    @AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

    @AskNationwide Nope. That is working absolutely fine. On app, I can log in fine and get to the balance summary page but any choice beyond that throws the error and I have to restart app

    @GoWokeGoBrokeUK I find the monologue diatribe by a black man on behalf of @AskNationwide offensive & disturbing. Over the years I've arranged 2 mortgages & half a dozen bank accounts remotely without being asked my skin colour. Is NW now planning pro-black bias to redress a non-existent problem?

    @AskNationwide hi, I have a working card (contactless etc) but it's stopped working at cash points. I can only see freeze card or report stolen in the app. Thanks

    @AskNationwide Why would it be there issue?I've phoned nationwide and it's being processed?soooooo while it's being processed for a few days where is it being held,which is why I ORIGINALLY ask why it cant be processed instantly by nationwide???where its held by nationwide while processing???

    @AskNationwide I opened a flex plus account but it’s not showing in banking App or internet banking. Don’t know my account no or sort code so can’t sign up for insurance. Help.

    @AskNationwide Thank you for your prompt response about internet banking, but this doesn’t help re: the app as per my question. Apps are easier to login to and use when on the move than internet banking and also sits neater on the screen rather than having to zoom in, which may not be ideal.

    @gingio @Barclays I quit Barclays about 20 years ago due to their dire customer service. I’ve been with @AskNationwide since and haven’t got a bad word to say about them.
