Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide absolute joke, having technical issues every other week!!!Went shopping and had to leave without shopping because of your technical issues with funding going into accounts!Never felt so embarrassed in my life,plus my 2yr old crying because had to leave his treats!

AGAIN ?!?! With your failures becoming so frequent, @AskNationwide, do I need to "budget" for YOUR failures to ensure I have money for petrol *on payday* in future? Not having a time-to-fix each time is atrocious customer service, and I call you out on even your internal SLAs.

Cut along story short I had to contact my bank @AskNationwide raise a visa dispute as I had explained the whole situation but due to £262.17 pending I had to call back when I see the money taken from my account to raise it so my bank can investigate the problem & credit me back😤
