@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

That @AskNationwide ad where they advise a woman to put less milk in her cereal because they are trying to help. So wide of the mark. It’s awful. This is Nationwide Building Society with total assets of £272 billion in 2022.
