    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide hi, I need a statement to show proof of address and it’s impossible to sort via the app…. Can’t even locate one to screenshot. Do I need to visit a branch. ? Or can I request one is posted to me at my registered address?

    @TSB Absolute disgrace from @TSB and looking like I will be returning to @AskNationwide within days. Been suffering for days and still periodically suffering with no service. Sort it out !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
