@AskNationwide Hi there. I’ve just been working on opening an account. One of the steps involves taking a picture of ID. But the camera fails to focus so close up. It would make more sense to be able to upload a copy of the ID.

I’m now sat waiting stupidly not able to do as planned for today (Christmas stuff with family)…. With my money 😳 Maybe compensation is in order to your customers

@AskNationwide Here to HELP? Really? Well today we can't receive wages into #nationwide accounts. Truly and utterly useless service right before Christmas. I suspect you will be losing many loyal customers.
