Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

We were looking to remortgage as we want to buy a house and our complex is under the 18m mark but are getting screwed due to the lack of an ews1 form. The service management company will not commission it as we do not meet the govt requirements for it

@RedLeics @AskNationwide Called them when stranded in Germany for 11+ hour. Getting home was my own problem apparently! They offered £30 to cover the 11 hour delay. Still not seen that. 3+ weeks on haven’t seen the £ for claim of additional hotel and train that I needed.

@AskNationwide Dunno - but my app is working fine, I can log into that ok. And I’ve connected /reconnected this account to snoop and other things with the open banking thingymabob via my phone and not had to use browser OLB, app always been fine. Has there been a change ?

@AskNationwide the lack of service and disability awareness in my local branch is appalling. The way my adult son and I were treated was dreadful. My son now refuses to ever go into a Nationwide branch again. Who do I make an official complaint to?

@Opinionomic @AskNationwide Bloody awful mate and not at all fit for purpose. Stranded in Germany and they couldn’t care less. The few things I could claim for I have; and not a peep from them for over 3 weeks now and counting. How will they cope when travel is back to normal?!
