@AskNationwide my father's been trying to pay for his shopping with this card and also use the cashing but it keeps cancelling the transaction. When I check the service status it says no problems. But there clearly is. How does a 74 year old get intouch at this time of night

@AskNationwide I have had absolutely disgusting service from Nationwide. You need to get back to basic and then start helping other people when you’ve sorted that.

@AskNationwide I input all my details, then use the card reader and it all appears to be fine. Then once I click to go to make the payment I get hit with the service error. It meant I had to pay to use in branch bank transfer a few months back.

Wow. @AskNationwide customer support has fallen off a cliff. Rude, unhelpful staff not able to willing to do anything to help.
