@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

In a world of being conscious of the environment- @AskNationwide sent me an annual mortgage statement - a good few pages of paper plus leaflet. Problem is this tells me nothing the app doesn’t tell me - I get probably more up to date accurate info from the app daily- so why?!

@AskNationwide Towards the end of next week I need to make a payment of just under £7k to British Gas for the central heating system they're installing for me. Will I have any issues paying this by debit card? Not sure if there would be any security measures due to the amount.

@AskNationwide Yes its the latest version, it's your end that's the problem, there are obviously not enough servers to provide a decent enough service at peak usage.

@AskNationwide I have been trying to put money into my flex instant saver account. however, every time i try and put an amount in it says “your money has not been transferred. the maximum you can pay into your savings account at present is £0.00”. how do i fix this? thank you.
