@RevdCharles @AskNationwide Good guess. No, I know what it is, and they do it every few years so that our end date doesn’t come early. Profits before principles. Or “computer error” as they call it!

  • harmsy Andrew Harmsworth FRAS 😷 (@harmsy) reported from Oakington and Westwick, England

Interest rate has gone up on our @AskNationwide mortgage, so of course our monthly payment has gone *down* £74 per month. Interest rates should go UP more often please! I think their software has a bug…

@AskNationwide I've had 3 payments over 3 weeks took out from an unknown source. I've tried logging it over to you via online banking, but then it just says you're experiencing technical issue's every day.

  • MarkHowitt GM Mark Howitt (@MarkHowitt) reported

@grok do you think calling up UK companies is a good way to test their customer service... you know like @AskNationwide and @ajbell ?

  • AndrewG37241723 Andrew Griffiths (@AndrewG37241723) reported

@AskNationwide Thanks Luke - I wrote to your CEO and she couldn’t be bothered to reply. I also wrote to other Directors and got the same response. Your complaints department are dishonest. Deliberately working together to support bad practice.

How rude is @AskNationwide closing down the chat thread during a conversation 😡 useless service

  • andrewlockie Andrew Lockie (@andrewlockie) reported

@AskNationwide Why does your f**king app break down all the time? Today’s Nationwide utter nonsense is your complete inability to verify web transactions! You really are hopeless.

  • rebeccas431 Rebecca (@rebeccas431) reported

@AskNationwide Hi, I am trying to verify a payment online however I keep getting an error message. Are there any issues?

  • Fokmisterutd Alan Mörris (@Fokmisterutd) reported

@AskNationwide so after 10 years with you it's time to move on as I'm obviously not a valued customer, I'm not eligible for the fair share scheme, discrimanated as I don't have a saving account or mortgage (not home owner) but do have money in flex,

  • virtualburchell Jamie Burchell (@virtualburchell) reported

Hey @AskNationwide is there any point keeping a Future Saver account with interest now at 3% if your other limited access accounts have the same interest rate without the £5K/yr cap?

  • damo7x Damo (@damo7x) reported

If @AskNationwide weren’t so slow, I would probably be looking at houses to buy and not rent (again)
