    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide Logged into the account with no problems, trying to make an online payment to an existing payee for £29.70. The egg timer didnt stop .... then the page said tech problems.

    @AskNationwide still no contact from the elusive complaints team regarding money you lost in unauthorised transaction. I have all day to keep embarrassing you publicly. Utterly unacceptable customer service.

    @AskNationwide utterly frustrated with poor customer service from @AskNationwide. Nobody taking ownership of my complaint after making an unauthorised transfer of funds from my account. Terrible service.
