Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@spiderlegs1982 @AskNationwide Mine's usually just the week before my pension goes in, l top it up from my other banking account. I get a text that l need to top up my NW account by 2.30pm, which l do immediately online. Not my fault if their system isn't working properly. I don't have an overdraft facility.

It would seem that @AskNationwide issues remain unsolved as my transfer to them has not cleared. My council tax has also not gone out & I now wonder if the council use Nationwide? Very odd!

@curevirginity20 @AskNationwide my nationwide banking has been down all morning to say this has been the 3rd time since christmas eve is a disgrace, they never give a time frame on when this will be fixed last time it happened my payments didn't go through unt 9.30pm not goo enough at all!!!!!

@AskNationwide Why does the SAME payment issue keep happening?. It's not good enough to give the same apology and expect us to put up with it every time. Can you be honest and explain why this problem occurs so often, and how likely it is to continue?.
