    Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

    @AskNationwide 3rd day of trying to get FlexPlus quote for pre-existing medical. Sat - offered call back but no call. Sun - closed (but insurance website says open). Today >45m on hold no call back option. Increasingly thinking this is neither Flexible nor 'Plus'

    @AskNationwide applying for a mortgage and need to speak to someone about the application. Been on hold for 30mins+. In that time I have separately called my current lender and solicitor to sort everything out and I'm still on hold! Bad idea switching given service so far??

    @AskNationwide Sadly they did not offer this service! The branch manager was helpful and we managed to sort out some of what we needed to do. But time consuming (hanging on phone then travelling to branch) distressing and still unresolved. Just overall disappointing.
