@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@Lilly26062173 @GMB @AskNationwide "Stop expecting everyone else to provide for you" your words, not mine. I am a normal person, and like every other normal person, expecting employers to make reasonable adjustments to someone working practice is the right thing to do

@AskNationwide Thanks for responding but it doesn’t answer my question or why you’re not passing down interest earnings onto your customers.

@AskNationwide do you have humans working for you? Just tried calling Flex Plus banking. Not possible to speak to anyone? Is this what my £13/month gets me?

@AskNationwide No, and it's not the homepage that's the problem, that's loading fine, it's the online banking link that doesn't load. Just times out.
