Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide Our Xmas Eve food delivery payment is due at 11:55pm tonight, they will automatically cancel the order if there is a problem with the card, me and my partner are both nationwide customers, what do we do?

@HalifaxBank I'm a very loyal, longstanding customer of @HalifaxBank. Having read the discriminatory Terms & Conditions of this Prize Draw, I will be closing my accounts as soon as possible and moving to @AskNationwide. I'll be recommending others I know to do likewise. 🤬

@AskNationwide Will you be letting us know what went wrong and what your IT teams have done to stop it happening again? With all the concern around log4j at the moment it doesn't inspire confidence just saying that you had "an issue".
