@AskNationwide absolute disgrace of a service. Blocked my online banking because of a payment I made yesterday. Called me today, to make sure my account wasn’t victim of fraud. Gave you the details after being on phone for half an hour. Still hadn’t unblocked my account 1/2

@AskNationwide Also, regardless of how many people are mention in the deeds, if only husband is working and is unable to pay the mortgage, the bank will repossess the flat anyway, right? So why cannot non working wife be mentioned in the deeds?

@AskNationwide I’ve been trying to change to a different mortgage deal online but when I click on the link all I get is the server can not be found. I’m conscious that my current is ending and the new deals on offer will not be available soon.

.@AskNationwide I went in to branch today. I was told that I could only discuss arranging an overdraft over the phone. I was given a phone number, that is no longer valid. I looked up another number on your website. I was told that to discuss an overdraft I have to go to a branch
