@nixynoo82 @AskNationwide It’s a shambles - this happened only a week ago where nobody received payment the day before Christmas Eve. Everyone’s experiencing this 1 issue just now for the first time ever but all at the same time? They need to start being honest with their customers.

@CaraWilliams09 @AskNationwide I did say twice this month issues and it's not a good look. Since I'm paid monthly it affects me once a month unless I read it in the papers as it was a few weeks ago. Hence my statement of twice this month

@AskNationwide is there a problem with payments going into accounts ? Not been paid yet - I assume if there is an issue my credit card payment to you won’t be incurring interest?

@CaraWilliams09 @AskNationwide That's the problem the fact there is clearly a problem and they deny it. The odd one or two transfer but its everyone.
