@AskNationwide can you explain why your ‘emergency’ cover has taken 10 days to NOT fix an 87 year old woman’s boiler. This is shameful. Your engineer broke a part delaying fix now refusing to fix until I pay £300.

@AskNationwide I can’t get to the login screen as it is asking for my details like when first downloaded the app. It just asks if I’ve got a nationwide account or now
