@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

@AskNationwide Some members? I'm sure you mean ALL members. It's nonsense that you're trying to downplay this considering it keeps happening. Be honest, let us know what the issue was, maybe we'd be a bit more understanding. You forget that many of your members may work in IT and are not fools.

@AskNationwide I have no faith in you anymore. Not being able to access payments all day is a complete joke and I’m changing banks tomorrow morning. Not an idle threat but a promise. And I’ve been with you 17 years.
