Sarah Calder (@lawclinicsarah) reported@AskNationwide We have just made yet another official complaint but you give yourselves 5 working days within which to respond, at which point, the contract will have been rescinded and we will have lost a substantial amount of money. Please could someone actually look into this and deal?!

The assumption for a long standing client should be that they are trusted when the sum is relatively small and represents a very low % of the total transactions.

My friend got charged over £100 for taking her own money out to pay her staff.... Needless to say, she cancelled her account immediately.
