@AskNationwide I’ve just called your credit card number (number provided by an agent via the chat in the banking app) and on both occasions I’ve been told they can’t hear me… I first called from my landline and then my mobile - is there an issue with your phone provider?

@AskNationwide What on earth is going on with your customer service?I’ve been waiting on the phone for 30 minutes. I also tried your complaints line and that was 30 minutes too. If this is how you treat long term customers then you won’t be lasting much longer. Abysmal

@AskNationwide are crap. Opened an account for me 2 days ago then closed it down the today saying not eligible. No explanation nothing! Must be a bank for the rich then, as my credit rating is nowhere near bad enough to not have a bank account! #Banking #nationwide
