@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

Definitely switching banks after this ordeal. Every year for the last 6years @AskNationwide can see I come to Uganda for a length of time, I even tell their staff. But each and every bleeding time they block my card. I think they enjoy making me suffer.
