  @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

  @AskNationwide @Mollylou1988 Similar problem. Money transfer to another bank says it’s worked but over 90 minutes later hasn’t arrived. Something definitely wrong.

  @AskNationwide any updates? Can’t get through to telephone banking as you have a 50 minute wait time!! Your website says internet banking is working so why can’t I log in?

  @AskNationwide Your bot is so broken that you need me to NOT talk to it if I want to get any actual help? And when it puts me in line is it just going to hang up on me again? Look I know you’re just doing your job but you can understand that this is unacceptable, right?

  @AskNationwide I've tired calling the bank now 3 times today and everytime I've got through they can't hear me... I know it's not the phone as I've used 3 different phones. Is there a problem on your end ?
