@AskNationwide That's no help to me. This is the 3rd time in 3 months this has happend, what does nationwide plan to do to rectify this, I'm not happy at all, I've been left with no gas or elec or food I can't get to work, this isn't good enough

@AskNationwide lifelong customer and been trying to open a bank account for 12 year old daughter. What a shambles. Wasted two days trying to sort it in branch. Now you will lose both my daughters future custom and mine as i will move account next week.

.@AskNationwide why is bank transfer to my current acct taking so long? UK relative released funds 2 hrs ago, after his cheque didn't clear (he investigated and was told no problem with his cheque, but NWide told me problem was at his end) ?!

@AskNationwide Hi Kyle- thanks for your reply. If this is the case, it’s very concerning that no context is offered. Support for individuals is one thing; capturing a snippet of conversation in a way that appears to frame choosing between fuel & food as ‘normal’ is unfortunately quite another.

@AskNationwide Your Nationwide Home Emergency cover does not mean Emergency at all. As long as 1st visit is within 24 hrs they say they have fulfilled their obligations...despite leaving 78 yr old with no heating over weekend. Engineer told the problem but did not fix it.

@AskNationwide Don't ever bother to pay for Home Emergency Service. Awful contractor from Newport left at 4.45 as he finishes at 5pm, fault not found, left knowing, at 78yrs old, I'd be in the cold for several days..No.other 24 hr engineer allowed to come. Waiting till next wk. 3 days 4 part!!
