After 30years loyalty, we are too old to get all technical with new phones & expensive hardware along with broadband etc

Phil (@trollied) reported@Claire__McClean @AskNationwide You have a physical card with the number on. Apple Pay uses a completely different number that nobody has access to. You need to talk to the vendor that you did the transaction with & they will know how to refund you.
