Like a non-trivial number of other customers, my app store accounts (Apple and Google) were not opened in the UK. Unlike some other banks, you block download of your app by non-UK app store accounts. After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc
