    @AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

    @AskNationwide I am having issues logging in to Internet bank, I am waiting for welcome letter but I have my customer number, it just tells me I cannot access currently the account is still being looked over.its been a week

    @knoweuro @AskNationwide You can’t even do that trying to get through to the Telegraph Subscription line - rang the number given, referred to website and have to leave a message. Then told they will ring, 2 days later still waiting as they’re busy!

    @AskNationwide been trying to open and switch and account with you for weeks. You’re digital services and customer service are beyond a joke and you can’t even make a digital complaint! Will be switching all my other products away from you rather than the other way now

    Very disappointed to learn that @AskNationwide is changing its breakdown service away from using garages local to the breakdown. I liked the fact that they were supporting small, local businesses.

    There is absolutely no excuse for all these companies saying 'we are very busy' & putting you on bloody awful music for 15 minutes. If you have people WFH put them on the queues @AskNationwide

    @AskNationwide is it now customary for FlexPlus customer to be on hold for 48 minutes (and counting) to discuss medical issue pertaining to Travel Insurance? We tried web site but cannot navigate it to check/make the necessary detail changes
