Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Hello, I've tried to send a payment to PayPal today. It's gone through my Nationwide Account but hasn't arrived at Paypal. Normally the transfer is immediate. Any idea whether you problem lies with you or PayPal?

@AskNationwide Not sure how I can resolve it? I'm caught in your system error, so I think it will fall to you to offer some customer service and resolve the issue! Honest comms as your team are working on transfers in due 5th May - the website says a 15 day delay max- this isn't the case

@AskNationwide Is this a normal level of service the Nationwide consider acceptable. If you are asking that she should call again perhaps supply a name and number of someone who can actually help and not just say they will pass the message on and no response.

FAO Head Office @AskNationwide You need to tell your credit card customer service that YOU are able to make changes on a customer's account as agent today adamant I had done so. Until he spoke to a manager and learned otherwise. Had he not I was facing interest + fee charge 👿👿
