    @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

    @AskNationwide Works on Safari. Perhaps you could get your developers to fix the errors so it works on Firefox too.

    @AskNationwide Why hadn't an email been sent to warn customers as soon as you were aware of this problem? My 14year old son is now stuck in a city centre with no money. Really, really bad service.

    @AskNationwide absolutely disgusting that this issue has lasted all day, ruined shopping day as money not in and you “can’t give a timescale” is not good enough!!

    @APxx77 @DJ_MICKYT @AskNationwide It’s crazy, I spoke to natwest where I sent the money from, their timescale is 24 working days if I want to claim it back. I can’t afford to be so much money down at Christmas. It’s a joke!

    @AskNationwide any update on when the payments issue will be sorted rather than 'payments are in a queue' which I've been hearing for the past two days? Any timescale at all would be helpful. I would very much like to get paid this side of Christmas but right now I'm skeptical

    @AskNationwide @LORDRCH_ Its absolutely appauling!!!! To keep saying “ASAP” is totally unacceptable. These are the fundamental, basic functions of a bank. Go to Natwest. I left Nationwide a few months ago. Best decision. My husband is having this stupid issue today with NW!

    @AskNationwide this transfer issue is a mess. Can you at least give your customers some info about the cause of the issue? Even if you can't give a timeframe for a fix, having some clarity goes a long way to help those who are worried about bills, food, Christmas shopping etc
