Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide lost yourselves a customer today. After trying/failing to make an online payment for 2 hours my card gets blocked. Speak to fraud team to unblock & verify possession of card. Still doesnt work and told i need to use PIN irl to verify, after using it all weekendXD?

@AskNationwide Yes I have. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall 6 times now! It works once and the stops working! Is there anything else I can do, getting ridiculous having to do this every time I need to log in

@AskNationwide is there an issue with payment verification? Trying to buy a train ticket for a huge £5.70 and its going to security verification but then telling me there is a technical issue so it can't complete the payment.

My solicitor asked #themortgageworks for a settlement figure on a property on 20th July. Today is 1st September!! It was promised within 20 working days - today is the 30th working day. The company that owns them @AskNationwide seems happy with such #badcustomerservice.

@AskNationwide 20mins yesterday and 16 mins (so far) waiting on someone to pick up a call is UNACCEPTABLE. This is not a service that is fit for purpose. This needs to be sorted @financialombuds #mortageworks

And so day 29 comes to a close (that is 43 days since request for settlement figure submitted). And guess what? NOTHING. No positive reaction from @AskNationwide or #themortgageworks. What #crapcustomerservice. In all my working days i have never come across such #incompetence
