@AskNationwide If you are 'here to help' - why does your chosen insurance surveyor @CCLtd_ never answer the phone to deal with subsidence cases? They've confirmed the claim but appear to be deliberately dragging it out in order to slow down claims. Presumably Nationwide has asked them to.

@AskNationwide Quick question about the one-time login code for app & website. Not sure when it's being introduced but I'm going to the USA on Saturday, so can one time codes be sent abroad via SMS. I may be using a pay as you go phone, so will SMS codes work with that? Thanks

@AskNationwide hi is there anyway to speak to someone without my account details? i have a help to buy isa i forgot about & want to pay in but every document i can find only has the last 4 digits of my account number & i have no other info, i want to open online banking!
