Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Big decision, have a number of fixed ISAs maturing, looking to reinvest, would like to continue stay, but your ISA rates are significantly less attractive than your competitors, so we will be moving, disappointing you are not focused on loyal customer retention

@AskNationwide Everything else is fine....it’s an iPhone XS that he has so should be no issues. I have just talked him through deleting and reinstalling again and he’s now back in but that’s the 2nd time in 10 days - when he clicks on it it just says ‘Establishing Secure Connection’ and hangs
