    @AskNationwide really annoyed that my wages haven't gone into my account because of an issue with nationwide. This is not good enough. I've already had at least one payment that hasn't been made because of it.

    @unknown09190919 @AskNationwide They also ignore live chats. I'll be contacting the ombudsman regarding this. ASAP isn't helpful to my bills and charges when those bills aren't paid. Shocking 'service'.

    @AskNationwide Is it time to change bank account? Your "Payment" issues are now becoming a feature at the end of every month since December. Clearly, you changed something in your backend systems and you have no idea what's causing the downtime when the load increases.

    @AskNationwide my rent is due today through direct debit, if the payment issue is not sorted by 2:30 will there be anything I can send to my landlord to prove it is a issue on nationwides behalf for the rent not being payed and not myself?
