@AskNationwide can I ask, what is actually going on? I mean, "fault" is a bit vague. A little more transparency might go some way to easing feelings. Your employees have always been helpful and understanding, in my experience. Transparency might help employees too.

@AskNationwide why is this still ongoing? Surely the team you have working on this must be incompetent this close to Christmas. There will be people who are waiting on money coming into the bank to fed kids or buy gas or electricity and this hasn't been fixed Surely someone knows
