    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @NeilP00591298 @AskNationwide Tired of these excuses and delaying? Just move all your savings to YBS easy access/rainy day like me, that's the only way they get the message. You can always move it back if they finally catch up.

    @AskNationwide What exactly is NW playing at. For over two months now you have completely blanked savers while interest rates continue to rise. You have turned into the least mutual mutual in history Base rates are now 1.5% above your pathetic best limited access ISA .

    @AskNationwide I have already logged a complaint and meanwhile while I wait I have no access to any of the money you have of mine (including all my personal savings) and no ability to pay for anything and standing orders refused. You should have contacted me before you did this.

    @AskNationwide I can understand why @sainsburys didn't come first. Their customer experience is atrocious! Nolonger do they hold any values.
