    @AskNationwide A customer for over 20yrs holding 3 accounts, I received an email saying the Travel Insurance element isn't applicable as of Dec. That was the ONLY insensitive. Now #Nationwide give people zero incentives to use them. Being pissed off I entered my local branch..

    @AskNationwide Perhaps look after customers with the quality care they need and pay for, before prize draws are part of your strategy- home insurance customer
