@AskNationwide Hiya Kyle I am using the mobile app at the moment I had a payment made at half 12 which was fine I transferred it into a savings account to sort out what I needed to pay by bills with but when I tried to transfer it back into my current account it says error repeatedly?

@AskNationwide I don’t have a spare £75 at the time of the month when all my bills are being debited. Letting the payment go through & disputing it later doesn’t help me now. I’m shocked Nationwide think this is acceptable. Apparently anyone you’ve used before can take cash whenever they want?!

@AskNationwide There is no secure chat option i can find. Spent 25 mins on hold. Put the phone down and tried again on hold a further 10 mins now. There seems to have been a new card issued that I don't own and didn't request!! Meanwhile my card has been stopped. Very concerned. Still on hold

@AskNationwide Services definitely not working properly can't transfer money from one account to another nationwide account! 17years with nationwide and never had trouble like this its every week or 2 weeks !

@AskNationwide I just rang your fraud line. They won’t help as it’s an unauthorised payment from an organisation I’ve used once in the past over a year ago. This payment was not authorised and I received no notification that it would be taken from my account - it was a total shock.
