £35 at a lower %age rate and Leeds don't charge a fee at all? Both with better rates than you. Why should we stay?

@AskNationwide Things breaking down! My washing machine has just died 😫 Difficult to have money put by to replace things that break. Especially when everything tends to go at the same time! My dishwasher broke before Xmas, no plan to replace that yet. Can't live without washing machine though!

That @AskNationwide ad where they advise a woman to put less milk in her cereal because they are trying to help. So wide of the mark. It’s awful. This is Nationwide Building Society with total assets of £272 billion in 2022.
