@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@_amyyma @CET_UK @AskNationwide I've had the same issue, no heating/ hot water for 5 days now and keep getting fobbed off 'issue with trades'. We have vulnerable people in the property but this hasn't made any difference! Called CET 20 times to chase, not once had a call from CET to explain what's happening!

@AskNationwide Does the incoming payment issue include wages being paid into your current accounts? If so, what are you doing to ensure we don’t end up with unarranged overdraft fees while we’re waiting for you to sort this mess out?
